This was the first time I took my car to this place because somebody recommended it to me, even though the person by the desk was super nice, my car didn’t get cleaned throughly by the other guys, there was barbecue sauce in the bottle holders, There was dust under the seats. I just hope the next time I get a better service.

Took my car here after a road trip with my dog. Bugs on exterior, dog hair interior, etc etc. Living in an apartment, I thought it would be more convenient to go somewhere rather than doing it myself. Nope. Spent $30 and the outside is still dirty. Didn't wipe down 1 seat. I did a better job with a Clorox wipe 5 minutes after I left. I will not be back. Disappointed I wasted 30 minutes and the money here.

Very disappointed in the exterior after being washed and paying $59. Dirt spots the size of a small frisbee still visible on door, rear bumper, and residual dirt left on bumper from water runoff. Interior was clean, but it appears that the electric seat control on driver side seat was broken and not acknowledged by wash technician.

Iv been meaning to give cartique a well deserved review this place being established since 1996 According to the owner which is a very nice gentleman.it's a well-structured n fast pace car wash. clean inside and outside for the price of 26 dollars been taking my cars for the last 4 years

1 star is too much for this place. Paid for a full service detail and got nothing cleaned. Paid for inside and outside to be washed and neither was done professionally.

I had my new car washed at this place and after the car wash my car had several scratches all over it. I went to show the super visor the scratches on my car. He asked me to talk to the owner and he refused responsibility. Instead he used foul language sand told me to f.... off. He even threatened to call the police. While I was there another car also scratches on it. Please check your car for scratches if you get your car washed at this place There multiple scratches all over my car The owner is very rude and disrespectful. He refused to accept responsibility. It’s ridiculous to suggest a purse put scratches on the front hood. The back and the sides. I suggest people stay away from this car wash

I'm not sure how this continues to happen, perhaps it's something to do with the training. But this car wash has continued to miss obvious areas that my car required cleaning. I brought this to their attention before and the issue was adressed, but since it has occurred each time after. I'm certain now that they're not a thorough car wash service.

I found them after living across the street at Two Blocks. The owner is very nice (he has a weird sense of humor, but he means well). The car wash is usually hit or miss, but that’s not the owner’s fault. The one time I did have an issue with the quality, he had them rewash it.

Another car wash down the street tried to double the price from what is on their sign after I was in the middle of a long line. Drove to Cartique and they charged the price that was on their sign, no hassle no scam. The office staff was super nice and friendly. I was comfortable in the waiting room. It didn't take too long. And my car looked great after the wash. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve never had my car hand washed and was so disappointed when I used Cartique in Dunwoody today. With about three cars in front of me, they weren't busy and had sufficient staff working. I was greeted right away, told it would take about 30 minutes and the $50 seemed reasonable for the Gold level services listed. Good start if only they had actually provided good vs so/so services. Re interior and trunk vacuuming - when I got home, I was brushing things off the back seat that they missed and picking stuff off carpet in back that was missed. Car wash completely missed a lip under the hatch in back – could tell because all the yellow pollen was still underneath the lip and dry. When they dried the door jambs (part of the service), the yellow pollen around the four door jambs was not all cleaned off. I spot cleaned when I got home. It was not done at all around the trunk jamb of the hatch when I lifted it - lots of wet yellow pollen was all around the inside of the hatch. I'm still working on that, it was really dirty. I don't know if I'll go back.

I've only been here to get the gold package, but no qualms about it. They were very thorough and the quality of their worked showed on my car that was long overdue for a cleaning. The way I see it, 55$ is a bit steep but I've gotten a few carwashes in the past few years between 10-30$ and they all did a horrible job-- I figure this place did at least twice the job of any of them combined.

Literally paid $40 for nothing!This is actually the value of a gold package with a discount.Had the man that sits on the inside look and was told if I paid for a detailing these areas would have been cleaned. This is the laziest job I ever seen. Will not be back

Got a car wash today after leaving the doctor’s office since it was on my way home and close to where I wanted to eat(that was another story altogether). Must say that I was really disappointed after paying $40 for an suv and then getting home and realizing that my wheels were totally dirty. I returned and the owner/person in charge reluctantly agreed to clean the wheels. This consisted of having an individual manually wiping out each wheel without the aid of spraying wheel cleaner or a tool to aid in the cleaning process. The pictures below are after my second visit. Not at all an acceptable experience or value.
