Car comes out soapy and still very dirty. The brushes inside just spin and never actually touch the car. Half the vacuums don’t work. The process is slow and clunky to get in the carwash.

The vacuums sucked my mirror dial button right off! If that doesn't show you how powerful they are, then I don't know what will, thankfully Luke was here to open the canister and retrieve it for me! Phew! Best car wash in Medina, thanks again Luke!

Prices are really cheap. You stay in the car and ride through the car wash, so it is easy and convenient. The wash machines do a very thorough job and it is quick. There is never a line to wait in. The vacuums are free and there are several machines with long hoses available too. This is the only car wash I will go to.

Medina and Brunswick Ohio that were previously Rainforest car wash. Since you took them over you have not added either location to your app or website, therefore people like me, who had memberships with Rainforest when you took over cannot access our accounts on the app or website. We also cannot partake in any rewards program for that very same reason. I have sent multiple emails to your customer support(which offers no support)and get nothing but lame excuses. I advise anyone who currently has a membership to the Medina location to consider canceling your Whistle membership when the new car wash opens in the former location of Denny's on route 18.

I have a 2023 telluride with no damage and try to take good care of it. Been through many washes with no damage. Decided to try whistle because it was on the route I took today instead and didn’t expect a deep clean because the weather sucks anyways, and it damaged my window sill. Do not recommend.

We moved to Medina about a year ago and were looking for a car wash membership. We found Whistle on Medina road and have been very pleased with their service. The employees are friendly and courteous, and they offer very clean vacuums and inside the car cleaning towels and solutions. I highly recommend them for a monthly plan.

Sadly, every time my wife goes to this car wash, the rear hatch and bumper are still very dirty. The attendant uses a dirty soap mop to quickly “hit” the rear to pre-clean it. Unfortunately they do not do a very good job. The same dirty mop/brush is used over and over again on each vehicle.

Grace at Whistle is easily the most kind person I have ever interacted with at a business/car wash. I forgot my card and she was able to still get me the plan I wanted to pay for and made it one of the easiest processes ever. Truly a kind hearted person.

DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! I paid 19.22 for a car wash. Not only was my grill suddenly broken after, but it didn't get my car fully clean and left a bunch of soap & residual dirt on it. The payment machine wasn't taking my card right away either. I usually go to Splash in Akron and haven't EVER had these kinds of issues with them.
