About 30% of the times I've been there, the washes are out of something. Presoak, soap, etc. I'm tired of getting ripped off. Captain Car Wash from now on.

The under body wash does not work currently, totally defeats the purpose of washing the salt off your vehicle if the bottom doesn't get cleaned.

DIRTY CAR WASH. NAILS EVERYWHERE. i couldnt even finish washing and cleaning my car because of how disgusting it was. This car wash has gone downhill so fast and bad.

The autoclean didn't clean everything off the vehicle sides by wheelwells still had mud and front bumper didn't even look like it was touched. Would need to redo using powerwasher

No soap comes out of the sprayer. Multiple bays. Total rip off. Stopped coming here for about three months and returned thinking maybe this was a responsible business that would fix the issues… nope they are still ripping people off.

Just had my car washed and waisted $17.00. Car did not get clean and left soap on. This place used to be good but will never use again.

You spend more time trying to keep the end of the vacuum on so you can vacuum than you do vacuuming your carpet, total waste of money. I don't know about the wash side of it, but given the vacuum experience, I will not go back to find out.

I always go back n forth between this car wash and the other one in Canal by NTB....I normally always have good washes here but I didn’t this time...my windows are still dirty...so maybe better luck next time...

There was no soap in any of the stalls. There is a sign with a phone number, saying to call if there was a problem. I called, and got a recording saying to leave a message. I then got another message, saying the mailbox was full and my message could not be left. So I texted a message to that number - no response yet. Not too impressed, I won't be back.

I went to get a car wash today and it said it accepted 20s the only bills I had so after it took my money it did not dispense more than 50 cents. I have tried to contact the place with no answers and if not contacted in 1 to 2 days I will be contacting my lawyer at Dagger Law, as this is stealing. Do not go to this place if you don't have exact change.

Went thru one of the self service wash bay’s and the machine took my money, went to another one and the sprayer was terrible it had little to no pressure the only thing this place had that’s worked was the dryer but the problem is it does not have the price listed and I swiped my card and it charged me 10.00 to dry my car for about 68 seconds. Will neve ruse this place again

So twice now, I have taken my brand new company truck through the manual wash. Twice I have got nothing but water through the hose no matter which selector position I turn to. I heard the business had been sold, but at least old owner kept it up and if there was a problem would make it right. Unfortunately I think these same new owners bought the other wash by Lancaster Meijer ( not sure though) and that wash nearly doubled in price to 18$. That 18$ couldn't remove a little road grime from my 2022 white truck today, had to rewash at home.

I wish I didnt even have to click 1 star. I went through the automatic car wash and it didn't even get my vehicle wet in most places.
