Joaquin claim that he has a detailing shop, he claim that his shop is in 266 3rd street troy but this is not his place or bussiness He did partial paint correction on my car and he offered to drop the car to my house but he was late I check my car location and found that he’s driving the car on the Northway away from my address then I called him that I can see the car location He promised to take the car again to finish the job but he vanished , no answer to txt or calls He may be in Jail for something Bottom line don’t deal with him

Requested full payment the day before, we didn't feel comfortable with that so we decided to do half the day before and half when he arrived. Joaquin never arrived, stopped answering texts. It's a scam.

This guy is a complete scammer, do not work with him, he will make up excuse after excuse and never show up. Once he puts your card on file he will start charging it, had multiple charges over $200 from him.

Wow, give this young man your business! I only wish everyone conducted their business this way. Joaquin answered my text inquiry within just a few minutes , asked the right questions and obtained the correct film which for me wasn't about the tint at all but about UV block, scheduled me right away and completed the work in a couple of hours. He even delivered my car to my work - not saying that this is normal service, but he offered and it helped me out immensely. Joaquin kept in touch throughout the process. I had Joaquin give my car an interior and exterior detail, which was considered the "basic package". This included interior cleaning, exterior wash, cleaning the wheels, tire shine, and two coats of wax. Joaquin was easy to communicate with, arrived on time (he came to my home and did the detail in my driveway, which was very convenient), and completed the work in under an hour. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a detail in the Capital Region. I have attached two photos of the final product. Please note that I have two Labrador retrievers who ride in the car almost daily, so it would be nearly impossible to have the car looking "new" again after a basic detail. I'm very happy with the work, the car looks night and day from how it did before Joaquin arrived. I've tried vacuuming the car myself, and I have never been able to get it even close to as clean as he did (it's very hard to get fine dog hairs out of cloth interior fabric).
