The car shines however Im not sure if it the soap or drying system used but it left streaks in certain areas of my vehicle. Otherwise I live the air gun and vacuum to clean the small debris and the wash and dry for the rugs.

When pulling up I couldn’t figure out how to use my card so I pushed the help button and no one came. I cancelled the help button so I could try another way to use my card and it finally worked. Upon trying to enter the wash I had my car in neutral and the worker did not know how to properly line my car up and kept telling me it was my vehicle that was the issue. I asked politely to back out after several times of him trying to get my car to run through on the track when it sounded like my tire was going to pop and after about 5-6 times trying he finally allowed me to back my vehicle out. I never even received a car wash and was still charged 25$. Do not recommend the Cleveland location as I have gone before and have never had a problem until now. Terrible service and charged money for absolutely nothing.

Hands down the best car wash around! Vacuums are great, they even have floor mat cleaning machines/stations, window and all purpose cleaner and towels free to use. Site is always well maintained. Jasmine, the general manager, is always super friendly and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough. Great job whistle!

Edited: still not on the app. 90% of the time the carwash doesn't get my car clean, since the equipment doesnt work. I will be canceling my membership. I have to wait forever for someone to let me through the gates and the go to other people before me. Very disappointing. Great carwash close to home. Only downfall is they do not yet support the app, so I have to wait for an employee to let me through the gate, only reason for th 4 🌟. But once on the app it will be 5 🌟. Christian and Tony were very nice and helpful and believe they are switching softwares so us on the app will be able to use easier. I also love the app to earn points to use towards the memberships.

Latly it's been bad at Cleveland location, automatic entry never works you have to wait, Towle never stock very little spray bottles available, the dryer buffer has not worked in months. The Brunswick location everything works great Cleveland sucks considering going elsewhere

I have been a long time member at the Avon location but it's the first time I have been to Old Brooklyn since it opened and today I put it to the test and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the wash. Rainforest is doing awesome job

This place sucks. Tire shine all over the side of the driver side of the vehicles. Happened with both my cars. Say they're having a problem with the machine....well it's been months and it still was happening... not as bad as the picture but...still haven't fixed it properly. Thought I'd keep it for my truck but it still comes out dirty. Canceled my membership.

Good drive-through car wash, it uses brushes (it is not touchless), decent tire shine. They no longer have the crew that would hand-dry the car when it exited the wash, but they added good self service vacuums with compressed air hoses (great on front & rear dash), plus towel station and 2 spray cleaners (windex & general purpose cleaner) at each vac station.

My 5 star rating was for the former Rainforest car wash. No matter which package I chose my car was serviced well. I don't know how they have this new car wash set up, but I am not pleased. It's still dirty, the rinse did not rinse all the soap off, the dryer just moved water around on my windows. I had to use the front and back wipers to remove the water.

Just a heads up to anyone going to this place. My mirror on my brand new 2025 truck was scratched while going through the car wash. I pulled around after the wash completed and went to the office. Filled out a incident form with Jasmine and she took pictures. She told me she would be in touch after they review the camera footage. I spoke with Jasmine later in the week and was told after she spoke with her boss that they are not responsible for any damages to mirrors. She said there is a sign right before you enter the wash tunnel that says they are not responsible for it. Im not sure how you can run a business that you know can potentially damage peoples vehicle but by putting up a sign you just wash your hands clean from everything. If you want your mirrors damaged this is the car wash that will provide the service free of charge.

They really got their act together since my experience last year. I went there last year and their machinery wasn't working right. And didn't wash half of my car. Their attitude at that time was "Oh well. You can run it through again but the same thing is going to happen." Figured I would try it again today after reading a few of the recent reviews. They got their act together and their machinery works beautifully. My car was full of salt before I went in. They did a pre-scrub without me asking. My car looks great! I will go there again.

For the price point it just was never good, I did the subscription for a couple months and ended up canceling. Countless times I went certain scrub brushes weren't working. Or like the photo, soap never fully was washed off. Or, as you can see by my headlights, it simply didn't clean it at all. For $30 it's just too expensive for the job it does. The convenience was nice, but I've gotten better washes for $10..
