I actually got 2 of my cars recently detailed from here and let me just say I was not disappointed in any aspect. Very quick and easy with setting up a cleaning and making sure they know what I needed to clean and what needed to be done. I had a full detail (interior and exterior) and a ceramic coating on one of my KIA's and just an interior on the other newer one and they were cleaned flawlessly with a pretty good time management as well with it being just under 4 hours for both to be completed. I recommend highly!
