First time customer here upon entering, we asked the gentleman if the window does not get clean he said come through again when we did he just simply says you should’ve used the scrubbers outside where there was no explanation about the scrubbers

I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member of mine. After this family member took her BRAND NEW SUV through this car wash, there appeared to be deep scratches on the passenger side of her hood. When this was brought up to the employees and owner she was told "We will look at camera footage." Later that day she was told that they couldn't see how the brushes caused the damage to her hood, well no kidding! How are you going to be able to see if you have debris in your brushes on camera... What a freaking joke! Let alone you can tell without a doubt that those scratches are related to brush strokes! They have been using this car wash AS MEMBERS for years. Not to mention this same carwash cracked her husband's window 2 years ago, which they did end up fixing... So why not take action on something you know your carwash damaged and fix it! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH! It's a shame it's a Veteran carwash...

Updating from 3 to 4 stars after another wash and the car looks much better this time. Not a 5 because I think it's on the expensive side without having to sign up for a plan. First review: Appreciate the free car wash offer and friendly service, but the front of my hood near the nameplate didn't get cleaned as well as 3 streaks down the hood didn't come clean. Just normal surface dirt. The rest of the car is spotless. I'll try again sometime soon and if it's better, I'll move my rating up.

I went to sgt car wash expecting a clean, professional experience, but instead I left with serious concerns. The atmosphere is far from family-friendly, and the employee they choose to employ made me feel very uneasy. I would never feel comfortable bringing children here. Businesses like this should be more responsible about who they put in front of customers, especially when families are part of their clientele. Until they change their hiring practices, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who cares about their kids safety. sgs

We have been coming here since they opened here in Medina. Car wash has always been great. Staff has always been super friendly and efficient. I love the addition of the spray bottles and towels. However, the vacuums have really gone downhill and the last time I was here they barely worked... Which is a bummer considering they just raised the prices. Otherwise I would give it five stars. Hopefully they can fix the vacuums, as that is one of the features that I love being able to use. As that is one of the features that I love being able to use.

This place is great. Quick and efficient. The auto wash will wash your undercarriage too. Fair prices. Personable, helpful and attentive staff. Plus use of the vacuums is included with your wash and other perks. if I'm going to get a monthly membership anywhere it would be here.

I have been a member of SGT CLEAN for about 4 years now. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are always so clean, they also provide complimentary cleaning supplies by the complimentary vacuums. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great locally owned facility. Lastly, if you car is not to your expectations they will let you go back through. Best in the business in my opinion. 💯💯💯 The best thing is they recently personalized a Thank You as you leave the wash if you are a member and that to me is a small token of appreciation.

Super friendly & personable staff! Been going here for a few years now (with and without a membership); always greeted with a smile and leave with a clean car. They recently added cleaning supplies for your windows/interior to do after vacuuming as well! Also is RARELY (close to never) “out of service”/closed during business hours, compared to other car washes in Medina! Free air fresheners available too, just ask :)

I just became a member here because we wanted underbody car wash. Today was so ridiculous. One of the entrances requires an incredibly sharp turn and then you must fit in between these narrowly placed plastic poles, really counterproductive. When you got a long truck like mine, a Silverado, it’s not easy. Having the girl sit there making faces and talking about me to her coworker like I’m the problem, not the design is pretty crappy. Then the truck started rolling backwards when I was 100% neutral and she accused me of putting it in reverse. I think I’ll be canceling my membership. Thank you, fellow veteran.

With the recent updates, the place has gotten worse. The extra vacuums are nice but they got rid of the members only lane. So now the wait times are much longer. Gets frustrating waiting in a line behind someone trying to use tap to pay. The worker has to run inside and grab a machine that does not work very well. And if the person signs up for a membership, and then you have to wait for that. It's pretty ridiculous and I'm probably going to have to look into memberships at other places.
