I had a highly disappointing experience with Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Not only did their technicians break my front window, but they also caused an oil spill in the salon area. The lack of caution and professionalism displayed by the service personnel was unacceptable. And they charged me for this $80! What made matters worse was the behavior of the individual responsible for the damages. Despite my request, he declined to call the manager or check the security cameras to assess the situation. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue added to my frustration. Overall, I strongly caution against using Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Their negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in financial burdens and disruptions to my business. It is important to thoroughly research and consider other options before entrusting them with your pool maintenance needs.

To the ownership team — I am writing this for visibility because I had a highly disappointing experience yesterday, and I expect a prompt resolution. I have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after yesterday’s incident, I will not be returning unless this matter is addressed. After my car was washed, I noticed one of the windows was still dirty and requested a quick wipe-down. Not only did the window remain dirty, but the employee scratched the glass in front of me. When I brought this to the detail manager’s attention, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because it wasn’t their fault and I couldn’t prove it — despite the fact that I witnessed it happen. While I can respect standing behind employees, dismissing clear customer concerns is unacceptable. I was given a phone number to reach ownership, but all four extensions went directly to voicemail. I understand it was a Friday, but a complete lack of response is not the standard of service I expect from a business I’ve supported for years. The scratch is small but visible in person. I am not making an issue of its size — I am making an issue of the principle. Damage occurred during service, and I expect accountability. I look forward to a prompt and professional resolution to maintain any future business relationship

Have been going to these guys for many years and kept coming back because they did an A+ job every time. Back in May of this year brought my car to them after a road trip and was really disappointed. Windows were dirty. Windshield was obviously never even touched from the inside. Instrument panel had the same dust on it that I brought it with. A coffee stain on the leather was still there in the middle of a passenger seat. I was in a hurry and didn't say anything. Thought it was just a one off experience. Staff happens. Last Friday went there again to wash the car in the morning. It was not busy at all. Sadly the same type of crappy service. I dunno... seems like as their prices went up, the level of service went down correspondingly. Will be looking for a new place and definitely never going back there again.

Really not happy with the work done here. Came back after doing some grocery shopping as we were told to come back in 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we came back they had “washed and vacuumed” but could not polish due to oxidation (which is understandable) however the car was not even cleaned. After going inside to tell them that the car was still dirty, the women inside told us to tell the guys outside so they could re-vacuum. We were refunded for the original purchase since they could not and still charged for a regular wash which was not even done properly. The inside was supposed to be detailed as well and it pretty much looks the same as when it was dropped off. Definitely will not be coming back.

I got there, told them what I wanted and they did not deliver. The Menu is really misleading. The windows look like my teenager did them. Awful job!! All my windows look worse than when I came in.

Very disappointed with this place 😥 I paid $33 to have the inside and outside cleaned. The outside looks good but the inside they could’ve done better. My first job was at a car wash place and I could’ve done it wayyy better, I didn’t clean it myself because I was too lazy today but from now on nobody is cleaning my car anymore. I thought I’d be so excited and happy with my clean car, but what a disappointment 😥. Now besides paying them, I’ll have to go home and finish their job. This is sad. Ugh. Remember: “Never have your expectations too high.”

This is two reviews in one. My first experience was much like today's experience. I went there to get my car detailed, purchased their Express detail, and the result was the same. Wheels still had plenty of brake dust on them. The front bumper still had a few bugs remaining. There was still a lot of dirt after being vacuumed, even with floor mats being removed. Seats still had debris left in the cracks. The back area where my dog normally goes, had some dog hair left. Considering that I paid for their premium tier service I expect that things like this would not be missed. Especially since my car was worked on for 2 hours. This has been my experience both times and I am not really impressed. I wont be going back. 2 stars only because the car is at least shiny, just not "detailed."

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My boyfriend took his 2023 GMC Sierra there today and they damaged the leather on the center arm rest. He went into the office to ask them to either repair the damage or offer something for him to be able to fix it. They refused! The only thing they offered was a free wash! Why would they even think he would ever return! He will be filing a small claims request through San Mateo county. This is beyond horrible customer service! So disappointed!

I took my car in to get the express detail for $99. When they were finished with the car, there was still a lot of dirt and grime on the interior and the wheels. I asked the worker about the dirt on the wheels and he told me that it did not come off. Once I got home, I was able to rub some of it off with my bare hand. Needless to say, I am disappointed with my experience at a place. I’ve been going to for over 30 years.

I came in with a dirty black Toyota Prius and I was politely escorted to the right place to park. It's a clean establishment! My windows could have been better cleaned but I can do it myself. The five starts are well deserved! I LEFT MY COAT which is my purse in the lobby with cameras. I freaked out!!! I called them from San Francisco and they had my jacket! Now, I'm praying in my car on the way to the car wash about what was in my pockets. I had ALL of my credit cards, driver's license, and a knife! I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter grabbed my jacket from the closet. I checked my pockets and EVERYTHING was in my pockets!!! No one stole from me. Westlake Eco Soft Touch is awesome!!! Muchos gracias!!!!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years with mixed experiences. Sometimes they do a good job other times not so much. Finally had enough! Never again!! Brought in my van for their detail service and they refused because it was extra dusty (camping trip) was even willing to pay more. No dice! As you can see the van is dusty but nothing a pressure washer couldn't take care of.

My experience has been mixed. Its a decent wash but for the price wipe downs and vacuum should be better. Always have to check if done or not before leaving. Always find an undone areas. This last time, I was walked right past, even though I was marked as a VIP customer for the non VIP man next to me. Mades me wonder if race is an issue, as a black female. Second time.

Have had a few car washes there before. Generally a good (though not great) result, but enough to come back. Brought our Honda Civic there at 4 pm on Sunday because we are going to sell it. (We told the staff there that the wash was important for that reason.) Purchased the RainX $40+ wash plus $5 tip and it came out awful! Streaks and left over dirt in multiple locations, filthy rain rails in the trunk (left open for cleaning at the start) and inadequate vacuuming. We had to do a lot of it over ourselves. Poor form Westlake Eco Soft Touch!!!

I've been going here regularly until today. Apparently, they no longer offer handwash services. If you have matte paint or PPF, machine wash is not an option. I asked for my mats to be cleaned at an additional cost. Seems like they sprayed down the car with water, did a subpar job of drying the edges, and i think they only shook out the floor mats. Even my windshield still has wiper blade marks on the sides. Sad that this place is no longer a great car wash to go to and I will have to find another.

Respectfully, if theres still LOTS of visible dirt and debris on my car after I pay $40 for a service, I will not be coming back. I could have done the same job for much less. This is my first time coming here and I’m disappointed. On top of it, staff isn’t friendly or communicative- I felt like my money and business were nothing but a burden. Will not be returning

paid $100 for the express detail, and I also tipped $20. However, I later discovered that the bird droppings on the car door were not cleaned at all, the tires were not wiped, and the small stones in the trunk were not cleared out. I only felt it was slightly cleaner after I noticed these issues myself and asked someone to vacuum the car again. I came in on Friday and waited three to four hours to get my car back, yet this was the result, which is extremely disappointing. If I had realized during the inspection that the car was not properly cleaned, I definitely would not have given a tip.

The best and most convenient car wash in my city. I only wash my car at “ Westlake Eco Soft Touch” car wash once a month. I choose ceramic wash to enhance the vehicle’s paint protection and make it shine more. I am satisfied with the interior vacuuming, washing and ceramic wash coating. There is also a restroom in the guest lounge for guests to relax and watch the car being washed on CCTV, so you can see your car before it is finished. Alright

I'm not one for leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but I was disappointed with my experience here. I've been going to this car wash for years and have always had good experiences in the past, but recently the quality has noticeably gone downhill. The exterior of my car wasn't very dirty to begin with, so I expected it to be an easy clean. However, when I picked it up, there were still tree pine needles on the car and even bird droppings that hadn't been removed. The bigger issue was the interior. I mainly needed it vacuumed and wiped down, but after only about 20 minutes, the driver's side hadn't been vacuumed much at all. The floorboards and back seat were barely touched, the mats weren't removed, and my trunk wasn't even opened nor cleaned, so the back area wasn't vacuumed whatsoever. When I asked the workers if they could wipe down the interior a bit more, they seemed aggravated and rushed through it. The dashboard, cupholders, and parking brake area were still barely cleaned, and there was dust left on the door frame and inside of the door. Overall, it felt like the car was cleaned very quickly with little attention to detail, even though the service itself only took about 20-30 minutes. l've attached photos showing the condition of the car after they were completely finished cleaning.

I always come to this car wash because they do such a pristine job. I recently went on Jan 2nd and had my first bad experience. It was about 10am, and the place wasn't busy at all so I sat in the indoor seating area, watching them vacuum and wipe down my car. One employee was wiping the inside of my passenger car door and I saw him use his towel to swoop up my red usb port with his towel. He was looking around suspiciously as he was doing it. I made a mental note to check the door when I got to my car. Once they were done and I checked out the door, the red usb was missing. I asked the employee who I saw swipe it and he proceeded to look in the car for it. He went to the back driver side and dug deep under the driver seat and pulled it out. I didn't make a fuss about it because I had my 18 month old with me. But I took a picture of the man. I still love this place, but I'm very discouraged my this experience.
