First time going here and did not disappoint, paid for the VIP package and they cleaned my suv better than when I got it from the dealer, and it was embarrassing how filthy it was from work, excellent work, Tipped well in red box at the end, I was amazed.

If you are in need of a good fast oil change this is the spot. Very professional and great services. They not only change your oil also do a 13 point check of all other fluids as well. Transmission, brake, radiator, oil locks and door hinges, tire pressure, windshield wiper blades and all belts. Definitely worth the $36 dollar fee. A free car wash comes with each service.

Best place for a car wash. The staff are very friendly, honest and helpful. The service was very fast thought I was going to be in the place for a while but it took less then 20 minutes literally thank you Muhammad if I’m saying the name right. Had a check engine light on my dash board and it’s gone.

I come here often and get the VIP and get it cleaned from head to toe. You get the rain protection treatment and when the rain hits your car, it beads right off. Then you get the triple wax treatment that makes the shine last longer. The wheels also got cleaned and polished. You can pretty much call this a mini detail. My car is always clean and never any complaints.

These guys are awesome. I went there because I needed my car washed. It was getting pretty late and they were open. I went there and it was great. Hassle free and they did nice job! Thank you High Tech, I will return and definitely recommend this spot anyone!

The mechanic I encountered was very rude! He recommended additional services and after already receiving a tab for an overpriced oil change, I was annoyed but agreed to have them done. He then proceeded to completed the oil change WITHOUT fulfilling the recommended services that HE RECOMMENDED in the first place. He was argumentative, rude, and exhibited absolutely no customer service skills. The manager was professional but that type of behavior isn’t acceptable after spending that type of money.

Taking longer than 10 minutes once they started but that's all. Everything else has been cool. Wait time customer service etc. I would just lose the 10 minute oil change description.

I usually come here to get the oil change and take advantage of their free wash special. They always tell try to sell you on upsell services that are more expensive than they need to be. I paid extra and communicated with the staff in their native language to make sure that I got the full service upgrade for the car wash. I told them if it was a problem I’d come back another time. They agreed. Needless to say. They didn’t do the service. I asked for management and got a very rude message from the manager Abraham. He said he doesn’t need to do anything just because I asked. He told me he was doing us a favor for giving a car wash (even though they market it like that). Don’t come

This is a good car wash.. I have been to many and you have to tell them all where the items should be detailed. sad but true. The guys who vacuum in the back did a great job.. then the girls wash the insides but you have to be very details. They missed some small things. Annoying but better than most. I didn't the deluxe which was $49.99. way too much but a better detail than I've had in a while. I would only do the deluxe when your car is really dirty.

There car wash is decent. It cost 18.99 for full wash 1.00 a mat to wash, then 4.00 extra dollars for tire shine. They do a good job. They also hand dry your car. The workers really do good so don't forger to tip

My man Frank! Thank you for your attention to detail! My car and I are very happy after our oil, air filter and wiper blades were changed. I said he might have seen a white woman and thought he would get a good tip but... He was right. He deserves it.

They never dry your car well, there would be streaks by the time you get home and they also dont clean the inside very well either. Once I get home I have to wet my car and dry it properly to remove the streaks. This isnt the first time this happened but it is the first time I took a photo of it.

I had a great experience at Zap Lube & Car Wash in Newark. The service was quick, the staff was professional, and they did a thorough job. I went in for an oil change and a car wash, and both were handled efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car came out looking great, and I was in and out without any hassle. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!
