This is a touch free laser wash. Does the most thorough job of any touch free wash I've seen. Dryer does a pretty good job. Includes the underbody rinse with their lowest priced wash, which many car washes do not.

There's really no complaints about the serpentini car wash/janet's car wash except their free vacuums. It's awesome that the car washes are offering free vacuums these days but my Lord at least can the hoses and the attachments be working? I mean the nozzles are broke off and they have packaging tape to hold them on what happened to duct tape? Packaging tape to hold on moving parts and you have mechanics there I would never take my car there LMAO

I went to this laser car wash last week. On pearl. I paid for the ultimate wash plus rainx which was the most expensive one at $13. I gave the machine $15 and it never gave me the change I was owed. I waited a minute to see if it lagged, it just kept alerting me to drive forward. Keeping in mind I paid for the works... it rinsed my car, Sprayed it with soap and rinsed 2x and alerted me to drive forward again to dry.. I was so confused why it was so quick considering what I paid for. I got out and of course I understand that the drive through washers aren't perfect and it's a computer I'm trusting ...but my car was still significantly dirty. Naturally I called the # on the receipt I got and left a message...never heard anything back and I called again..no answer, left 2nd message. I was nothing but nice and respectful in my messages due to the understanding I'm trusting a computer to recieve my money and give me my change and also wash my car,but I have yet to hear back and I'm saddened to hear that many people have also had similar problems and were not reimbursed for their money After trying to contact the company. Sure keep my $15 but that's the only money this wash will ever see from me and I'm sure the others that have told me they had the sam issue. Unless this is resolved.. my review will remain 1 star.

I have two rather significant scratches on the hood of my vehicle after using this car wash tonight. I would not recommend this car wash for anyone else. I assume the owner of this car wash will not try and connect with me to make things right. THE OWNER RESPONDED 4-5 YEARS LATER!!!

Car wash broke halfway through cycle, the bay doors closed trapping me inside with suds all over my car then opened without rinsing or drying the car. No number clearly posted to report a problem or get my money back. Highly recommend NOT using this wash.

The car wash works great, but it’s clear the owners do not make an attempt to clean the wash itself, as well as empty the trash cans or fix their vacuums. It just makes the property look terrible. Also I know that since they don’t clean their wash stalls, both have had drains clogged and had standing water. Unacceptable for the price I pay to use the wash.

Today, November 13, 2025, I purchased an $11 wash in the bay closest to the dealership. First, the printer did not print my receipt as I had requested. Then, during the wash cycle, no soap was dispensed on my car..80% of road salt remained on my car...very upsetting! Perhaps management should better oversee maintenance of their carwash

I had the unlimited car wash pass, but just canceled it. This car wash is literally never open. There is no attendant so I am not sure why they have such terrible hours.

I purchased the 16.00 wash and my car still looks like it needs a wash?? Worthless!!! Do not waste your money!!
