So I was waiting in line for this car wash and I was nexttogo in, and they let someone in the other door and let him cut in line ahead of of me ! That’s not only the worst customer service I’ve ever seen it’s BS! I have 2 cars and washed them here regularly and I had told my relatives to use this car wash. You not only lost my future business but my family members as well. Not to mention you aren’t the cheapest place to get a hand car wash in the area!

The crew here really took great car of my Jeep! Great attention to detail- I had an old peeling sticker on the back window that I couldn’t take off myself. The manager asked if I wanted them to remove and they did! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. I can’t wait to come back. Great prices too!

I've been coming here even with my old car, and this team never lets me down. They always make sure my car looks brand new. I know the one thing is when it does get busy they tend to forget to clean some areas or even leave some marks on my windshield, but other than that, a really clean job. I will never have any other place clean my car it always has to be West Details LLC they made my dirty car shine again!! Will continue to come back here :)

I do not recommend it. I chose a mini detailing service, and when they said it was $120 instead of $90 because they decided that my Ford Escape is a Big SUV, I thought, fine, they will do a good job for the extra charge. I left a $25 tip. As it turned out, you can see in the photo. I will have to wash it again. Throw away those towels that shed and leave white lint all over the car, both inside and outside.

If you’re running late or in a rush this is not the car wash for you they actually clean your car like it was you doing it. I was surprised on how long they spent on each car, It was nice not to get a greasy rush job. Definitely worth the wait and the money. Best car wash in years.
