Online prices are cheaper than what they actually charge. Also, no free vacuum? It’s fine for a drive through car wash. I wouldn’t have gone if the online prices were accurate and I won’t go back because they weren’t. Definitely not what it used to be

I was excited to have somewhere close to vacuum my car & Paid 4$ to turn on a vacuum that DIDNT WORK. i was so surprised at how horrible and weak the vacuum was. literally could not even suck up a tiny piece of straw paper that was ripped up. i feel like i should of got a refund it was just such a waste of time and money

Used what I thought was a $4 vacuum, which didn't even work. Manager on duty was nice enough to put me on another stall (for what I thought was free) so I could have another go. Just checked my credit card statement, and I was charged $10. I don't know how or why. But it's not the first time their self-service has been broken... the people working there always seem surprised! Bogus!

It’s sad to see this place go upside down and the service just went from five star to a zero store extremely quickly. Seems like the landscaping also doesn’t get taken care of at the property. I remember being excited and happy to come to this CAr Wash and now I just try to avoid even coming here at all and no the vacuum cleaners do not work and sometimes when you get into the car wash self station it does not work as well too I wonder what happened

Great for people who live in apartments and don’t have the ability to wash their cars by their homes. This is one of my favorite self-serve car washes. They have separate washing bays and vacuum bays, in addition to a drive through car wash (which fyi, every drive through car wash damages your cars paint by slapping dirt particles collected from other cars back onto yours), so you can pretty much get everything done here in one trip. VACUUMS COST $10 -> advertised price is wrong. I should have read the reviews first. The Vaccum shows one price but will charge your car $10 for 4 minutes!! How is this legal?

Waste of money & time! Car looked worse after I washed it and used the spot free rinse. I had to come home & re-wash on sunny 90 degree day. Obviously do not recommend!

It’s sad to watch this place slowly start going down They never have enough workers to wash the cars And then when you do get a chance to come by there, there’s only two people working or three people working and then tell you that you can’t get a car wash because they don’t have enough people… Wow

We used to take our cars here about 1-2 times a month for complete exterior and interior detailing before they switched owners. I took my car here on Tuesday, 5/3/22 and the interior cleaning was SO terrible and such a waste of money. I paid for the exterior $10 wash and interior $20 wash plus 25% tip for a small two door car. These photos were taken immediately after the wash while still in the parking lot. I asked to check with a manager and they said they could not locate one at that moment so I left.

This car did not have this scratch before getting it washed last night. Do NOT use this car wash service. I’m beyond angry because it’s deep enough to not buff out.

Took my daughter’s new to her car in to have them shampoo the seats and carpet. They just made it worse. When I asked about the stains before and asked about how bad it looked after the language barrier left them just saying “yes shampoo” over and over and over. $120 to make the seats worse. Incredibly disappointed. The first four pics are before and the last five are after.

That kind of dedication and customer care is rare these days. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and values his customers. I’ll definitely will always be a member because of Alonso. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years back when it was Car Wash Time, and it’s gone downhill since the name/ownership change. 3 of the 5 self-serve bays had no high pressure, and I noticed other customers switching bays too. I had already swiped my card and the timer was running, so I was stuck rinsing my car with very low pressure, which took way longer than it should have. An employee told me to go inside, but stopping would’ve meant wasting money. Poorly maintained now. I won’t be back and recommend going elsewhere.

I bring my cars here all the time, and they always do an excellent job. The team out front works incredibly hard and it really shows. I brought my son’s car in today to be cleaned before he starts driving tomorrow, and honestly, I didn’t think there was any way they could get it clean after my other college-aged son had been driving it for four years. I was amazed when I saw the result—it looked brand new inside. They even gave me a 20% discount. These folks truly work hard. Go support their business!
