I come here to get my car service cleaned for interior every year. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Waxman has always done a great job and took detail into giving out 5 star service. They offer different costs for different needs at a good price. They shampoo cleaned my passenger side seat which I had dropped lotion and crumbs of food. Very noticeable that its gone. The owner himself takes pride in the work his business does and since the first time I met him I knew I was in good hands when he was very interested in the customers that were waiting for their appointment being worked on.

They cleaned my whole bottom chasis especially mear the engine block because I am trying to look for an oil leak. They did a marvelous job and I was watching them clean it the whole time. I recently got a Level 3 detail done on my car, and I could not be happier with the results. The price was amazing for the amount of work they put in. They shampooed the seats thoroughly and were able to remove stains I thought would never come out. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—everyone was friendly, clear, and professional. The whole job was also done in a surprisingly short amount of time without cutting corners. I came to WaxmanOftristate to do my window tinting. They did a great job with my window tinting. They also do a lot other than window tinting. They do vinyl wrap PPF body shop work mechanic work. This place is really one stop shop. I was really amazed. Arthur is amazing Mohamed. Amazing everybody on the crew. All amazing guys. "I drove all the way out here from Manhattan based on Waxman's 5-star reputation, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. To be honest, I hadn't washed my car in years. It’s been through brutal winters in Lake Tahoe and used to haul my ski and climbing gear, so the interior was in rough shape. I worked directly with the owner, Artur, who was incredibly personable and professional. He wasn't pushy at all and really took the time to understand what the car needed. The results are unbelievable—they steamed and deep-cleaned the leather, and the carpets look new. They even got out marks on the ceiling that I was convinced were permanent. If you are looking for perfection, it is worth the travel. Highly recommended!"

I was looking for body shop and PPF Ceramic Coating shop Waxman ofTristate did phenomenal job on my bodywork then I did front PPF and the rest of the car ceramic coating and then they recommended ceramic window tinting Arthur walk me through every step of the way from eight through Z. He held my hand. He knows his business very well. The team is phenomenal. Communication was unbelievable. He was communicating with me sending videos pictures. This guys deserve more than five star, I will definitely recommend this guys to everybody I know, and I will be back to do power coating on my rims and paint my calipers

Waxmanoftristate body shop is amazing. They also do window tinting ceramic coating and a lot of great things. The team very knowledgeable. I made my next appointment to do my brakes and rotors and some other customization jobs. This guys are amazing They used to have different locations and I used to go to their locations 15 years ago in Brooklyn and Long Island. I definitely recommend them to anybody for all your car needs they offer PPF vinyl wrap, ceramic coating power coating rims and a lot a lot more the owner. Please bear with my lengthy review- I want to explain everythinf that happened! I had a water leak issue with my 13-year-old Nissan Rogue caused by a clogged sunroof drain. When I took it to the Nissan service center, they charged nearly $400 just to clear the drain and then quoted another $1,000 to ompletely dry the water under the mats. Looking for an alternative, I found Waxman Automotive through Google reviews and spoke with Arthur. Right from the first call, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and honest. He clearly explained what causes the issue and how it should be properly fixed. When I brought my car in, Arthur carefully inspected it and explained that the seats had to be removed for a thorough cleaning to prevent any mold buildup. He also agreed to fix a front axle oil leak that my dealership had identified — all for a very reasonable price. What truly impressed me: 1️⃣ Arthur explained every step — from root cause to final fix — with complete transparency. 2️⃣ He delivered more than promised and never increased the agreed price. 3️⃣ He kept me updated with 6–8 videos throughout the repair process. 4️⃣ He was always responsive, patiently answering every question and call. 5️⃣ Even after delivery, he followed up multiple times to check how my car was doing! I’ve never had such a positive experience with a car service before. Arthur and his team at Waxman Automotive truly set the standard for honesty, professionalism, and customer care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Brought my Explorer in for an interior detail, headliner cleaning, and exterior detail with a one-step polish, and the results were excellent! I just bought this Explorer about a week ago and wanted it to truly feel new — and now it does. Even with ~20k miles on it, the difference is obvious. The paint looks clean and smooth, the interior is refreshed without any greasy finish, and the headliner marks I noticed are gone. Everything was handled carefully and professionally. Shout out to the Waxman team for getting my family right with the headlight restoration. my mom headlights came out so good i had to go and get my grandmother and step father cars done same day 👍🏽 Also for helping me out with my Acura after getting into a car accident earlier in the week Arthur took care of getting my car right at his body shop…..highly recommend these guys for any work you want done. December 14th update just got my car back from waxman body shop and it came out great thanks again to the Waxman team for getting me right and also going above and beyond. Amazing work. I haven't had the car cleaned in four months, and they cleaned it like it just came off the lot. The interior is so clean I don't even want to sit in it. I recently brought my brand new car here for a 9-year ceramic coating (double coated). Overall, the experience was positive with a few caveats. * Fair Pricing & Convenience: The price was very competitive, and they offer convenient services like pickup and delivery, which made the logistics easy. * Transparency: I appreciated receiving videos after each step of the process, ensuring transparency. * Results & Warranty: The hydrophobic properties are immediately visible in the rain. I am waiting for the coating to fully cure before my first wash, but the initial application looks solid. They also honored a warranty for the work. While I’m not deducting stars, the pickup experience had some friction. During my final inspection, I noticed a few scratch-like marks. When I pointed them out, the immediate reaction from the manager was defensive—implying the marks were pre-existing or that I was blaming them. I was simply doing a standard check, as any customer should, especially with a brand new vehicle. To their credit, the manager did apologize eventually, and they fixed the marks they could (except for a small rock chip we both missed at drop-off). Good work and great value. My advice to future customers is to do a very thorough walk-around and confirm the vehicle's condition before handing over your keys to avoid any disagreements about the vehicle's finish later. I will update this review based on how the coating performs over the next year.

Artur and the team were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I dropped off the car to when I picked it up, Artur was so kind and made it evident I was leaving my vehicle in the right hands. I have a German Shepherd, so the amount of dog hair in my car was quite a feat. Him and his team did a tremendous job; the car looked brand new!
