Love coming here to get my truck washed. They have great staff that pays attention to detail to washing your truck. If they miss a spot just let them know and they are willing to take care of it no questions asked. Super friendly staff.

They definitely get five stars on service. My truck looked as good as it did when I first got it. But whoever is in charge of organizing the line coming in was rude and disrespectful. Instead of maintaining order and control he was letting customers cut in front of other customers and didn’t even want to rectify the problem. After he tried to put another customer after the first one in front of me he brought the customer to me and walked away like it wasn’t his fault. He needs a better system or just needs to pay attention.

They do a very thorough job of cleaning your truck, but customer service is garbage. Hardly anyone speaks a good amount of English. They charged me for their misunderstanding then tried to tap me and keep me from leaving. Also the prices are outrageous. This man in particular is the rudest but also the one you have to deal with. If it wasn’t the closet to my destination I would have never went to this place.

Prices here go up every 3 months like clock work. Customer service is on the floor. Vending machines sell expired yogurt a month expired. When asked about a refund for the expired yogurt, instead of deducting it from my truck wash, they wanted me to fill out form for them to get the money back. When I asked how I would get the money back, lady at desk says she doesn’t know. So I guess they keep your money just for fun. I’ve gotten my truck washed at other places for around the same price a lot faster. Line here just to get your truck washed is about an hour wait and another hour to get it washed. Truckers have become so accustomed to bad service and treatment that they don’t even realize how poorly this place is to them. Smh! Such a shame. Here goes pictures of the expired yogurt. Another company thing we get our trailers washed out after hauling fresh food. They do a good job by washing inside the trailer and I get food from the food truck, which is really good. Staging is something of a chore sometimes it's Jersey

Nice job on thank wash and nice people:) They have 3 showers upstairs and each one have a washer dryer all that for free:) Also a food truck is always in there parking lot I think And wifi inside This is a great place for sure

Great place fast and also a place for drivers to chill cook food and wash and shower. I only gave it 4 because they getting strict on parking and beating on your door while you sleep is annoying

Took my truck to get washed and they did a sloppy job, that's why I guess they wet your truck before leaving so you won't notice. I had to call and lose a partial load because when I looked at the truck and trailer and it looked like they just threw water, no acid wash or soap on it, the truck had streaks from using dirty water and they missed a lot of spots and the trailer skirts and corners they missed and much more. Anyways I had to bring it back and they put the same guys, ( who from the beginning looked like they were out of energy or needed lunch.) They tried to make it up, the truck and trailer came out a little better but not happy with the results. For $200 which I was charged, I could of gotten 2 washes in any Beacon Truck Wash and it comes out like if it was just waxed. O.J's fell off, They use to be good back in the days. I won't be coming back anymore.

$56 standard washout. Debris removal extra. 2 bobtails were getting washed beside me. Took an hour but what can you do when your trailer has powder and you have to pick up food? Very satisfied. The only issue is congestion. No overnight parking. Line up at entrance on right side.

Horrible communication with the wash crew. I paid for truck wash and traluer washout. They tried to get me to leave without doing the truck wash. Also, don't pull a 53ft tralier in here unless you are desperate because they have everyone back into an alley to turn around and leave this place. Stuff like this is why most of us will always go to a Blue Beacon when available because it's predictable concise service each time and we never have to do something crazy like reverse to leave the premises. Blue Beacon if you happen to see this, please open a truck wash near by

Five stars for this location. Hats off to this crew. Busting knuckles to accommodate our duty to feed AMERICA. There is even a maintenance shop next door, truck stop down the street and a food truck serving meals all day by a local man. Very proud to have this facility in route to the next load
