I’ve been coming to Soapy Jeff’s for many years now. Juan never seems to take a day off and is always super nice and professional. I pay a little extra for a hand wash and my car looks like a million bucks every time.

Had to cancel my memebership because i “broke the chain”. Even though i have been coming here for a while. Blaming that my car is too low, even though its been the same ever since i got a membership here. Would not recommend coming here. I drive a hatchback, how can my “low car” not come here but in the gallery a “sports car” can. Look for yourself to see how “low” my car is.

My car looks brand new! Accidentally drove over fresh paint on the road and the guys at Soapys made the car look brand new. Look at the before and afters! Unreal. Can’t recommend enough.

We had a wonderful experience at Soapy Jeff’s. The staff was so nice and my car looked amazing when they finished. They pay attention to details and made it a great experience. My husband returned with his SUV - he can be critical of car washes and was so pleased with how his car looked when they finished with it! We will keep bringing our cars here - glad Soapy Jeff took over this location!

Professional and friendly. They really take care of my vehicles. I have been coming here for over 2 years. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful! I have a black malibu that is hardly any trouble and a leased white Tesla that's nothing but trouble lol. They take the time to make sure all my concerns are taken care of before I pull off in my Shiney ride. I really appreciate all of you!

I am not satisfied with the service for a several reasons: 1. The car was not clean in many places (inside the doors, part of the roof, etc - see the photos) 2. Carpets and pads were removed and were wet, so, I should've dried and placed it back by myself. 3. The price is too high for that level of service. I tried their promo - deposit 500$ and get 250$ worth cleaning for free. Interior was cleaned quite good, but I've found some dirt and garbage inside the car. There was a strong chemical smell, that I couldn't get rid of with all windows open during the day. My clothes smell like they were cleaned too. I'd like to say thanks to the guy who was outside, but inside the building there was no free wifi (only 30 minutes Spectrum trial), coffee machine didn't work. But chairs were comfortable. Finally it's just 3 out of 5.

Not satisfied at all with my visit to Soapy Jeff’s Plano. I paid $60 for what was supposed to be a full interior and exterior cleaning, but honestly it looked like they barely touched the car. The mats were still dirty, the console had fingerprints, and the back seats weren’t even vacuumed properly. I tried giving them a chance and mentioned the issues, but the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing anything and acted like it was acceptable. For a business that charges premium prices, the service was far from premium.

Broke the folding seat on my van. It will not lock in place. Employees lied and said the problem already existed! Sticking to the script. Like really? If that was the case (it wasn’t), then why would you clean all around the seat and then leave it in the wrong position? Why would you not demonstrate the broken seat to me before you cleaned - so I could see it was already damaged. Files a complaint to the VP. No response. So- here’s your review.

Beware! I have never written a one star review. First the sales guy mislead me by saying if I loaded my Soapy Jeff’s card he would give me a $425 detail for free. He charged my card $850!!! I said no, I was upset but continued to move forward with doing business even though I was being hustled. That was on me. I should have asked more questions. Then he said he would do $550 on my card for a $425 FREE detail. I am posting photos of this detail. I can hardly believe it. I’m sick. I never treat myself and this was how I was treated. They would not let me have my money back until I paid $160 for the detail. It wasn’t worth $20. I’m horrified and feel like I was taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor and go to the quarter car wash around the block. This place is not honest.

This was the worse car wash or service I’ve ever received . I came I for shampooing they guy tried to convince me to get this 300$ credit and I can get the service for free which is coming sense I told him I would be needing it cause I don’t wash my car that often nor does my car need work done other than shampooing . He caught an attitude because I didn’t want the $300 credit on a card . I then paid $80 of shampooing only my car seat . Worse mistake ever . They were done in 30 mins which I thought was a red flag . I got my car back and was disappointed as ever . I told him I wasn’t happy with the service and he told me it’s nothing he can do about then stated speaking Spanish with this other worker . Guy was just ultimately rude and acting like they couldn’t give me a discount or a refund since they barely did anything I have before and after pictures . Felt like l got the car even dirtier than it was before . I wouldn’t recommend this place for shampooing . The first two pictures are before

2/10 Stars. I went here on Monday 5/5, Admittedly it was a pretty rainy day but I was ONLY coming for an interior Detail and I had told them I don’t care about the exterior I only care about the interior and I just need it fully detailed because someone had thrown up in my car Saturday night 5/3 and I had work on Sunday 5/4 on nightshift so I wasn’t able to get it done Sunday. They asked for my phone number because they were probably going to close due to the rain once they were done with me. Totally understandable and acceptable to close due to rain. But I paid 225$ for an interior detail and they had my car for about an hour. I come and pick it up and the Vomit is clean and the car smells amazing, seats are clean and so is the floor carpet. BUT the inside is incredibly foggy still and the seats are still wet. Only two people were there when I came to pick it up, one was already in their car ready to drive away and the other one was giving me my key before he was leaving as well. Today Tuesday 5/6 I get in my car after not being in it at all after picking it up on Monday and the seats and center console are still wet, touching my steering wheel, Gear Shifter and turn signal is very sticky and leaving a lot of gunk and residue on my fingers. Seems like the job was rushed and not fully completed because everyone wanted, certain areas still dirty/not fully wiped down and the interior was not dried at all.
