First sunny day in a week so they were very busy. However that did not stop the employees from making sure they provided the best service. Allen was very polite and helpful when we arrived. He also came by to check on us while we were drying off the car to make sure everything was going smoothly. Wonderful service! We will be back!

I love this car wash! Convenient location, Easy getting in and out. Great wash. Reasonable cost. The staff came around to vehicles passing out towels and asking customers if they need anything. I was vacuuming my car when Tristan came around and asked if he could pressure wash my rubber floor mats! Talk about exceptional customer service… of the favor of the lord in my life 😜! They really go above and beyond ..very friendly staff. I’ll definitely be going back.

The guys here went above and beyond to get the road dirt off of my car. I am extremely pleased with their attitude and willingness to make it right. Especially impressed with Samuel as he ran my car through twice and scrubbed it with the brush to make sure that it came clean.

Just stopped to get a car wash and vacuum out my car and these two gentleman Sam and Brogan came by and offered to power wash my weathguard floor mats. I have been here a lot since I'm a member and not once have I been offered this. It most definitely caught me off guard. Also right as I was about to leave Brogan came by and gave me a cup with a ton of car amenities. Thank you Guys! I 100% recommend this car wash as the customer service is too Notch!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Best Car Wash Experience Ever! I had the BEST experience at WhiteWater Express Car Wash today! The wash itself was great, but the customer service is what truly set it apart. Tristan went above and beyond, to he didn’t just wave me through like most places. He actually took my weather mats out, pressure washed them spotless, and then fully dried them before putting them back. I’ve never had someone take that kind of care without even being asked. Super friendly, super professional, and honestly made my whole day. You don’t see service like that anymore. If you’re looking for a car wash that actually treats your vehicle like it matters, this is the place. Ask for Tristan — he’s the real MVP

Cayge just got hired 2 days ago and this Young man went above and beyond for no dang reason at all except for that he cares. He ain't getting paid enough to care that much. So there is a lot to be said for his customer service. Whoever owns this place. I recommend that you keep a good eye on that boy and make sure that he gets a promotion and a raise as soon as it's possible and you need to put that boy directly into some middle management. Allen The manager over here is another good dude. He runs a tight ship but he does it. Respectfully, another bonus is they don't make you remove your trailer hitch before you have to get a wash. Recommend this place 10 out of 10. Been coming here for many years. Prices ain't too bad. Service is amazing

First off, great car wash! I never do reviews but i’ve been coming here for months and never even knew they clean your mats for you, Laura is the greatest! she was the only one to offer help friendly, helpful, and informative about carwash plans. i definitely told friends and family about this place. My wife and I both went there last week and we see her busting her butt nonstop! amazing service! we definitely hope Laura goes noticed she definitely deserves praise for her customer skills and hard work!
