As having been a monthly Senior customer at Perfect Car Wash before Covid, on 3/4/21, BEFORE the Governor's mandate, I was appalled upon entering the car wash there was not ONE employee or customer wearing a MASK for my protection or theirs! The employees could easily spew droplets on my car's interior, with a sneeze! I asked several employees and customers why they were not wearing masks. Not one person would answer! However, in addition, I felt a bit of price gauging. I couldn't get a vacuum with wash for 14.99; have to pay 19.99 for both. That's excessive for me.. I tried several times to reach the Owner (?)...to no avail. I was told, "he is not here, not available." Obviously, absentee owner, not available to customers. That speaks reams! Largely, on the Mask issue alone and the price gauging, I will not renew my monthly membership nor use this car wash ever again. Perfect Car Wash - not so PERFECT...👎

I paid for $29.99 to get it all cleaned including wiping dash. The cup holders weren't touched & there was trash still stuck between seats. This used to be the best place to go but this will be my last time.

Not a very good interior cleaning at all. I'm not looking for a detail job, but definitely not worth the $40 I spent on it. They had the vehicle for a few hours and looked it the interior was barely cleaned. The manager said I could wait and he would reclean it by himself or I could take some gift cards. I would not come back to this place ever again. Also, not the 1st time I've had problems here. Never coming back

My car looked beautiful BUT it tôok an hour! I watched them sit in my car drinking beverages while i was waiting....update . paid like 50 bucks for 2 hours waiting again saw one of the females sitting in my drivers seat talking to a male having some soda...then i slide into my car cause seats were so oily. Wont be going back. They used to be awesome

Me and my husband have been bringing our 3 vehicles here for over 8 years. The customer service has been declining for the past few years. The employees are rude and greatly disrespectful. They are all confused as to what service each car is to receive and the cleaning services are well below standard. Here lately, ive decreased going there but I went the other day, Which was a huge mistake because I left so frustrated. I WILL NOT go back. There are other places to go that offer above and beyond services.

Good people that do a great job on the all my cars. Been a customer for years and use the Unlimited Plan on my primary vehicle. Unlimited washes for a reasonable monthly fee. I recommend them.

Beware that a credit card purchase for one car wash may get you recurring charges without your consent. I used my credit card (they wouldn't take cash) and paid 39.99 for a carwash on Dec.2. Exactly one month later, my credit card was charged for the same amount. I did not sign up for a membership. I tried to call them several times to rescind the charge, but their listed phone number doesn't work. My bank is handling this now. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or not, but the bank folks said that phantom "memberships" is a common car wash scam.

Do not waste money at Perfect Car Wash (formerly known as WashWash Car Wash & Detail) at 2195 K Ave, Plano, TX 75074. Employees do whatever they want with your property; they purposely pull your handbrake handle and leave trash behind, and Sergio, manager of the establishment, doesn't do anything about it. I am a veteran and proudly display my Army patrol hat on the right side of my dashboard. On three occasions, the staff would clean under the hat and place it at random locations inside my car as if I needed decoration tips from them. Two weeks ago, I found my hat upside down (picture attached). On that occasion, I spoke with Sergio and told him I'd rather have his employees spit on my face than allow them to touch my patrol hat again. Sergio asked me who moved my hat, and I told him that two females cleaned my car and did not know who did it, but he should ask his staff and find out. Sergio assured me that he would talk to his crew and the incident would never happen again. Today, 11/1/2023, at 5:23 p.m., a crew of two males and one female cleaned my car. When I walked to my car, my hat was placed in the center of my dashboard, and I lost it. The female employee was inside the establishment, and only one of the two males was next to my car. I asked the male employee who had moved my hat, and he told me that he had cleaned the left side of my car, and the female employee cleaned the right side. I asked him what was the name of the female employee and he refused to tell me. I asked for Sergio, and he directed me to him. I canceled my membership and told Sergio that the only female on shift was the one who moved my hat today and probably the same one who flipped it the last time, but I doubted he would do anything about it since his employees do whatever they want. My membership renews every 28th of the month for $50, and since I have no interest in ever returning, I requested a prorated refund. Sergio told me I would have to talk to his manager, Jay. At this point, they can keep my last $50; they need better management and learn how to respect other people's property. Luckily, a newly built car wash with top-of-the-line equipment opened a block from this lousy location. They provide free car washes for First Responders (e.g., cop cars), too. I have found my forever carwash company. I should have canceled my car wash membership with Perfect Car Wash at 2195 K Ave, Plano, TX 75074, formerly known as WashWash Car Wash & Detail, when I first found my Army patrol hat looking like this:

I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 2.5 years. At the beginning, they were excellent and I purchased the monthly $29 unlimited wash/interior package. About a year ago, I started noticing a decline in the service and product. I did not renew my monthly pass 6 months ago. I pulled in today and this will be my final purchase here. I purchased a $6 exterior wash. I did not even get all the soap cycles and one of the rotating buffers was broken. The guys who hand-dry each vehicle at the end of the tunnel did not even go around my entire vehicle. Oh...and I was the only car here at the time. So....totally should have had everyone all over me doing a great job. Nope. Take a hard pass on this business, guys.

I have the $40 monthly unlimited wash so I go here weekly. I pull up to the covered part in the back. They know I have the unlimited wash based on my license plate number. They run my car through the washer for me. Then they wipe the windows, dash, and doors down. They vacuum the carpet. They do not move the seats to clean underneath. I have a 3rd row that is always folded down, they have never unfolded them to clean below. Overall it's worth the monthly price since I go weekly and I love a clean car.

This place is awesome. I take my truck here every week. This time it was my wife's Jeeps turn. When they were done. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Now she wants to have it cleaned every week like mine. Super staff and very friendly

This is the 2nd time I've had my car washed here, and it's the last time this is what they call clean!! If you go here, get out and kook your car over HORRIBLE JOB!!!!! and I'm not a person who likes to give negative feedback, but this place SUCKS!!!!

Absolutely the worst service. My car came out of the wash with soap still all over it. The techs started working on cars that were behind mine. Then, they just rubbed all that left over soap into the paint. Looks terrible. No one is the manager, and no one is responsible. I will actively tell others to never use this business.

Was there @ 10:22 AM today 12/26/25 $32.99! Why is it that car washes can't get your windows clean? They did a decent job last time, but this time. Windows not clean, trunk not clean,my radio screen & dash not clean! I got in started the car smelled so bad mildew. I asked if they were using dirty rags, they didn't understand a word I said, then they spayed something said it was vanilla I think. It was so strong I started coughing like crazy! I really don't understand why its so hard to get my car cleaned right!
