Vacuum team didn’t clean up very well, I told them please vacuum those areas, unfortunately ... I remember they offered air freshener, they asked what you want and I said doesn’t matter: anything works for me, but I don’t see it in my car! I don’t feel any air freshener smell!! Where is it? Front desk representative offered me a monthly membership, he mentioned you can pay same $35 for monthly service. My advice to you guys: look for quality not quantity, Quality brings trust between you and your customer. Quantity for MFG companies not for customer service.

Poor management, Indifferent staff Beyond the lack of attention to detail in the photos attached, I watched as these kids, who just don’t care and aren’t leas by management to care, miss huge spots while wiping down other cars and do the bare minimum to wipe down the vehicles on either side of my vehicle. Just so disappointing since once interior/exterior is over $50!! Don’t waste your money.

I went this morning to this location for a full service car wash, interior and exterior. First impression was a sleepy girl, no welcome sign, just trying to finish her hours. Door jambs not clean at all, no one ask to open and clean trunk. Exterior of car poorly wiped, asked for a spray but smells nothing. I have a couple of images, want to share. With an expensive full service package, satisfaction is zero.

I bought the signature plan because they advertised it includes ceramic sheild. However, when I went there it seems like every package gets the same treatment. Also they car's undercarriage remains dirty after they wash.

This cost $45 plus tip. Sorry, but I feel that premium pricing should yield premium results. For that money I shouldn't have to go back and finish it myself.

I won a couple of tickets for some free Ultimate Interior and Exterior washes at a raffle. The outside looked great but the interior was mediocre. They cleaned off the mats and wiped down the interior windows, but that was it. The center console and everywhere else in the car was still dirty. I have a couple of stains from some melted deodorant I left inside on the seats and it doesn't appear that it was even touched. Friendly people who work here, but the interior detail wasn't all that great. Since I won the car wash I wasn't out any money, but I can assure you that it's not worth paying for, and if you have vacuum and some soap with water, you can do just as good a job and not spend any money.

Went here for the first time and less disappointed at the end result I had chosen the $50 wash option. Since I was eating my interior, vacuum and cleans as well. They are very quick, I must say that but when I had gotten home walked around my vehicle and just saw things that they had listed on what should’ve been done and they weren’t. For example, the Tyrus bar not shined at all, and multiple water spots around the vehicle. On the inside was ok

2023 Where else can you watch your car be detailed/cleaned in record time with care and attention to a quality job? Sparkling results! Great monthly unlimited wash/clean package options! See photos. 2018 We always get our car washed here when we come to NY. The staff are smiling and efficient, and do an excellent cleaning, washing and drying job on each car! Great interior car cleaning service as well. Worth the money especially the $29.99 per month for unlimited washes! Great caring service!

I came for the free wash if you donate food today about 12:20 pm Saturday. The rail that pulls the car forward stopped working before I was at the end where the air dryer is and you are supposed to drive off. Light turned green and my car wasn't moving. The workers waved at me to drive forward. I went over the curb of that rail like 4 times. The rail is very narrow it's supposed to pull you forward. I hope my wheel wasn't damaged. I've been to this location a few times over the years and nothing like this happened before. I'm never coming back. Even if it's basically free it's not worth possibly damaging my car

My mom saw the ad and really wanted to donate to those in need yesterday. The staff were really kind to her, they came right up and discussed the donation process. She was a bit nervous as she never drives through carwashes. They offered to do it all for her, we walked through and booked a detail in a few days to give back to Hoffmans for doing such a kind gesture. Thank you

It’s so sad to see 1 poor fellow vacuuming and Cleaning the entire car by himself while 5 cars are behind me. On the other hand 3 guys standing and at times 4 by the full service. It’s automatic. Just pulling out receipts and handing out to customers. Wanted a feedback. Here it is. 1 person at the Automated Self service and 4 guys at the Full service would make a lot of your customers happy:)

Its good but not great. They don’t clean the under carriage well. I don’t need a lot just spray and remove the salt and road gunk. No need for fancy things. I do better at home in the summers but in the winter i have no choice. I taking off 2 stars for crappy under carriage wash, crappy drying for larger size truck/jeep/bronco. Heres a suggestion- put 4 blow dryers, front, left, right and above to push the water off so its doesn’t freeze on the windows when I leave in winter. Spray underneath the car from under twice. At the start and at the end. Or maybe give only rinse options because a lot of truck owners only need that. Trust me i want to like this place

I’ve been visiting this place for the past 10 years, and it’s always been a convenient and hassle-free experience. The workers are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they’re always there to help you out whenever you need it. They’re so busy with dealing 30-40 cars at a time, but they always manage to get you moving. And for just $79 a month for full service, I think it’s a great deal.

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. I paid for the Signature exterior ($25) and interior ($30). After going through the wash, I was told I was done, even though I had also paid for the interior. Since I’m new and unfamiliar with the process, I expected some guidance, but I had to go back and clarify it myself. They did take my car back for the interior, but the cleaning was very minimal — just vacuuming and floor mats. Glass, door jambs, and other interior surfaces were not cleaned. For the Signature exterior, I’m also not confident everything was done. I didn’t see tire shine applied, and overall it was just a quick run through the machine. I was considering getting a subscription, but based on this experience, I’m not confident in the service quality. I hope they improve both customer guidance and service consistency.

After almost two years as a customer, the service at Hoffman Car Wash has only gotten worse. I kept complaining, but nothing ever improved. The cleaning is rushed, incomplete, and unprofessional. I finally decided to cancel my subscription because I’m tired of paying for poor service.
