I've been going to this car wash for a few years now and all I can say is they do a heck of a great job here. From the helpers at the kiosk, to when you're pulling in the tunnel, even to the detailing man who works in the corner! Everyone seems to be on their game! The wash packages are priced fairly well and there's FREE vacuums! Keep up the good work Buddy Bear! :)

Great spot to go for a drive thru wash the dryer works really well so once you exit you only have to dry your vehicle once with a towel and you are ready to go

This is a really fantastic car wash. Our car always comes out looking great and they offer free vacuums. The experience is always nice because the guys working here are nice and helpful and the equipment is top notch. There is a reason the line extends all the way out down the block on western!

Didn’t clean the whole car!! Paid for a deluxe wash and the employee prepping cars didn’t prep my rear windshield. He prepped the car in front of me. The entire back of the car still has salt n dirt on it. I explained what happened to another employee and he gave me attitude asking for the receipt (when the car is clearly wet from the car wash). We weren’t given a receipt or asked if we wanted one when we paid (another employee operated the screen and took our card to pay). I understand if there’s nothing an employee can do but no need for the nasty attitude. I wouldn’t even have a problem if the car wash worked properly but $10 for a half washed car is not worth it.

Windshield is still dirty after paying the $15 wash. I drive a small Honda and it makes no sense the windshield is still left dirty. It had no mud or anything sticky. Only thing that made it worth it was the free vacuums.

I pay for the monthly subscription service for car washes and got a new windshield recently (car was stolen) and when they replaced the windshield they took my buddy bear sticker with it. I tried to come in for a new one and the worker on site laughed at me, wasn’t helpful, gave attitude, and unpleasant to speak to. Trying to get any helpful information from this worker (when the office is open, can i just pay for a new subscription etc) was like pulling teeth. I understand this would seem like a suspicious situation from the worker’s point of view, but no need to act like he did. Do better! Also based on the responses from the owner to other negative reviews it seems like they don’t even care. “Thanks for the feedback”?!?!

I tried to pay with my credit card the machine stated that my cvv is wrong. How is that when I just slid my car. Called my banking company and they informed me it was indeed the car wash equipment. I was in line for 20 mins swiping every card that I had when I knew I had more than enough money for a wash. Terrible place terrible establishment. Will never come back

I have a monthly membership, went thru the carwash today but it didn't get some bird poo that was on my hood. I went around and asked an employee in uniform(tall man w/ long black straight hair)if he could rub it with the brush they use. He said "I'm not gonna do it, I'm not clocked in yet"...fine can you get someone who is? I sat there 3mins, he came back and said "i cant let you thru again, come back tomorrow" and walked away! Maybe hire workers who actually help your clientele

Half the vacuums don't work whenever I've been there recently and they're closed before the posted closing hour. Went to get my daily free wash for my subscription before the 9pm closing hour at 8:15 and it was closed anyways. Be open when you say you are or you lose business. I use these washes and vacuums because I do rideshare. At least be open when you say you are.

This has to be one of the worst buddy bear locations. Your lucky if the vaccums work. They aren’t actually open the hours they say they are on the giant sign outside and they definitely need more staff to run the car wash properly. Disappointed because this is the closest to my house but honestly I prefer going to one much further away just because of all the disfunction at this one. Contemplating if i should keep my membership because of these issues

This employee was aggressive with me, because the dryer of the car wash didn’t dried my car and I went let him know what happened. He tried to hit me and insulted me. How can contact you manager? I have a monthly payment with your business. I need to cancel it. I won’t go never more, your business it’s dangerous with those employees.

SAVE YOUR CAR AND DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! Due to the negligence of the car was operator the car wash sent us into another customer. When it’s coming to repairs they are sending us through hoops. Says they will pay because it’s THEIR FAULT but don’t want to pay because it’s “too much” when we asked for insurance in the first place and REFUSED to provide it to us. ERIC THE MANAGER AT 41st and western is horrible and so is TYRONE PRIDE the VP of the company!

Rude Employees that turned the water off on a hose just to try to get the soap off my wheels and then from the beginning there was an employee banging on the window telling me I can’t vacuum my car. Am I not a customer? I just feel funny after leaving so yeah.

This is my local Buddy Bear and I've grown very frustrated with the issues on the vacuum machines. I bring both of my cars here and I do not appreciate the price increase while simultaneously not addressing the issues with your poorly working vacuum machines. Every vacuum should have substantial capacity regardless of how many are in use. This location tries to accommodate their bad vacuums by only running a few of them when it's slow, but if it's busy? You're out of luck with a nearly useless vacuum. Also why is it that you're open in the evening but the vacuums are turned off? These are issues I've dealt with for months hoping they improve because this is the closest Buddy Bear to me. The lack of service at this location is unfortunate, every other Buddy Bear in Chicago does better then this location.

The employee Juan went above and beyond to help me look for my daughters pin that I accidentally had vacuumed up he not only opened all the pipes to the vacuum, but he accidentally broke one of the pipes trying to assist me. Please do not go based off of the bad reviews in the past they truly do put time and effort with their customers, and I will be returning on Monday to give that young man the compensation that he deserves for going above and beyond Even after he told me that he was fine and wasn’t doing it for a tip but only to assist me find my daughter’s pin thank you and thank you, Juan!
