I have been a customer here for over 4 years and it's always been absolutely awesome. The car wash itself is very good. But what really makes it stand out is the friendly and helpful staff the towels the mat cleaning machines and the vacuums. Unfortunately all it takes is one negative experience to cancel out the positive. I came in the other evening probably about 7:45. So the arm wasn't going up for some reason so I backed up and tried it again and still nothing. So up comes an employee that I've never seen before and he opens up the machine and proceeds to tell me that I've been terminated. I asked why and he didn't know and so that I would need to buy a new membership or pay for a single if I wanted to use the I wanted to use it today

Great place! Excellent location. Prices are great. They have free vacuums and air blowers. Towels were always in abundance (thanks to Cammron). The all purpose and glass cleaner stations were full. Cammron was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. He had excellent customer service skills and a great smile. Cammron is the epitome of what great customer service looks like at WhiteWater. Thank you.

WhiteWater needs more people like Camrron! Excellent customer service! He not only brought a few towels to help dry the inside and outside of my car, but he also included a few complimentary car fresheners. Such a genuinely nice and helpful guy. WhiteWater definitely secured my business! With this level of care and dedication from the staff, I’ll continue recommending this location to friends and family!

I was signed up without consent for a monthly plan. Went in a couple months ago for a basic car wash and I guess they took it upon themselves to sign me up for a 29$ recurrent charge. Luckily I happened to randomly check my recent statement and saw this charge or they would have gotten away with it. If you ever go here make sure to check your statements. They also don’t have anyone to pick up phones, only an option to leave a message for call back . Shady practices, I would avoid this car wash service at all costs.

Thanks to Bryce at the pay station area for helping me out and good to know the NTTA promo worked. Shout out to Sharkur who was by the drive thru area for the pre wash and direction for coming by afterwards to have a small talk. Great spot that has everything from towels, mat machine, high pressure cleaning blower, and self vacuum stations.

Only saw maybe 2 or 3 people working here. 1 at the kiosks and 1 where you enter. Did not have any dry, clean towels to use. Found 2, maybe 3, damp towels folded up on a “Towel Exchange” cart in a building on the far end of the lot. No sight of window cleaner or “all purpose cleaner”. Wash was okay, like any other car wash. Vacuums were okay, it only has the wide end, no crevice attachment which is what I’d prefer to use. Overall, meh. Just like any other car wash that over promises and under delivers. Location can get tight and crowded during rush-hour hard to get in and out. Not conducive for a quick in and out for a wash. Do not plan to return.

Update: after several attempts to call corporate and this location, they have ignored me entirely. They also ignored the BBB. They won’t refund the $600 they owe me. If something goes wrong, they won’t refund your money. Dishonest. I have been double charged for my monthly membership for the past two years. The total is over $700. I contacted customer service and they said I have to speak to the manager at this location to resolve the issue. On October 1st, I spoke with Parker and gave him my credit card statements showing the double charges. He said since he took over as manager, he has had to issue several refunds for double charges. Also, he said the double charges were caused by a duplicate tag that has no physical sticker associated with it. He said he would call me by October 3rd to confirm the refund. I went back to the location on October 4th because no one called me back and when I try to call this location, it went straight to voicemail. I spoke with Parker in person again and he said his boss hasn’t come by to approve the refund. He said he would call me by October 8. Today is October 9. Still no refund. I called twice and it goes straight to voicemail each time. Customer service said I have to speak with the manager at this location to get the refund. This is how I have been treated after being a member since 2019. What’s the delay?

Stephen was great! He was super friendly, which I really appreciated. The amenities were great with there being two types of spray: glass and all purpose. I will say though they are not bottles and u have to go back and forth. The external car wash did good but I wish the rinse and dry sections were stronger. (Still had soap and a moderate amt of water left on my car)

Had an awesome experience here! Bryce was super nice and really helpful — he cleaned my rubber floor mats by hand since the machine doesn’t work with those, and even put tire shine on my tires. Little things like that make a big difference. Definitely appreciate the great service

Do NOT sign up for their monthly membership. I thought I canceled my membership back in July, but I recently discovered it was only paused. During a paused status, they still charge $0.01 every month. However, I was also charged the full membership price every month since July. I haven’t used their service at all since I moved. When I checked my account, it showed the membership as paused as of July, which explains the $0.01 monthly charge. However, I later discovered I was also being charged the full monthly price from a second account for the same car, both linked to the same credit card. I was never informed that a second account existed and do not know why it was created. I also don’t know how to access the account that’s being charged the full amount. Canceling your membership is intentionally difficult. Attempting to cancel only switches the account to paused instead of fully canceled. Customer service is AI, you cannot reach a real person and corporate has not responded to my emails. They also refuse to issue refunds, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank, which was only able to recover the last three months.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, just usually at a different location, and this one definitely lived up to the standard. The service was quick, efficient, and my car came out looking great. The staff was friendly and professional, and the general manager Daniel personally came by to check in, which really stood out. You can tell they care about customer experience here. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again!
