Junior was super helpful on my most recent visit. This is the best car wash in the neighborhood. They provide rags, windex, air blowers for the inside and water to refill your windshield washers. Clean, new and very kind helpful employees. And…..no pressure to buy memberships.

I really think Clearwater Express Car Wash needs to figure out a better way to handle traffic flow when the drive-through line gets busy. I was stuck in the left lane for over 10 minutes while cars from the other two lanes kept cutting in, and no one was taking proper turns. It wasn’t until an employee finally stepped in to stop the chaos that I was able to move forward. That kind of disorganization is frustrating, especially for paying members. Unfortunately, I’ll be canceling my membership.

Great visit everytime! but TK really made this visit stand out. He greeted me right away, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car got exactly what it needed. You can tell he pays attention to detail because my car looked brand new when it came out. TK’s attitude and professionalism make the whole experience way better. If you want top-tier service, he’s the one to look for.

The car wash took off my windshield wiper and scratched my my vehicle. Ive been coming here for about 6 months usually everything is fine but this time the car wash removed the windshield wiper and scratched my windshield. I was told by management Jamie and Marcus that it can take 7-10 business day to receive a response and that nothing can be done now. The manager also just left my windshield wiper on the floor and said they were submitting the report but their wifi was slow??? Terrible service very absurd process and a huge headache stear away from cash wash.

I asked them if they did vacuum or self-service. And they told me it was self-service, but I was 9 months pregnant so said thank you but I'd go elsewhere bc I couldn't vacuum myself. They insisted that they'd do it for me instead! They were so kind and generous and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!!

I had such a great experience with John at Clearwater Car Wash! He helped me pick the perfect monthly plan for my needs and explained everything clearly and patiently. He even remembers my dog by name and always has a treat ready for her — such a thoughtful touch! On my second visit, he went above and beyond by polishing my rims without me even asking. I am currently at the Clearwater Car Wash Heights location and wanted to take a moment to recognize an attendant named John C for his exceptional kindness and customer service. John cleaned my tires for me twice. The first time, I did not have money to tip him. This visit, I told him not to worry about it, yet he chose to do it anyway. In a time when genuine customer service feels rare, his willingness to go above and beyond without expecting anything in return truly meant a lot to me. Everyone at this location has been friendly and kind, but John genuinely stands out. His actions were a blessing, and I felt compelled to share how much I appreciated his help and attitude.
