This location does a poor job cleaning the interior of my car which is in my subscription. When I recently went there on Wednesday because I was in the area, one of the cleaners clearly took $50 worth of quarters from my car. I'm not happy. I'm not returning. Do not go to this location.

Not worth $45 they charge for "whole thing" Even though you can come back in 5 days. I am only going back to feel like Ive gotten my monies worth. Also, did NOT get my "fresh scent"!! ***pics are from same day- 30 mins after leaving waterway***

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the clean. It more like an exterior vacuum, exterior wash, and window wipe for $45 + tip for The Whole Thing. You could certainly do better elsewhere. Decent value for a basic wash but don’t bother to upgrade.

sub par. needed to wipe down dirt on dash. dirty soap on passenger side doors. cargo area needed 2 vacuuming visits. required a lot of extra cleaning on my end. essentially, not worth the $49.

I had a frustrating experience at Waterway Gas & Wash. When I arrived, I had to pull myself onto the car wash track for the first part because no one guided me. An employee eventually came running out and helped me pull up the rest of the way, but he still sent the car forward without spraying it down, gave me a “surf” sign, and walked away. As a result, there were noticeable stains on the left side of my vehicle and on top from bird droppings. If the car had been sprayed beforehand, these could have been completely removed. Because of this, I will have to go back on a different date just to get my car properly cleaned. The service felt rushed and inattentive, and my car was not properly cleaned. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was surprised how clean my car got for 10 bucks. A real lifesaver perhaps literally after the snow the visibility in my car was so bad. I could barely see anything. After a relatively inexpensive run-through, it looked like better than new.

Gets the car clean of course, I wish I could get the inside done to like I used to but you have to be a member or something for 50 dollars or maybe some scratch removal could be done. Good place.

If I could give this location a zero I would, the waiting area has no type of heating system despite it being cold outside. You can pay $55 for an interior and exterior clean but BEWARE they will literally clean AROUND trash instead of doing their job and what you're paying for. " they should've told you we clean around the trash and leave trash." Is what the manager said to me. Now if it was them expecting a clean they would be as pissed off as we are. Money doesn't grow on trees and it's flat out ridiculous that I had to go back and reclean and remove trash out my car. You are better off going to go car wash and do it yourself.

I used the express drive thru option and the dryers barely got any of the water off. For $17 I expected more! Their prices are much higher than the last time I visited, which was probably two years ago.

I came in today for an interior/exterior wash and the attendant said they’re only taking interior cleans for those with a membership for the foreseeable future. I agreed to a $75/month membership and somehow, my car ended up in worse shape than when I brought it in. The dash didn’t seem wiped down, the seats and console definitely wasn’t, there was still dirt and debris left… I don’t entirely know what they did, but I’m bummed. I was refunded, but I tipped and spent 45 minutes waiting around for no reason.

Waterway Carwash Stateline and 85th The location is in a bit of rough condition with plywood on the front glass area. Pumps were in good working order. The carwash experience left fuzz on the interior and exterior windows which is very annoying in the driving experience.

$57 for a wash with tip. Takes 30 minutes and doesn't look clean at all. This was not a dirty car, it looked exactly like this before the wash. Paid extra for the back to get cleaned and I don't think they touched it.

My family has had a membership for several months now. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly during every interaction. I recently purchased a new vehicle and switching the car on my membership was seamless. I stopped in on November 25, days before Thanksgiving, for a “whole thing” clean and asked for assistance with installing my new all weather mats. Stephen stopped what he was doing, assisted with installing while doing additional interior cleaning as we pulled up the carpeted mats, gathered the trash(big box included) and wished me a happy holiday. That type of service does not occur often and just 1 reason we will remain top monthly subscribers and refer! Thank you!

Came here to get my car clean and heard a manager (I believe his name tag said Stephen) yelling at a little girl telling her not to call in sick and that he threw up that morning. This is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Even though I was the next lane over, I don’t want somebody sick cleaning my car, i’m getting it cleaned for a reason. I don’t want to see a grown man yelling at a little girl. Paid $45 for a completely unprofessional and horrible experience. My car wasn’t even cleaned well and I heard them referring to other cars as “disgusting” and “gross” near mine. Never coming back and I hope that manager gets in trouble for this inappropriate behavior. I heard the young girl approach the manager with a respectful voice and question so his outburst shows he’s not ready to be a manager. Choosing a new car wash from now on.
