Fun fact: Clean cars really do drive better. I have a small child and a big dog—both of whom spend a fair amount of time in the backseat (sorry, car). I love them dearly, but let’s be honest: they’re messy. Thankfully, the vacuums at Whitewater Express have herculean strength and make quick work of smashed Goldfish crackers and dog hair. The microfiber cloths, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner provided by this saint of a car wash have saved my sanity more times than I can count. And the staff? Truly the best. You won’t find a friendlier crew—or one less likely to judge how long you’ve been camped out in the vacuum station.

Best auto car wash money can buy! I’ve been going for about a month now. I have the deluxe membership (34.99/month) and I legit got my money’s worth on the first wash. The amenities are legit and are what separate this brand from the competitors. Microfiber towels, vacuums, air compressor hoses, and multipurpose cleaner are all free. The employees are always so nice and willing to help with anything. Did I mention they spray off your rubber car mats too? All included in the monthly price. Run …don’t … walk!

Been a unlimited member for over two years. Would be 5 stars if they had a wheel cleaning setting, not just tire shine. The ceramic looks better when you go twice a week.

Was signed up last year for a membership that I did not ask for was only supposed to be getting a $10 wash. They had staff standing out there taking people cards but instead of them giving me a $10 wash as I directed they are signing people up for memberships.Please make sure you guys are checking your statements found out at a later time that I was signed up for a membership that I did not ask for they have been taking the money out for months until I realized what was going on. Was out of town due to an work assignment so would not need to be signed up for a membership at this time.Have been very patient and waiting for Gage to take care of the situation got some of my money returned but not all! The staff members that work there are absolutely amazing, profession, and very courteous to the public they go over and beyond. Cassie,Mikale, and Sidney, they tried to help with this situation but management has to handle this situation.I have followed up and followed up and followed up with no help with the situation. I have now reached out to corporate to see if they will correct this situation. I really liked this car wash very close to my home but I will be going elsewhere for my car needs due to breach of trust and also no help with a situation. Please be mindful when giving them your card because they have employees that are signing people up for memberships that they did not ask for and not finding out about it until later on. People need to be warned.

I was charged for two monthly subscription packages by mistake (only need one subscription). Once I caught that on my credit card bill I brought it to their attention and asked to have them refund the additional subscription charge. They gave me the runaround for two weeks before telling me they simply refuse to do the right thing and refund for the additional subscription charge. Just go to Mike’s Carwash instead. Right up the street from this place. Update after business response: The generic auto-reply didn’t address my concern. My wife has been there twice, called several times and never even gotten to any manager. So asking me to go to your website and tell you for the 4th time what happened sounds unreasonable and unprofessional. Two employees have both my wife and my email and cell phone numbers. If the issue is truly important to you then a manger will reach out. Hope to hear from someone

I recently visited WhiteWater Express, and I must say, I am absolutely blown away by the quality of service I received! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. Especially Gage, he was awesome! I’ll definitely be returning for regular washes. Joe was there right away to help me get signed up for my membership! He explained everything to me and their great promo right now. He explained how the team members are there to help us clean our mats and help make things easier and he even offered to take off my Mike’s Car Wash sticker (with excitement!)! He showed me how to use everything and where to go for the amenities. I truly appreciate the time he took out of his day to make me feel like a special customer! You don’t get service like this at all nowadays and I felt like he went above and beyond (and in this HIGH heat index of summer) and I was truly impressed! My car looks very clean (although I might need to find something stronger to get my bugs off because I didn’t get it cleaned off right away and they’re baked in). The tire shine is great and my car looks sparkly pearly white again!

I've tried all the local automatic car washes in the area and Whitewater is by far the best one. The employees are friendly and professional, my car always comes out spotless, and the free amenities are a huge plus!! There are plenty of (THE BEST) vacuums so there's never a wait, they offer towels and free cleaning sprays, a mat cleaner, and sometimes the employees hand out wipes and air fresheners!
