I don't normally rate gas stations but I'll give this one 4 stars for having decent customer service. The car wash basically stole my money and the people there were helpful to give me the vouchers that I was supposed to get originally.

Looks like I had the same experience as a few other customers. Grabbed a soda swiped my card and then spend a minute arguing with the cashier to push a button. He kept blaming me instead of looking at his register. Also, it was a little hard to get a receipt. I’m surprised I got one after asking a few times. I guess the airheads he was dealing with were more important than a customer

My rear windshield wiper was ripped off during the carwash in my brand new car (3 weeks old). The manager was very helpful and apologetic. There are several signs posted noting that they will not be responsible for any damage, so I was very well aware of that. However, I will not be going back.

Didn’t even have the chance to buy anything. At about 8pm I brought 4 Arizona’s up to the counter and tried to pay with a $20. Cashier told me he didn’t have change. I told him I didn’t mind dollars or fives and he just told me “nope” so I walked out without another word. I suppose his drawer was ineptly low on all currency for some reason, but that still doesn’t excuse the discourtesy. Won’t be back.

So I just left the store. I was supposed to help by Dexter. His card machine wasn’t working and he refused to take me at another register. On top of that he wanted to argue with me while he was trying to take customers. I’ll probably not return to this Bp because of how rude he was. I do want to say thank you to Nancy for helping me and she wasn’t rude. I would definitely fire him. This isn’t the first time I encountered him being rude. Also adding to this review. I was told there is only one line even though u have 2 registers open. It doesn’t make sense at all when u have a line almost going out the door. On top of that I would assume u would want 2 lines if it’s almost out the door. With COVID going on and the delta variant virus going on. I think u should talk to your gm of that location to make it safer.

The girl working there right now refused to let me use the washroom even though I spent money there and right after two other people where aloud to use bathroom! The girl working the counter right now on 6/20/2019 at 11:00 pm After reading the other reviews you owners or owner? Might want to retrain your staff! It should be unacceptable how they treat one customer from the other! Every costumer should have the same experience!! If your striving for a excellent customer service?!?!? Then you are falling way short of that! Retrain your employees!!

Filthy atmosphere and customer service. They removed the button to operate the “free” air machine, requiring you to come inside to request assistance (huge inconvenience). I know this because me and another customer were struggling with the machine when another customer approached us and shared this unfortunate information. Here I am, yet again, encountering another issue with the air machine. There always seems to be an issue here. This is an optimal location so you’d expect so much more…What a disappointment! I’d rather drive to the deepest hood than come here.

Absolutely THE WORST CAR WASH ANYWHERE! You are just throwing your money away! Just look at the picture! They should be ashamed of themselves! But clearly they don’t care, otherwise they would have done something to make it better! 👎🏻👎🏻

Today, I was upset with the cashiers-a young African man and a young African woman with brown long braids-over helping a homeless man. I’m sorry but I am an advocate for the homeless because everyone’s story is not the same. They didn’t like me talking about how we should love our neighbors and that this is black history month. I was getting gas and coffee about 5am today. and he was in the store getting oatmeal and asked for a dollar and I told him that I didn’t have any dollars. They asked him to leave and I told him I would pay for it on my card. I then told the cashiers that…(FYI tent city is nearby this gas station) it’s below zero outside and the homeless should be sent somewhere to get warm or given information on where to go-like a police station, hospital, church with hot meals, a supermarket or shelter-somewhere where they could get help. I paid for my gas and the oatmeal but for some reason when I got to the pump, the gas was not pumping. So, I came back inside and the African young lady told me my transaction was declined but when I looked at my account, the money was refunded. I put my scarf over my mouth and the African young lady told me to tie the scarf up before she rung my gas up. So I tied it up and I explained that I would talk to the owner about the way they handle the homeless and the customers. I am fully vaccinated and my mouth was covered and she was behind the glass. Letting the homeless warm up or suggesting where they could go would help the people in the community. #lovethyneighbor

Had a friend go inside to purchase a pack of cigarettes and when they returned to the car we noticed it was the wrong kind. Went back inside to do the exchange and was told that we couldn’t exchange them. The only sign in the store was stating that exchanges and returns would have to be made within 24hrs. Still unable to receive a refund due to being cigarettes. They offered to send a $10 gift card which still doesn’t cover the cost of the purchase. I feel completely dismissed. I will no longer patronize this establishment nor their other locations.

They have the only automated car wash in the area. It used to be decent, but the new car wash system is pretty useless. Doesn't do a good job with any stuck on grime and the drying mechanism is woeful, just pushes the water around.

I was driving past this gas station when I started feeling really unwell. I felt dizzy and had a headache, my heart was racing, and I was afraid to keep driving because everything was blurry. I stopped here to buy some cold water and give myself time to feel better before continuing home. An older man working at the gas station approached me twice while I was sitting in my car, feeling awful and in tears. He could see I wasn't feeling well, but he still came up and said, "Get out of here, you can't stay here all day, you've already been here for two hours." In reality, it had only been half an hour. I had no desire to stay in this dirty place at all. I told him, "Can't you see I'm not feeling well? I can't drive, give me some time." He responded, "I don't care, get out of here." This man was dark-skinned, with a gray beard, and worked as a security guard at this gas station. If you're reading this message, just know that life is a boomerang. And I hope something bad happens to you, and at that moment, you meet someone just like yourself, so you can experience the same treatment you deserve.

I come to this gas station pretty regularly, it's my local one. Generally pretty happy with my experiences EXCEPT this has to be the world's slowest car wash. It does a good job and has a fair price but holy smokes, if you see more than 2 cars in line, just come back a different time as each cycle takes north of 5 minutes (I timed it).

I just got scammed out of $40 dollars for gas. today at 12:00pm i paid 40 for gas but it was placed on the wrong pump so i came back inside to tell them it was pump 10 and not pump five. The cashier told me that he canceled it an it was sent back to my card!?? I find that really strange with it being Apple Pay! Idk what they did but what do know is I’m calling corporate. 😡😡 I’ve never had this problem before.

The man at the register told me he couldn’t honor a $10 lottery ticket. Not sure how you can operate a business without $10 in 4 different cash registers.

They changed their automated car wash from a brush system to a touchless (no brush) water wash. I bought the middle tier wash for $9 and there is still salt, grime and dirt on the car. Never coming back

I bought a charger from them, and they said it was non-returnable. When I went back and asked to test the charger in the store, they refused. I told them I needed to make sure it worked first, since they said I couldn't return it after leaving the store. They have a designated area for testing chargers, but they still refused. I took the charger to another store, but it didn't work. I went back to the first store and told them it wasn't working and that I wanted to exchange it, but they refused and called the police. They are terrible people; they have no morals or conscience. This is unfair.
