I have a membership at another car wash that I plan to cancel asap because coming to WhiteWater gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash & it was all because of how helpful Jeremy was. Not only did he help me with the whole process, showing me how to use the machine to wash my rugs, he help me vacuum annnnnnd convince me to get a membership with them when I’m already a member at a different car wash 😅 where they do that at?! I went to get my car washed today. I have a membership here and have been going here for quite some time. Before entering the car wash the young man who was directing me in, and I noticed that there was something not right with my car. He then looked under the car and noticed that the metal plate underneath it was hanging by one bolt. He was very nice and backed my car out of the entrance for me. Another gentleman who worked there came over and offered to try to help me secure it enough so that I could safely drive home. They both were so kind and went above and beyond and. I am very grateful.

Without a doubt the best car wash within a 15 mile radius. I signed up at this location for two reasons: 1) the equipment is well kept. Never have an issue with the vacuum and always stocked with towels and cleaner 2) the staff. They are amazing. Particularly Jeremy. He is always working when I come through and always running around helping everyone. Whether that’s at the payment kiosk, getting the cars in the wash, or helping wash mats for people. If I could rate 10/5 stars I would. I drive past another WhiteWater to come to this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The employees explained all the package options clearly and weren’t pushy at all. The wash itself was thorough, and they paid close attention to the small details like the mirrors and rims. Darius had such a pleasant smile when he helped me align the car for the wash. He asked if I needed pressure washed car mats. I didn’t, but had never been asked that before. Nice to know it was offered. After washing the car, Darius went around to the customers in the vacuuming area, and gave us fragrance hangers.
