Never seems to get my car clean. Mud in the wheel wells? Still there. Greasy film all over the car? Stays there after the wash. Sap or bird droppings? Minimal improvement. I've gone here many times, it's okay to get road salt off in the winter but almost any other dirt defeats them.

My wife bought a wash package back in December. It cost her $30 for 3 washes, but it never printed out a receipt or voucher for the additional washes. She has called them several times about getting her money back, but they have yet to give her a refund. Stay away from this car wash. Very sketchy outfit.

Apparently someone is just letting this place go and collecting money until the last piece of equipment breaks. Most of what they charge for in the wash doesn't come out. Nobody is maintaining the equipment

I use the car wash regularly as I prefer no touch. Usually works decently, solid for the price so I have a package of washes. This last wash though there was a malfunction (bay 2) only sprayed the rinse on the back driver side. It didn’t get the front of the entire passenger side, no sure why the bar didn’t move. So, 1/4 of the car looks good. The rear is just badly spotted with soapy water. I would love to have a way to contact customer service but the website doesn’t work. Wasted one of my washes.

I usually buy the wash package. This brings the price down per wash. Being a touchless wash don't expect miracles. Can usually still see a film in the winter on the paint, but it does the job. Faster than waiting in line at the local non touchless washes. Knocking one star because, you would expect an undercarriage wash to actually spray the bottom of your car. They just shoot a rotating nozzle at an angle from the sides. I do my own minor car repairs and can still see the salt accumulation underneath. If my car has a lot of salt build up in winter, I will go here to knock off the majority of the crud, then hit up a car wash with brushes to prevent scratches. It's $30 bucks for 4 super washes if you do the package. So $7.50 each.

This carwash does not work. I went in and the car came out the same. It can take off some loose dirt but does not clean the car. In addition, there is 0 customer service. I tried emailing and I just got an email that it cant be delivered. I have also been trying to call and no answer. STAY AWAY, try something else.

I will not be coming here again. For many years this was my favorite touch free spot. The last 2 times coming here I recieved a car wash with ZERO soap! Not to mention paying extra for a terrible wax service. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend anyone come here.

13 bucks for a deluxe exterior car wash. Worth every penny. I've been coming here for 5 years and it's been excellent every single time without issue. I'm not waiting in long lines or spending $30 for a car wash like other places. I'm a guy who likes to wash my truck by hand whenever I can but when that's not possible, I always come here. Good business

Horrible service the car wash was absolutely horrible didn’t even clean my car. Paid $17 for the whole deal and didn’t clean it at all. Do not go to this car wash ever I won’t be back. Couldn't even get a receipt no paper in machine. Place is horrible

During the drying time, some type of liquid was also coming out out of the drying hose. Maybe it was wax or soap we don’t know.

Sometimes when I use this car wash, I get great results. Sometimes not. The arms did not spray any soap today. All I got was gentle spraying of water for the “cleaning” cycle, and then more vigorous water spraying for the “washing” cycle. Then of course just water again for rinsing. So my car is not clean like it has been in the past when I’ve come here. Oh well, at least I got some of the salt off.

This is a touchless car wash. I have been bringing my vehicles to Wet Willy's for years now. The prices are great and the vacuum area is very convenient. Navigating your vehicles is very tight around the bays but it's worth it! Hard to get to sometimes going south on 9, but much easier to swing in going North.

EDIT 6/2025- On the infrequent occasion the wash has had an issue the owner is prompt to resolve the customers issue and fix the wash. 5 starts still stands for me, this is the best touch-free car wash in the area, the negative reviews do not accurately portray this business and should be removed. Original review: I’m not sure why this isn’t a 4.9 google star car wash. New customer- but I am impressed compared to the local touch free competition. The few low reviews don’t seem to understand this is a touch free car wash and has limitations.. but this seems to actually be a very good one! I swung in late a cold night- bonus no wait. The wash machine is easy to use and if you buy a package the price is very reasonable. Ultimate wash pack 4/48 works out to 12 a wash. The others are cheaper. Best wash features for the price in the Latham area - 5 stars for value. I’m not sure why no one has mentioned this but this touch free has extended drying (2 very slow passes and the exit has a 60 second additional dry as you exit the garage. I have not had another touch less come even close to this in terms of dry quality. I also noticed the wash pressure seems very high and the machine passes over slowly and thoroughly most of the wash steps doing 2 passes for a complete clean. The undercarriage wash leaves a little to be desired as most touch free washes do. I feel like there isn’t enough going on under the car… the side sprayers just get the wheels/wells a bit. It was well lit, everything was working properly despite being literally almost 0 degrees out, and the wash quality seems superb compared to the competition. I had just ran the other car through the Hoffmans touch free earlier and this one does a better job for the price. Support local/small business, this is the best touch free car wash hands down!

I've been going here for years since, when I first moved here, they were actually better than Hoffman's. I feel like it's declined a bit since then; it's too the point where one who goes there regularly ends up knowing which lanes give the best washes, although I still go since it's touchless. Recently, they even stopped taking my Discover card, despite the machines claiming to still take Discover. I don't know what that's about; fine if you don't want to take Discover anymore, but in that case, at least update the machine to not have them on the list of cards you take! But what really got me annoyed today was the fact that people kept cutting in line. There are two lines here, with the lanes split all the way to route 9. The one on the left is for lanes 1-2; the one on the right is for lanes 3-4. There's a solid line dividing them, making it obvious that there are two lines. Unfortunately, people seem to have decided that they're too good for that. I got in the line for lanes 1-2, since it was shorter by a few car lengths, only for people from the line for lanes 3-4 to keep cutting over (facilitated by the fact that the corner is tight, keeping me from moving to "close the gap"; in fact, I routinely have to back up and adjust before selecting my wash and paying). Now, I expected to maybe wait 15 minutes since today was a busy day, but I certainly didn't expect to have to wait at least half an hour because people kept cutting in line, extending my wait time further! After people kept doing this, I ended up leaving in disgust without getting a wash (and having to wait a couple more minutes in the line for lane 4 before I had room to get around them and out of the wash area). Maybe I'll stop by tonight when it's less busy. Or maybe I'll just give Hoffman's a try, even though it's not touchless. I would recommend pavement markings to make it even more clear (although it seems obvious to me) that the left line is for lanes 1-2 and the right line for lanes 3-4, with bollards or some other barrier to prevent people from cutting in line.

A waste of nine dollars it just left more stains. kind of terrifying if you have a new car I just advise you to hose it down. Save your nine bucks and buy yourself some McDonald’s

Payed a little extra for undercarriage but it seemed to be more of a side wash/wheels. Ive used some touchless car washed that actually sprayed under the car. I might use them for the summer.

This is honestly got to be the best touch free car wash I’ve used in a long time. It runs very fast and it does a good job. I always used to think the hot wax was a gimmick, but this one really pours it on and I find it to be very effective. My work truck went in absolutely filthy and came out sparkling clean. EDIT: Two stage drying! That’s a first for me. The laser wash has a dryer and then you can drive through another dryer at the end. Very nice!
