I had my little girls with me. Went through the car wash and let them help me dry my car off. When I went to the other side they had dipped the drying cloths in muddy puddles and were wiping the car with dirty water. I was so mad! Josh was so wonderful and let me go through the wash again. He was he so kind.

I have been a patron of this carwash for years( back when they gave you a wet cloth to clean the interior and had two attendants pre rinsing your car) I've noticed prices are high and quality is low lately, but today topped it. I splurged for the "top" tier wash. When I went through I noticed that the spot free, ceramic gloss, and wheel shine lights didn't light up as the normally do, so after I got through and pulled over looked at my car, and still had dirt, and bird poop on the back, so I went back up to tell them I didn't get the wash I paid for. They sent me back through, again no lights on the spot free, ceramic, wheel shine. But this time Josh was standing there watching me go through. I pulled out pulled over called and spoke with Josh who told me he stood there to make sure I was getting what I paid for, and that the lights haven't worked in years. Lol I told him for $24 my car should look better than it does, it looks like I got a basic wash. Thankfully my gift card is almost used up, I will not frequent this place again. High prices and low quality. I'll take my car through the Martin City car wash for $7.00 and get better results. I also have pictures of my car with spots on it, bird poop still on the back and this is after it was ran through twice.

Ruth is always so pleasant and personable. She always offers The opportunity to purchase a monthly package, but since I only get my car washed every couple of months, it wouldn’t be cost-effective. I appreciate her offer though.

Prewash is a joke! One guy with sunglasses on inside that barely did more than the front of my car. Shot the wand down the driver's side. Nothing on passenger's side or back. We had to wet towel and just get stuff off in vacuum area. Last time. Allowing poor employees ruin their business. TRAIN, pay or fire.

One of the best car washes in the city! Free towels and vacuums. I’m always greeted by a friendly smile especially from Ruth!

Ruth is super sweet, but I drive a SUV and the back tailgate was still dirty after going through the expensive wash. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

It's gone downhill over the past couple years. No triple foam (pink, yellow, blue). Dryer nozzles aren't aimed very well. Second horizontal spinner that cleans the hood and windshield isn't well balanced, so bug cleaning isn't very effective. Fortunately this won't be an issue going into winter. GO car washes can be hit and miss. The hits are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. This one's not.

We all know these auto washes are hit or miss. This particular location gives you what you pay for. They won’t give you the evil eye either no matter how many times you go a week. Another plus is I have never picked a nail in my tire after a wash, and I attribute that to them staying on top of keeping it tidy and doing their maintenance. If you are tired of car washes that don’t have your tires looking new after you are finished. Head here.

Rarely is your car clean when you’re done. There’s no point to a membership as non members get through the gates just as fast. You can pay a few more bucks and have someone dry and vacuum your car.

I had an unfortunate experience through the car wash the other day, as the brushes ripped off my back window windshield wiper. I went to the office to report it, and was met with Jodi… With a smile and confidence…” Don’t worry, I can help you and replace this for you”! And, that is exactly what she did! I was impressed as it was an easy to remove, but you can tell she was confident and knew she could do it! Great customer service! Thank you, Jodi!!

As a frequent customer at other GO Carwash locations, I'm pretty disappointed with the location off of 135th and State Line. This location seems to be more run down than some others I've been to. The prepper didn't have clear hand or verbal signals, the tunnel was disgusting, and my car didn't get fully clean considering I got the Go Big (the "best" one). I would recommend going to one of GO's other locations such as the one on 135th and Quivira or the one on 159th and Metcalf.

Car wash and staff are fine. Two complaints though: clean up bays are filthy. Dirt and debris never cleaned up or hosed down. Your clean floor mats are dirtied right when you get back into your car. Decond, wheel shine does a nice job on tires, but gets on your wheels which are harder to clean. Also gets on the towels and doesn’t clean out well when washed.

Ruth was fantastic - so polite and helpful! She made our day! Oh, and the Go Carwash is excellent. We love the convenience of the towels and vacuums.

Front attendant lady is always so nice. I enjoy getting new air fresheners and wipes each time. She also gives my toddler lollipops and a crayon coloring pack, which helps during the car wash since he still a little scared by it. Car is clean and kid is happy!

I am A member here because it’s close to my house but your brushes don’t even hit the back of my car. I have to wipe the back off after. I have been to your other locations and my experience is way better and my car looks great. Bummer it’s not better at this location because everybody working there is nice. The day I went more than half the vacuums were out of order. I’m considering finding another club. Please make it better!

There are ALWAYS towels available and the one in overland Park hardly has any towels. The pavement is better in the overland Park Kansas location but the customer service and friendly staff and the clean available towels are much better here at the state line location. Make sure you go to this location. I know the pavement is a little rough but it's a good trade off because the customer service is exceptional here. They take such great care of their vacuums because they have such great suction! The Overland Park location has some vacuums that have poor suction. Tisk tisk! 🤪 They better fix that PESKY problem soon because this State Line location is getting a 5 star revieeeew! 🤪😂 Maybe the Overland Park Kansas location could do something about those lack of towels and look at my funny review. 🤪😅🙏🏼 Haha

I've only been to this location and the one on Blue Ridge near Grandview. They're both the same to me: 1. Always have one pressure washer person on the driver's side as if the passenger side doesn't exist. This leaves the passenger side always disgusting. 2. Lackadaisical prewash. Bugs still on, rear of vehicle still dirty. 3. The wash along the conveyor belt never hits the vehicle the way it needs to. Always dirty window edges, rear glass, rear panel. 4. Towels always damp. I come when the roads have been salted so I can get the underbody wash and get the salt off my car. I'm hoping the underbody wash is at least doing that. Ironically enough, the vacuums are not the suckiest part of the wash; the vacuums are great!

Horrible location. Just went the other day, paid for a car wash— that I verified with staff that include waxing tires— just for my tires to not be waxed. Thats happened 3x as well prior but I thought maybe it was the car wash package I purchased. Went back thru the second time after confirming with staff that my tires was not waxed despite paying for the correct package. Came back out and it was waxed the second time, however I now have a huge scratch on the hood of my car, that was not there the first time. Scratch is embedded in paint and has an oily residue… it’s definitely from the equipment. Update- notice how the owner only responds to reviews that are positive but never acknowledge any others? I posted this 4 days ago and still haven’t received any update or response. Filed a claim days later, was unaware I could even do such thing until I went to my local dealership and talked to a worker that personal knows a manager @ a different Go Car Wash, and the manager @ this location was very much nonchalant and stated that my claim would get denied because I reported it days later and not when it happened. I advised him that when they investigate be sure to check the footage because I went through the car wash twice that day, with at least a 30-45 minute interval between both times, he shrugged what I said off and said “I have no control over the investigation, I just take pictures and submits the claim”. I told him about the previous times I’ve been with my other suv beforehand and how my tires were never waxed (same exact tags btw), and he didn’t care to respond or acknowledge when I made that statement. No apologies, no “I’ll check that out”, nothing. Didn’t even provide his name or greet me when I told him I wanted to file a claim.
