Go to buddy bear or something got a 24$ wash car was still dirty told the worker they said i should have per washed 🤔 i've never done that. Also have their equipment doesn't work. This is in reply to Rainstorm Car Wash. Your workers did not rewarsh when I showed them the dirt.Nor did they try to even offer that.I think that this reply is full of it and I will never wash my car here again and encourage anybody reading this to go somewhere else.. edited after reply

Personally, the car wash does not help at all. I have a membership in this car wash, I went and put myself in lane 2 and it wouldn't open to let me pass. I went to lane 1 but it said that I already entered, I press the help buttom many times and no one came to help me and I saw that everyone was in the office and but no one came to help me. I change in all 3 lanes and I never got to enter and no one came to help until I had to get out of my car and had to tell the person that lets the cars in. Also more than a month ago, their car wash was closed for a week and had to pay in other car wash places but the day I had to do my monthly pay, and they took money for the membership. You didn't give me service for two weeks but they took money for the monthly pay and I always try to call to cancel my membership, but everytime I do, the phone line gets disconnected, Very bad service in this car wash

Twice my back windshield wiper was pulled off! Never reimbursed. The rear is never clean. It a cheaper CarWash and I stick with it because of convenience.

Just returned here after a few months to get a basic wash. This used to be $5, now is $10!!! The only redeeming quality about this car wash is that it was cheap. It's now the same price as J&J on 31st. AND J&J does a free wipe down/dry when it comes off the line for their $10 wash. Never again.

Nearly the entire long of November the cr was had issues. Half the water areas worked, went through and look just a dirty when I exited the wash. Never have staff with authority to handle issues when I get there and cannot reach anyone by how due to the number being disconnected. I tried to use my monthly wash yesterday at 4:30pm. Was completely closed. I would love a refund since I cannot wash my car for November and December!

Husband has the ultimate total protection. But it seems he always gets the most basic wash. Its always out of service and a lot of times the back is dry and still dirty. Always upgrading the machines but the service does not show what husband pays for. I would give 0 stars....

Seriously every time I go there I have to go around again cause it doesn’t get your car wash. Most of the vacuums are broke or with no nozzle now when you come out of the car wash after you’re getting it washed there’s a big pot hole! Ummm why have you guys not fixed it yet? Most of your vacuums the nozzles are missing and the suction is very poor. Seriously I’ve never been to a Car Wash that just don’t care they take your money and it’s set ya! The workers are awesome there it’s not their fault but the owners seriously fix it the owners before that captain and top-notch what’s up with that you just can’t take peoples money obviously you guys need to do some work. Please fix it.!

Came in for my weekly car wash. While in the car wash getting a wash the vehicle in front of my stopped in the middle of the wash due to the vehicle in front of him being too close and that started a chain effect causing my vehicle which was also in neutral being pushed by the the car wash roller to collide with the vehicle in front of me causing damages to my vehicle and the vehicle in front of me. Of course the boss was not in. And I was told that I would receive a call from them on Monday. I hope they do the right thing and fix the vehicles.

Watch out for the life size pot hole at the end of the wash. It’s been there 3+ months and only getting bigger. Also Main top wash broom hasn’t worked in 4 mts. Good luck finding a working vacuum with a nozzle.

Not the worst car wash I’ve ever had, but pretty close. It was only $10, but you’d think there would actually be water used, and not just the damp spinners smearing the salt down the sides of my car. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.

This is by far the worst carwash I have ever been to. Only two vacuums work if that hoses are missing or ripped . This establishments is a joke the wash machine barely touches my car the rear of my car never gets cleaned. It’s January and the blowers don’t even properly push the water off and they have no heat my car comes out frozen and wet. They have 3 huge potholes when exiting the wash the construction company next door has piles of wood leaning towards the exit of the wash the only thing holding the wood back from falling on a car is the fence!! I got damage on my front bumper from the pothole begin so deep it hit really hard I have tried to speak to a manager but that guy is never there. Who’s going to repair my car??? They are closed most of the time for maintenance but nothing has changed I have a membership and I will be canceling it. I do not recommend this carwash it’s a joke and a waste of money. If management would please reach out to me I need my car fixed ASAP. They know there is huge potholes and do they bother to fill them NO! I hit the pothole so hard my airbag deployed!!! I will be contacting top dog law !!

I tried to get a car wash today. I have 2025 Kia. It would not move forward on the belt. “Johnny”told me it was because it was a newer model car. It was a big ordeal. They had to stop the car wash and I had to DRIVE through it. My car was full of soap. I left like that. I asked for my money back and he said no refunds. He wanted me to do a rewash. I said no what makes you think it’s going to go through the second time. The whole time he was talking about the bible and Jehovah witness. I felt threatened. Then he kicked me out of the office. I just want my money back and will never go there again. My neighbors warned me. This place is strange

This car wash has gone from good to just downright terrible. It was nice and convenient since I live close and now has gone downhill fast! It’s never open due to “upgrades” which I have not noticed. All the vacuums are always broken. And the lines to get in are unbearable at all times of the day when they are actually open. I’ve cancelled my monthly membership.

Staff are attentive but I noticed at times either the car wash is closed an hour early like today or other days for example. Or it's maintenance and not open..at least update your customers to let them know ahead so they don't take the drive especially as it's snow season and people wanna wash cars from the salt. EDIT: it's gotten even worse. I pay $40 for a monthly membership not only are they hardly open but they don't even wash the car with a $40 membership instead I get a $10 car wash every single time. This is ridiculous how do you manage to be the only location that is absolute trash out of all the locations

Fast pass would’ve been a great deal if I didn’t have to wait in line over 30mins and vacuums were actually accessible. The fast pass lane moves at a slower rate than the other two lanes. The phone number on the website is disconnected and the “customer service” reps are not empowered to assist customers or manage the congestion.

Horrible! They have been down since 11/9/25 but made sure they took their monthly charge from my account of 24.99!!!!!! Went and asked for a refund and was told no refund can only cancel membership!! They are not about to be up and running until friday!!!!! The storm wasnt that bad to be shut down a week! I work out of my car and have to have my car looking presentable at all times! Now I have to pay out of pocket to get a wash and sign up somewhere else!! Contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS MONTH!!! You have been warned consumers!!! Update Friday 11/14 and they are STILL DOWN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR NOVEMBER!! ROBBERY AT IT’S FINEST!!!!

Quality and convenient car wash WHEN they are open. Closed 4 days in a row now. Main brush hasn't worked in 5 months. 1/2 the vacuums actually have suction. Needs better maintenance inside and out.
