I love the staff at the Wadsworth, Ohio, location. My rear wiper was ripped off three times! The first was replaced. The second was able to be put back, and when that was ripped off, I spent $50 at the dealership for the entire system. There is a problem that has not been fixed to provide basic safety for your vehicle. I will not be back until this is addressed.

This company is a total scam. There is no way to cancel these "memberships". I bought a one-time car wash and have now been charged 3 months in a row. I called after the second charge came in and asked for a cancellation/refund. They refused to process the ticket. I am now being charged for a third month in a row. When I call customer service they can see that I have called multiple times. But the original ticket still has not been handled. Do not give them any personal information or your credit card number!!! Update 11/26 - called the customer service number that the "owner" listed again. It's the same number I've been calling weekly. The ticket to cancel my membership still has not been responded to. When I asked if this is the normal way they do business the rep was completely silent and refused to answer.

Overall wash was great. Line was short with minimal wait time. Staff was knowledgeable, especially Sabrina the manager. Sabrina broke down all the pricing and different wash packages. They do offer monthly membership and vaccums.

$22 wash leaves soap on vehicle. Maintenance of equipment has obviously been put on the back burner since becoming a Take 5 business. (Everything was good before the name change) The Wadsworth location is the only Take 5 Car Wash in the area, so it's the only place to use the membership. I currently have two memberships that I'll probably cancel in the near future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars to the employees. They have been accommodating and have pretty good attitudes. I'm sure they've heard plenty of complaints about things out of their control.

If you like your car get it washed. If you love your car get the Monthly Wash Package ! No reason to have a dirty vehicle when clean is so easy. Anytime, as many times, and clean inside and out. Well worth the money. I wish I had done this sooner. Thanks T5 !

UPDATE 12/26/2024: It's been 2 months since my last review, and the maintenance at the Wadsworth Take 5 car wash has only gotten worse! Today, the tire scrubbers are still not working (have not been working for over a month), and the main rinsing "bath" is not working -- leaving my car full of soap... see photo. The lack of maintenance is appalling -- no reason to patronize this business anymore. The corporate management obviously doesn't care. A total waste of money. It's a shame, as the employees are fantastic. Take 5: your need to do-right by your employees & customers by paying attention to TIMELY maintenance. Everything else is just lip-service. October 2024 review: I’ve been an ultimate customer since they opened as Auto Oasis. Car wash has nice amenities (vacuums, free cleaners/towels), does a very good job, and staff is great. When Take5 took over, there’s been a definite decline in maintenance: Closing early, and vacuums are not kept-up like they were before. Recently went to the car wash six times over 3-4 weeks, only to find (each time) they were closed due to being “out of water”…a mechanical issue. Why does it take almost a month to repair your car wash? You have good equipment, a great location, and good people, but considering to take my business elsewhere.

Drove to Ohio from Arizona to visit family recently and needed somewhere to wash my truck that already had everything I needed to clean the interior. Stopped by and spoke to Ethan, Take 5 had all the supplies necessary to clean my truck inside & out, not just vacuums. I used to have a wash membership in AZ and it only included the car wash, vacuum and towels to dry the vehicle. So I was happy to find a car wash I could do it all at! Thanks to yall and Ethan, my truck was cleaned when I picked my mom up and I didn’t have to hear her usual comments about how dirty it was!

I’ve been a member here longer than I should have been. My car is never fully cleaned after going through this wash. I have an suv and the entire rear of my vehicle is NEVER clean. Also, the rinse cycle never gets all of the soap off of my entire vehicle. So there is always soap residue. I’ve also lost several parts to my car newer vehicle going through here. Had their interior cleaning service completed once and it was not great either. Tons of missed spots and streaking on windows. The vacuums and cleaning agents they have available for free are an awesome benefit but not enough to continue using their wash.

Paid $22 for a car wash that included a wax coat and a heat dry and we left with the car still covered in water with wax streaking down the back half of the vehicle. What a waste of money! We'll stick with the cheap car wash, they do a better job anyhow.
