Don't even bother. It used to be better but now on top of the attitude you are going to be so pissed with this pathetic cleaning job that you are going to have to do it yourself. And no, it doesn't matter that you pay for the most expensive of their services, is just garbage job. Nasty attitude and dirt every where. I think their rags are just filthy.

Paid $40 for trashy work. Terrible. I wasted $7 as a tip and still got terrible service. No need for comments just see the images and judge yourself.

Will not return to this location ever again. They rushed with vacuuming my car and still left so much debris on my floor, I had to tell two people to go back and clean my tires and I did pay for their platinum package. My car was still left very dusty. I had to tell another person to clean all the remainder dust that was near my doors and bumper of my vehicle. My leather seats were left wet and they stole my New pack of air fresheners that was in my armrest. I notify the manager on duty, Only to be given a courtesy wash for their copper option, which is a downgrade of what I originally purchased. Not to mention, I had to wait a half an hour in line just for them to do a terrible job. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I recently moved to Maryland from Pennsylvania. This is the worst carwash have seen in my life, it's a pity that my time was wasted here. It is better to close here.

I have been going to this car wash for the past year on and off since I live near by. Now it’s to the point that I will no longer come to this place! They charge an extra $1 for an SUV kool but they do not clean it well at all. I have to supervise their employees & ask to clean my windows, vacuum my back seats, make sure to get the cup holders and this is what I get... Smh! These ppl do not rush, they are just lazy & don’t care. I pay $37 each visit.... Never again...

If you want to pay $32 and see 1/2 of the hood untouched, this is the place. Machine sucks and could use upgrades. Two *s because some tires were partially cleaned. On the plus side, they give you free air freshener. A full wax is only $92. That's nearly an annual unlimited membership elsewhere.

SECOND TIME HERE, THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB FIRST! SECOND THEY DAMAGED MY RIM RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAN WHEN I TOLD THE MANAGER HE SAID HE WILL CHECK THE CAMERA... HE COMES BACK THAN SAID IT WASNT DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE PLASTIC RAILING.... THE BEGINING OF THE RAILING IS METAL WHICH IS WHAT HE SPUN OUT AND HIT. I CALLED THE POLICE AND WILL GET A POLICE REPORT, I WILL UPDATE AS THIS SITUATION GOES ON I PROVIDED PICS!

Don’t come near them !!!! A total scam . They charged me their ‘’ most graded and expensive cleaning option they have ‘ and literally left the car dirty . Unbelievable (pics added). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY -DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

This place could care less about their customer. They always rush and you literally have to stand there watching them vacuuming and wiping my car. To make matters worse they stole my car charger,I called to complain and the lady on the phone said wait for the manager. Totally waste of time and money. Never again.

Very poor cleaning. Even when you tell them to correct they’re not cooperating. I would not recommend these cleaners while there are many wonderful cleaners in the town.

My car left the carwash as dirty as it went in. True i have a white car and it was pretty dirty after normal driving hadn't been washed in a good few weeks. But I saw it exited the car wash looking like a few swipes of bristles brushed the dirt. The nice guy in charge of drying tried to compensate but spraying some glass cleaner on the back of the car and wiping it. Yeah glass cleaner is NOT made for enamel. It was a so-so vacuuming, not that thorough (wasn't that dirty inside but they definitely missed plenty), the rubber mats were rinsed a little but are not clean. I have come here for years sporadically but will find another carwash locally since my favorite closed (yay for county zoning taking their driveway to make bus lanes) I paid $32 for a top service where I used to pay $20 but this is not worth it.

They did a great job on my very dirty car. I loved that they vacuumed inside, which another chain carwash that I went to didn't do at all. They even made inroads on the tarry spots on my hood. I'll happily go there again.

Once again, they did an outstanding job. This wss my first post-COVID car wash, so I was a little concerned it might not be as meticulous due to safety precautions. I was surprisingly wrong! All of the employees wore masks and gloves and used clean cloths inside my vehicle. It waa thoroughly vacuumed and every mirror, window and inside door frame was cleaned. They paid special attention to a stubborn streak of gummy substance that I thought was going to he with me until I took my vehicle to the dealership for a touch-up paint treatment. They got it out!! Fantastic work and phenomenal customer service!!

It’s the worst car wash I’ve ever seen. I have them my car and paid the highest of the packages (Platinum - $34) but I got my car back much dirtier than I gave it to them. And there’s no one to answer for it. It was a disgusting experience. Such places that don’t mind quality service and customer satisfaction should be closed.

Don't waste you Time and Money Here! They did a Half-Ass job on a $20 exterior Car wash when they they were were told to tell their employees to pay especial attention to the two tone wheels. They charged $5 for Tire shine and barely even applied it to the tires. GO TO FLAGSHIP or Somewhere else!

It is okay cleaning, but they dont clean for what you pay I have the feeling that undercarriage pay is for nothing they dont do it it is like they are in rush more money less care about leaving each car clean or making sure is right for about what you pay....undercarriage you can't see if they do it is better if you go and do it yourself somewhere around or try other carwash.....

This used to be a great place to get your car washed but now they do sloppy work and are overpriced Location is convenient but it's worth going further out to get a better car wash.
