We recently had a terrible experience with Xpress and I have heard similar stories from several others. My husband took his brand-new truck through the Ellerbe Road location and came away with 4 small dents. Xpress absolutely refused to take any responsibility and handled the entire situation extremely poorly. Go through this car wash at your own risk... we are not going back.

Convenient and fast. Wash is pretty decent but the back of car doesn’t really get cleaned. Used to be a subscription holder at zips on youree but cancelled that the minute this one opened. Miles better than zips.

I belong to the Wash Club, so I'm by there a couple of times each week. They should develop a windshield sticker to identify wash club members so the young worker doesn't stand at the entrance to guide you in. I've been through there many, many times, and do not require instructions on entering. Otherwise, it's a great vehicle washing chain of stores about town.

I did the free trial first and was very impressed on how the car wash thoroughly cleaned my car an left with a pleasant scent so now I'm a member the vacuum have gray suction and the even have a mat washer which is very helpful and convenient..the crew always helpful and maintaining the facility..do the trial and become a member.. pictures coming soon

I think the car was is good except it doesn’t dry your car off enough. They could put a few narrow suction handles on some of there vacuums to get into small places like the carwash on E 70th St. For the membership price, I would recommend it. Can’t beat it.

This car wash is always immaculate. I was there 11/16 and witnessed one gentleman picking up litter and another cleaning the vacuum stations. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the unlimited use monthly program.

The wash is great. There is rarely a wait to go in. I love how shiny my car is when I am vacuuming it out. The only negative point is that my back windshield wiper is not always taped down.

Earlier this evening, while washing my brand new car, the employee waved in another car right on top of me. Was rear ended two minutes into the wash. Xpress was no help. She stopped the line and kept saying "you are fine." It wasn't fine. Two scrapes. They didn't check on me, didn't come out post wash. No Help.

I really like the people who work at this location. I’ve got a suggestion: as someone who has too many cars to have a monthly subscription. I wish there were a plan where you could pay a monthly fee and bring up to one car through each day. It would be no different than bringing the same car through each day. The car wash is great and the people are friendly. I really like the floor mat cleaners.

I love the fact I can drive through at my convenience anytime. Although sometimes in order to get the job done you might have to go through multiple times to get it cleaned. In addition, if the vehicle registered is down, can you take your credit & apply to another vehicle without being charged for 2?
