The staff was rude. There was a man with glasses working vacuuming station that was yelling at me to pull up my car. I didn’t hear him at first and so when I heard him yelling at me, I asked told him “sorry I’ll pull it up” and he just rolled his eyes at me and looked at me in annoyance. I did tell him he was being rude. I hope he changes his attitude because that’s not the way to talk to others.

I have not been here in a while because they can’t wash cars properly. Decided to give them a chance and paid $50 for a full wash with “dash broad, middle console” included for dirt since on the floor and I add to clean my own dash broad and cup holders were still dirty. They are ridiculous. I’m never coming back there again!

I’ve used this location many of times, but today will be my last. I always get the top package they offer for cleaning your car (inside and out) and always leave a tip! This is the second time I’ve left unhappy when many inside parts of my car not even wiped down and when brought up and showed to the worker she had major attitude and wiped one spot and then walked off. Leaving many spots still not touched. Had to go home and finish the job myself! Wasted of $50!! I will never be back!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Came here today to get my car washed inside and out, instead they wasted my time and made me throw my money to the dump because my car was not cleaned at all. Basic is $15 instead I chose the $22 to get my cup holders cleaned an dashboard wiped, they did nothing. Instead of coming here save yourself some money and go through a drive thru car wash. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! and for the employees to leave a car like this only says this place hires anyone. These pictures are after they "cleaned it"

46$ for a car wash . We just talking about wiping inside dwn. Where was the jasmine scent I ask for definitely didn't get it. No shine on tires. Left soap residue. Worse ? All computerized. They changed the inside . Very cold now !! Definitely not gonna go back. I could have gttn a hand car wash for 46$ 50$ insane!!!

Great service but the wash was meh!! The windshield was left a bit dirty under the wipers and I had to point out some dirt under the door. Preston was great, though. He greeted me and sold me the monthly membership. I’ll try these guys another shot.

Horrible experience! My truck didn’t even get wipe down at all. Supposedly they charge extra to clean inside and they didn’t do anything. Don’t get the service where they clean your car inside because they won’t.

I have it 3. Probably should've gave it a 2. I went there badly needing a wash. I had questions and no one was there to answer my questions. I needed the insides of my car vacuumed. I even left a tip and I shouldn't have. So, I basically tipped a machine to wash my car with no other service. I hope the machine spends it well.

I’m 😡 so mad with Mister car wash the employees messed up my husband 530EBMW dashboard it’s black but now it looks like it’s bleached. My husband is mad with me for taking it there. They have to many new workers, they need to be trained they must know what products to use on cars . I am going back today after work to speak with a manger I hope they can make it right today. Totally disappointed. Sincerely. The manager tried to fix it but it just didn’t look the same so I took it back to Mr. Glen. They told me they don’t know what was sprayed on the dashboard. This is the after the manager tried to wipe I was told by the manager at master wash it was not rubbed In completely. I don’t know what else to do. They messed up my dashboard.These is the picture after management also tried wiping it down. what can I do now.

If I could rate this place a lower star I would! Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I took my truck to Mister Car Wash on April 1, 2025, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Their automatic wash damaged my truck’s fender flare and scratched my paint—all because their equipment clearly isn’t properly maintained. When I reported the issue, I expected at least some level of customer service and accountability. Instead, they completely refused to take responsibility and dismissed my claim simply because the fender flare was aftermarket. What difference does that make? If their machines can't handle standard vehicle accessories without causing damage, then they shouldn’t be in business. Instead of doing the right thing, they chose to hide behind excuses and leave me with a costly repair bill. This speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and concern for customers. If you value your vehicle, do NOT bring it here unless you want to risk paying for their negligence out of your own pocket. Mister Car Wash has lost my business forever, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. Take your car somewhere that actually cares!

Today is sunday jan 11 2026, I went to wash my car here after a long night driving as I am a member with mister from long time, the machine didn't work properly as the two overhead brushs stops without cleaning, and the cleaning water and drying air cut off in the middle of the cycle, and their was an employee at exit was shouting to go back to wash again ??? Why i go back to wash my car again, I don't have to waste anymore I was very tired, also here in this location they force you to by a vaccum, and will not allow you to vacuum your car yourself, you have to pay 15 $ each time you vacuum!! Why? Does that make sense ??

Mister Car Wash on 1960 has been my go to spot for years. I’ve been a platinum member since I moved to Houston back in 2016 and they’ve always taken great care of my vehicles. The staff works hard, the line moves quickly, and my car always comes out looking fresh. I still remember when they offered popcorn to customers and sold my favorite car freshener Sweet Grace. Bring it back. This location has never disappointed me and I highly recommend it.

As a Mister Car Wash subscriber with a premium monthly plan it saddens me to say that this is the worst automatic car wash I've ever been to. My family drives a Ford Escape 4 door crossover. • Multiple stabilizers are broken and swing freely. Many of the spinning brushes on the passenger side whack your car hard enough to dent. • The bristles are muddied and dry rotted. • The Soap and Wax are either incorrect settings, water downed or down right sometimes it's just not there. • The tire shine & polish rarely ever works and when it does it's a horrendous job. • The micro-fiber dry cloth on way out never, and I mean never, gets the back of the car. On top of this it typically just drags. Lastly, it's so worn out I'm afraid it'll just damage the vehicle even further. Sad to say, after multiple visits over many months I will not be returning unless they fix all said above issues.

Unsatisfied with the interior cleaning. The carpets were vacuumed nicely but the wipe down of my interior trim was horrible. I had to ask the worker several times to wipe areas that were missed just for him to miss the same areas. I ended up grabbing the towel from him and wiped them myself. The back interior still looks like it was barley wiped. Very unsatisfied with this location.
