😒 2nd time I've showed up to wash my truck and there is no soap in the lines... How does a car wash stay in business when they don't have soap🤔 I've frequent this wash for years... Actually nearly a decade now! Not gonna waste my time driving here anymore just to spray some water on my truck. I gotta spicket at home that'll spray water for FREE👋🏼 **Update** The owners did call me and we talked. Very nice people and told me about trying to get the service people over to fix the problem during the holidays. I understand and went by couple days later to check out. Everything worked great and I'm glad it was a simple fix. I will continue to use their business since they do the best they can and go above and beyond to fix any problems with real solutions.

I have been going to this location for many years. I just met the new owner today. What I like about this self service car wash is that it is consistent. Vacuums always work. Good suction. The hoses don't leak. The trash cans are not overfilling. It is a clean, reliable, good working car wash. I have been to many & always disappointed. The owner cares about maintaining his investment. It is refreshing to see an owner that cares. Keep up the good work.

The car wash and all the options have all worked great for me every time i’ve been there. Got the job done and the pricing isn’t bad at all. I’d say on the cheaper side of other self serves. My only complaint if you can even call it that, is the constant 50’s music playing loudly above your head. Some of that is nightmare fuel. Just sayin

It's hard to find self serve car washes these days and it seems like the ones I find are rundown with lots of broken equipment. That is not the case with this wash! Everything was clean, the vacuums worked well and there is a good range of options on the cleaning menu. I have to say that this is probably the only self serve that I have been to where the cleaning products are not so watered down that they don't work. At this wash, the tire cleaner actually cleans, the pre-soak does it's job, etc...

The best self-service car wash we have used. The classic oldies music provides a pleasant atmosphere. Well maintained and super clean. Lots of cleaning options including foam brush, tri-gloss and tire scrubs. The credit card option is a nice feature.

Consumers beware! I went there last Sunday and use their car wash for 2 minutes to clean a spill on my floor boards. It said it only charged me $3 bucks which I was fine with. Two days later my card was charged for $20….not cool. Especially when I have reached out to the facility to correct this issue and no one person has reached out or refunded me for this sham. Unacceptable and I will never return. Make sure to check your charges after you leave this facility. Seems like a racket to me. Bad business all around

Not only does this car wash have top of the line equipment, but the owner of this place I have ran into multiple times, and the service, is amazing. Additionally, you have the option to pay cash or card. As a car guy, I will say, you will not find a cleaner and better facility to hand wash your car. I’ll be there again soon.

The tap pay function via phone does not work, I tried today, and a few weeks ago with no luck and both times had to leave. I use tap pay for almost everything, trying to avoid taking my cards out for safety, so the tap pay issue is not a problem on my end. I specifically choose this car wash out of the many options cause it's a small business, but having to leave because it will not accept my payment is very frustrating. I will gladly raise my review when this gets fixed. - it reports "phone moved to fast", but no matter how slow I tap it always reads that. Last time I had this issue I went to the store and had no issue.

I am fuming! I got charged 20 dollars for five minutes of self service car wash! Do not use the tap to pay. Woodstock storage and car wash you will be hearing from me THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND A SCAM

These photos represent the car AFTER being washed. Yes, after. Went on a Sunday. Absolutely no employees. Called any number I could find. Voice mails were full. Went to the storage unit office and left a message with them. Jacqueline called me back on Monday. I "think" they are sending me a $10 check (woo hoo in a joking way!). She was going to call me back after speaking with the owner. I told her that because she was so sweet, I was not going to do a review. I never heard back plus my best friend said I need to do a review regardless. Upon talking to many patrons most use the self car wash for this very reason. Just a FYI. Honestly, I'm still shocked how awful the car looks.

I've been to a few self service wash stations between here and Florida and this is by far the best to use and the best maintained. Everything works. The guy is on site now with a blower to clean up the debris and leaves!

Excellent Place for Car Guys looking for a clean, well maintained place to wash their rides. This place has a lot of options many other places don’t have. They accept coins, cash and card in each stall. All of the equipment looks to be well maintained and wash chemicals well stocked. Key Features: - Well maintained equipment - Accepts 3 forms of payment In stall - Offers in-bay blow drying - Has separate brushes for wash and wheel/tire - Offers tire shine in-bay Definitely a good option for people without a place to wash their vehicles

Wow i wish i listened to some other reviews. This place advertises $3 self wash but charged $15 on my card! There are no signs posted about the per minute charge or anything. very deceptive. To add insult to frauds, the pressure on their machines is.extremely low. The tire shine doesnt work at all (the latch doesnt release as instructions say to do) . And I’d be a fool to think they’d actually answer the number posted. We pressed the button to stop time when we realized we werent going to get the wash we expected on Bay 4. Unless you want to pay $15+ to wash your own car, stay far away this place.

Today, I took my car to Woodstock storage and car wash, and I was thoroughly impressed. The car wash facility is undoubtedly, the best I have ever visited. The cleanliness and organization of the premises are exceptional, and all equipment is in excellent working condition. The availability of soap, tire scrubber, air dryer, and engine cleaner made the car washing process effortless. The vacuum was super. As an individual who values taking care of my own vehicle, I appreciated the convenience and ease of use offered by this facility. The background music was a pleasant surprise.☀️

This is my second review on this place , I have been coming here for years and still will. They are doing some renovations which were really much needed . I believe they do listen and pay attention to customer feedback. My experiences have always been pleasant there is always someone checking the trash and the machines .They have fixed the Matt holders , hoses, removed non working items fixed vacuums etc I like the addition of dryer service . I am not concerned with how much I spend because I take my time my car is always spotless and I never spend over 15. & I’m excited for the pet wash ! This will be awesome to try since the ones I got to are a bit far !
