They have a card skimmer on their right counter card reader! Only place I used my card in Plano and now im getting false charges all over Plano. Avoid at all costs!

10¢ per gallon over priced compared to other gas stations. Accidently hit button on pump to get a car wash and then would not allow me cancel the sale, and then once I was finished pumping gas no receipt printed because the machine was out of paper. So I had no way of even getting the 7 roller car wash. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. COMPLETE RIP OFF. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION!

The guy here is rude he yelled at me when I told him the gas wasn’t pumping and wanted my money back. He yelled that it does work and told me to leave. My husband did manage to get the gas he paid for but still the fact is you know your not taking care of your business and being rude. Won’t ever come back.

I'm a regular customer at this location but it seems as if when the night shift cashier is working he seems to have an attitude often. I went into the store tonight to make a purchase and left. Once I made it half way home with is right around the corner from the store I realized I had left $5 cash at the store. No one was in the store but me and the cashier. I called to see had he seen it and he responded with a quick no so I walked back to the store trailing myself as I did when I went. I made it to the store and checked around for my $5. I also asked him had he seen it once again and he said no. He just looked suspicious to me for one. I sure hope he isn't stealing and lying about it. What are the cameras there for if they don't work.

Receipt printer at pump is frequently out of paper, and not during busy times, either. This is annoying because I only go to this station when I want a car wash, because it is one of the few in the area with a wash and I need the code from the receipt... So I have to go in every time. Such a simple problem to fix. Other than that, it operates well and is clean enough for a gas station. Window washing fluid and paper towels are stocked.

Overpriced gas and receipt paper is always out. I like getting receipts and I don’t want to go in the store to get it. The air machine is broken but even if it was working, it only accepts quarters. It’s been broken for months but I went in to get quarters while saying what I need it for. The clerk would only give me change for a dollar but he knowingly gave me change for a broken machine.

He showed me the item I respectfully requested, put it back on the shelf and said he doesn't have it. Walked away and proceeded to walk around inside the store ignoring me and put his headphones on. And then called the police on me! Thankfully the police were able to confirm I didn't commit any crime.

Person at register was extremely rude and rushing. I asked if my daughter could use the restroom and told me I need to hurry up because he needed to leave and close. The bathroom was extremely nasty, roaches were everywhere and the toilet was severely clogged and filled with toilet paper. Night shift can be rough and I get that but he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Won't be coming back to this gas station

Got gas in Plano at this gas staion. The regular was $2.8/gal while earlier i got $2.4/gal at another Chevron so gas is definitely expensive. Didn't give me receipt either as paper was out. As another review says, its always out.

This gas station claims to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived at 3:21 AM the doors were locked. The “open” sign was on, but the employee was inside sleeping. Very unprofessional and unsafe for a 24-hour convenience store.

Beware! The pump that I used didn't have the TDA certification seal, only two boilerplate TDA labels were visible. The fuel flow was slow. I filled up and to my surprise I had pumped more than I have ever done into a car that I have owned for 13 years. Something fishy here.
