Soap came out of drive-thru bay, but NO WATER!! Had to pull around and go to a hand held spray bay to wash it off. Ridiculous.

Better hose, extends over the cars/SUV as well. Great suction. Gnot so difficult to maneuver in the using process.

Automatic wash was a waste of $9. Soap trickled out and didn't get on car, water pressure was too low to do any good.

This review is solely on the lazer wash. Save your money. You are better off spraying your car with a garden hose.

went today. two bays took my money and wouldnt work. called the number, with no reply. Place is falling apart and trashy. Don't waste your time or your money

Just needed a vacuum. First two took my money but didn't turn on. Last one also took my money but suction was so poor it didn't pick anything up. $3 spent, no vacuum and now out of dollars. Drove around the corner to the drive through next to Burger King and got it done for free. Wasted time and money at Washworks.

Used the quarter wash. Foam brush didn't foam. Very little soap out of wand. Spot free rinse left nothing but spots. Don't waste your time or money, plenty of better choices in the area.

I prefer using self service, them automatic carwashes do not do the job im OCD and must have everything spotless. This is the best self service I found in Medina and ill be doing my car cleaning and washes from here from now on.

I was in Medina on a business trip and decided to wash my car while in the area. This particular wash was fairly close to where I was at. It was a complete waste of time and money. If you like dirt smeared all over your car it’s great place to go

Went there on two separate occasions. Soap and wax were not dispensed leaving my car just as dirty before I went in. Car wash seems to be neglected. Tried to call several times but no response. Time to move one. Not worth the trouble.

Just returned from the car wash. There was a lady two cars ahead of me that got stuck in the car wash bay because the driveway was all icy and she could not get out. She called the police to get her out. I had to back up to let the other car out of the bay and as I result lost the money that I already paid for my car wash. I tried contacting the company but nobody answered.

Took money at 2 bays, neither worked. Called number listed. No answer. Looks like they are selling and taking people's money with them, one quarter at a time.

How do I go about getting my money back over a car wash that doesn't offer any soap at all. The number listed to call for problems does nothing but ring. The soap doesn't come out of the sprayer and no soap or even water came out of the brush. Total and complete waste of money and I want it back
