I tried this location today when I was passing by and found a coupon online for a free wash. My car is my main office, as I drive for work as a salesman Monday-Friday and highly depend on a clean car when I have suppliers with me. I truly have NEVER had a more positive experience with a car wash before!!!! The wash itself was a breeze and smelled terrific- a major plus was the fact it didn’t seem like my car was being beaten to death by machines and bristles, all a regular experience from other car washes. Not only did they have plenty of bays to towel dry and vacuum after, their vacuums were STRONG!!! They have air compressors and even a gadget to get my windows extra clean! One of my favorite extra bonuses was their rubber mat station- holy moly!!! The scrub brush and extra details to get everything clean truly blew my mind. Loved the gadgets and gizmos of plenty and I will be signing my husband and I up for the family plan before our next wash. I cannot say enough good things!

Best car wash in Woodstock Roswell Marietta area. Your car goes in dirty and comes out clean as a whistle! Love the management team and employees here too! Free vaccines, mat vaccines and supplies like windex and cleaning cloths. So nice and courteous I thought I was at Chick-fil-A!

Big Dan’s Car Wash is seriously my favorite car wash ever. They’ve got the most up-to-date equipment, the wash quality is always on point, and best of all—they’ve never scratched my paint. That’s a big deal to me, especially after bad experiences at other automatic car washes. The staff is super nice, too. On hot days, they even hand out free ice-cold water while you’re cleaning your car. It’s the little things like that that make a difference. A special shoutout to Joni, the manager—she’s the absolute best. Super friendly, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Her customer service is truly unmatched. I’ve been a Big Dan’s member since 2023, and I’ve never once regretted it. Highly recommend!

Used a freebie to try this drive thru car wash service for the first time. What a great experience! A very pleasant woman helped me when I first arrived. The car is now squeaky clean! They also provide extras like vacuum, floor mat cleaner and etc. I will certainly be back!

Today I would like to give 5 stars to Jordan, Maurice, Norm, Tim, and all the associates. I always appreciate seeing the smiling faces. Jordan went above and beyond to assist me. All the staff is extremely friendly, wonderful, hardworking and respectful. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have taken my vehicles to Big Dans for a couple years now. A few weeks ago, after a trip to the location on 92 and Ragsdale, I noticed my wife's Yukon had significant swirl scratches on the hood of the vehicle. Upon further inspection, I saw those scratches were on the roof of the vehicle as well. I contacted BDs and they called me and requested pictures. They told me they could check cameras on the property to ascertain whether the scratches were there before or a result of the wash. I emailed the pictures over a week ago and followed up last week with an email and no response. I now have permanent damage to my wife's vehicle and will have to either accept it as is or spend a few thousand to get it repainted. I do not recommend Big Dans as a result. If they do like they have on other negative reviews, they'll respond with something like "please reach out to us...". I have. You haven't responded.

My experience with Big Dan's Car Wash has been one of consistent failure, resulting in both financial loss and damage to my property. I purchased a subscription in October 2023 for their signature "The Auto-Graphx5" wash, trusting its guarantee of 5X Protection, Luster, and Durability for my new car. Over time, it became clear these claims were misleading. The service caused significant damage, including body scratches from the automated brushes and permanent staining from their harsh chemicals. I brought these issues to the attention of David, the facility operator at the Acworth Blue Springs location. His response was unprofessional and incompetent, as he shifted responsibility for the damage onto me. This reflected the general attitude of the customer service team, who were often absent and unhelpful. The final injustice came when Big Dan's canceled my subscription after I had already paid in advance, refusing to compensate me for my losses or the damages incurred.

Don't think I'd go back, $25 wash didn't get outside clean. Wheels still had a ton of brake dust. On the plus side, they've got all the tools to help you get the inside & deep cleanings done.

Don’t go when they are busy! They have no system for using the vacuums after the wash. If it’s busy you just have to circle the lot hoping for an open vacuum but by the time you get around, someone has come out of the wash and taken the available spot. So you circle again and the same thing happens. You have to just be lucky to get a spot and apparently I’m not. Left without ever being able to use vacuum. Never going here again! AND they are expensive

I had my husband's car washed here yesterday. The place was immaculately maintained. The crew were warm and welcoming. One was handing out chilled bottles of water to all the customers at the finishing area. The equipment worked properly and there were plenty of clean towels and cleaning liquid available. I just wish they had a location close to where I live.

Good free vacuums, spitzes, and strays but the actual car wash was not good! The hood and roof of my car seemed like they were not touched by any of the brushes I had to scrub off dirt by hand using the towels and glass spray. I even paid for their most expensive wash to get my car clean.
