I received a detail wash. After paying and leaving a tip I seen that my windshield was still dirty. The boy I asked to clean my windshield told me it was a extra $10 after I paid for a full detail car wash. I am very disappointed with this service and I won’t be returning.

Great job, and great price. They pay attention to detail and make your vehicle look amazing inside and out. They are located inside the parking lot of a gas station so that is super convenient, also they have a place to sit and watch your car get detailed. They are also next to a McDonald’s which is awesome to be able to get a drink and sit and watch my car being cleaned.

This place is quick, efficient and does a great detailed hand wash with interior vacuum and dashboard clean! $25 for my SUV and done in less than 30 minutes.

So disappointed in this car wash,my car was fine when I took it to have it cleaned by them. went to get gas and noticed this went back asked the guys they agreed to doing this and said they will have it polished the one other guy came in cursing at me and said no one did this here I asked to see cameras and the guy said it’s a waste of time for him to view the cameras..make sure your car is good and not scratched before you leave if you ever come here worst service..and this guy says I’m being fraudulent and just want money from them like I tipped you what money do I need from you I was so shocked I’m still trying to process everything that happened please be careful worst experience ever now this makes total sense as this has not only happened to me but others too never coming to this car wash again check your cars before you leave

DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM !!!! for one they charged me inside and outside 65, I got the #3 package so I was cool with the price. But returned the car to me in basic condition and dirt and grime was still in the vehicle. And they didn’t even clean the console. Manager was very rude and told me do not come back. I was just looking for good honest service. I would give them a 0 if I could.

I would have given more stars if the issue was just that they missed a spot when cleaning but they also scratched my rearview mirror :( definitely not what I expected when I paid $50 for the luxury service plus $10 tip. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

They did an awesome job detailing and hand washing my suv and truck! My vehicles barely fit in the garage where they hand wash but it was still a great job overall. Would recommend you give it a try! I believe I have found my new favorite spot 👍

I’ve been coming here for years. Their service is top tier - always consistent, fast, and friendly. My car always comes out looking spotless, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s hard to find a place that takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I usually come here and love it! I don’t know if it’s a new person or washer trying to get extra cash. But the person asked for 45 for just the wash and an additional 120 for the seats…which doesn’t include the wash. So a total of $165 and before tried to say it was 185. I have a XL car so the wash should have been 55 cause I can read. I usually pay 120-145 total. Still Was left with a glass stain on my window after I left……

Hardest working bunch of guys you’ll ever see. SHOWROOM quality wash interior and exterior for $100 - leather conditioning, tire shine, exterior is immaculate, vacuuming - you name a service and they have it. 10/10 would recommend without a hesitation - probably the best in the state of Georgia!

Got scammed. Asked for a $60 Premium service as advertised on their signs. Employee told me $65 at first, I had to correct him. Tried to upsell me on "pollen removal" another $20. I just asked for the $60 service, which specifically included clean of the interior and s at treatment. When they said it was done the interior had a lot of missed spots and the seat were not treated. When I asked the employee he got into a defensive stance and refused to reply.

I’m not happy with my service at all. I told the guy it was my investment car which I put on turo for people to rent out. I told him I wanted the 2nd package. When I went to my car after I already paid they didn’t vacuum the driver floor completely he said it would be $30.00 more dollars to vacuum it up. In between seats was not vacuum at all, dash board had some type of lint on it. Windows was not properly dried so there are still dried soap marks on the window. $52.99 for a half done job… and trying to charge to charge me 30.00 to vacuum the car is crazy.. when it’s suppose to come with the package!!! Please don’t waist your time or money. I will upload pictures in one second.

I come to this car wash fairly often because it’s convenient and reasonably priced. The customer service has never been the best, but I’m ok with it because “you get what you pay for.” There’s typically one guy there (usually wearing a hat) who takes payment—cash or card. I usually use my card, and almost every time, his attitude shifts as if it’s an inconvenience. If that’s truly the case, they should consider running a cash-only business. My most recent visit was business as usual until I noticed one spot that had clearly been missed. When I asked him to go over it, his mood turned unpleasant. He went over it quickly, but the spot was still there, so I had to ask a few more times. Eventually, he handed me the towel and asked if I wanted to do it myself —which came off rude and dismissive. The request I made would have taken less than 30 seconds if done properly, so the attitude wasn’t warranted. At this point, I don’t see myself returning. To be fair, they do a decent job if you’re wanting a straight to the point detailing service. Just keep in mind to bring cash.

$100 to keep my car dirty, just less than before. I'm a dealer and came here cause I used to when I lived in the area. It was incredible, but I brought them this car today and it had a lot of dirtiness inside and out. Told them I wanted the $65 package, the manager said it needed the $85. I asked them to get paint off of the windshields, extra $20. I asked if he'd clean the carpet stains in the $85. He said yes. I tipped them cause it was a lot of work, yet somehow the car just wasn't done. The picture inside the car is the paint I'm referring to. Every other picture is immediately after leaving. What a joke.

AVOID and if you use this business - make sure you take photos of your car before using. Damaged my car and denied damages. The camera that would have shown that side of the car being worked on isn’t working/doesn't work. Odd. Zero accountability and continuously tried to blame me. Large scratch and gouge in plastic and chipped paint. Lost a repeat customer. New car with no other damage, but trying to blame me. A door I rarely use and definitely wouldn’t have damaged like that. Do right by your customers. Own your accidents and mistakes. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service to make this right. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but the way I was treated, repeatedly blamed, and dismissed was beyond frustrating. Also the audacity of calling me after I left to continue to blame me for not thinking to check my car for damages. I loved this car wash and used to be a happy customer. Never again. $70 + $60 tip = damaged car, zero accountability.

Reply……That’s a complete lie you didn’t treat me well at all but whatever you need to say to make things look better that’s fine. I never said it was a rip off. I expressed how I didn’t know your prices went up and proceeded to pay, You didn’t like my comment so you got pissed and said “I guess there’s no tip” which was totally uncalled for. You all removed my bracelets from The original spot and got mad because I asked where they were. Yes after 5 minutes they were located. Again I will not be returning!!! I use to come here years ago and never had an issue until recently. Today after my car was washed I asked how much was my total he said $42.99 for inside and out. I said “ oh I didn’t realize you all went up in price” as I was swiping my debit card. He rudely replied “ Yea everything went up in price, so I guess that means no tip huh” at the same time he pressed no tip without my approval and without waiting on a reply!!! He was being very sassy for no reason! Not to mention the job was not done properly. I will not be returning!!
