Super slow!! I normally don’t give negative reviews but hopefully this feedback will be helpful to the owner ! I visited today on Labor Day- and the car wash seemed to be understaffed. I usually go to the Livingston car wash at the circle or Finish Line on Rt10, both of which were closed in the early afternoon. I was #3 in line and it took about 15 minutes for my car to even get into the wash! Then , once my car came out, I waited another 15 minutes and realized 3 more cars were ahead of me to be finished on the inside before they got to mine…so I decided to cut my losses and leave. I had to clean my windshield myself at home, since the bugs didn’t all come off in the actual wash. Anyhow, this car wash cost me $31 which is $10 more than my usual places…plus If i had been patient this whole process would have cost me about 45min-60 min!! If this place was crowded , I can only imagine.

They gave my car back still dirty and locked me out and hadn’t even took the time to Gel the tires. When I took the car the inside was as clean as I could get it without a vacuum. I think they looked at the interior and said it’s already clean and didn’t vacuum the car. When they gave the car back it was as if they only did an exterior wash. For $27 my car should have come back cleaner on the inside. I was the last customer before closing time yesterday so I feel like they just stopped cleaning my car before it was done. I understand they wanted to get off work but I would have been more happier if they sent me away and told me they were closed. There were finger prints on my windows. I will not be going back.

This is the second time I tried them, terrible service. They are nice people but don’t do their job. I got the same platinum service (full cleaning). They left my car full of dirt and mug, I had to wait for a second pass. They cleaned the car TWICE and the pictures can speak for itself… still dirty!!

Thank you to the gentlemen who did a full detail on our hard working family car at WO Car Wash! When I dropped off the car it looked tired and dull but when I picked it up it looked almost like new. Their detailing work was excellent! They surpassed my expectations. I will return for future services, recommend this business and appreciate the nice techs who did the work!

I got my car washed today and got the super wash plus lava foam which landed me about $42. I had to go back in line for them to vacuum my car again because it was still crumbs everywhere. The dashboard has a crumbs on it like they used a dirty towel which is crazy because I was there when they first opened!! I’m definitely not coming here again.

Took my bmw for detailing at west orange car wash. From the minute I walked in to drop off; the service/ communication was Top .. the next day when I went to pick up, I literally had no words foe what I saw... looks like my car was traded for a brand new dealership car.. my car yes my car looked absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it..

I knew there was a reason that I go 5 miles further for a car wash and haven't used this place in years.......it's because they do shoddy, terrible work. They're probably ok if you're trying to get a work truck washed or just surface clean, but if you drive a nice car and proud if it's appearance, then avoid this place! Sloppy, carelessly done. Your car will be half-cleaned, with swirls and water spots. Terrible!!!

Decent cleaning job though there were some remnants of bird poop that I had to wipe away myself. If you need a quick cleanup, they’ll get the most obvious places, but things like the rims and wheel wells were left dirty. A bit overpriced for the quality of the wash.

I brought my 2023 Toyota Highlander in to West Orange Car Wash for a special $40 car wash and was really disappointed. They completely skipped cleaning the third-row seats. For the price I paid, I expected a thorough job, not a half-done interior. It’s frustrating to drive away and realize I have to clean it myself. Won’t be returning.

I have been a customer of the West Orange Car Wash since I bought my first car in 1993. The car wash is the best in the immediate area. The workers are very efficient and they do their jobs extremely well. I have always been totally satisfied with the work they have done. On my most recent visit to the car wash, specifically January 2, 2026, an employee was writing numbers on the windshields of the vehicles to ensure customers are served in the proper order which I think is a great idea. I have been to car washes where I have waited for as much as twenty minutes and customers who arrived way after me were allowed to cut the line so this was a welcome change. My only criticism is that when I tell the car wash attendant what service option I would like for my car (In my case the "Special" wash.), they try to convince me to get the most expensive service (Which costs nearly $40 more than the "Special".) the car wash has to offer. I politely decline as the "Special" has all that I need for my car. I wish the attendant would respect my decision. Despite this issue, I highly recommend the West Orange Car Wash and will return as soon as my car needs to be cleaned up again. A great business with polite and efficient workers who do a great job.

These guys did a great job on one of my fleet trucks that was absolutely filthy. Its a hand wash facility. Staff was friendly the price was fair they take their time washing with noticeable attention to detail in comparison to many other places I have tried while out on the rd between jobs. Will definitely be going back next time im working in the area.

The worst car wash experience ever. This is a scam, as they use misleading advertising at the entrance. Once you go in, they offer you different packages, and if you don't choose one of them, they leave your vehicle unfinished.

The worst car wash I have ever experienced, I get they were a bit busy but for charging $32 for a "basic car wash" you'd think they would atleast vacuum correctly or wipe the doors down and dry the car completely. I have water marks all over my windshield and windows it's the shittiest car wash I have ever gotten. I would definitely not recommend ever going here. Save your money and go somewhere else. For the horrible job they did I felt scammed out of my money.
