The worst automatic car wash I have ever been to. Just a complete waste of $12. I might as well have had 12 moist $1 bills and wiped them all over my car. Gave it 1 star, just because there wasn’t an option for a negative star!

Automatic stalls. It leaves soap spots dripping down onto vehicle when leaving. $12.00 they took a rinse cycle. I'll be looking for a different carwash.

Dont use credit card here!!!!! Credit Card Scammer!!! Will never use this car wash again. Washed 2 cars in the self service wash ...each car cost about $4.00 but after I checked my bank statement I was charged $10.00 for each car. I will be contesting the charges and reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

The auto car wash dryer system is kinda weak and I wish they would allow card swipe at the vacuums

Took my cash money in the change dispenser, $5. So then used my debt card for about 5 minutes of time. I checked my account to find that I was charged $10 for my time. I assume it maxed out at $10 before it stoped charging me. Also a generally dirty car wash. Over flowing trash cans and debris. Nice place to get ripped off and over charged.

This place has gone downhill over the years. The standard car wash bay is honestly garbage now. My fiancé and I have attempted to use the standard self wash bay three times in the last month. Each bay has either been missing pre-soak, regular soap, or spot free rinse each time we’ve attempted to use a bay. As an owner, how do you not check the chemical levels of your bays daily or several times per week? This use to be one of the best car wash bays in KC. This place is pathetic at this point. Go elsewhere if you can. Save your money.

Went to wash my car in one of the self service stalls. Put my Credit card in and the credit card machine immediately started taking my money but the power washer never turned on. I moved the switch to all the selections and nothing, not even a drop of water out of the wand. I was also charged 10 dollars which might drop down to the 1.50 minimum later. Put a call into the office there hope to hear back soon.

On January 22nd I used this car wash. I looked at my statement on Feb 8th and noticed I was overcharged. I used my credit card and the wash was around $3.75 when I stopped it. However, I was charged $10.00. This has happened before and I was told that it will roll off after a few days and the correct amount will be charged. It did not happen this time. I have called this place of business 3 days in a row. Twice I left a message. I am about to challenge it with my cc company. I like the carwash but I don't like being overcharged and then ignored. I wont be using them ever again

Good self-service car wash. Folks talking about a $10 credit card charge either did not shut off the machine properly or saw a $10 hold on their account until the transaction cleared. I was correctly charged $2.88 for my wash.

This is a standard self car wash that is pretty great in my opinion. You can see and smell the different soaps / chemicals activating. There is no delay between soap and rinse. CREDIT CARD CHARGES, it immediately places a $10 pending hold on the card used that clears after 2-3 days and charges only what you use. Just make sure to CLICK STOP or you may get charged the full $10. This has never been a problem for me. The guy running the location is pretty attentive on a nice sunny/busy day.

Well maintained car wash, but I don’t use the vacuums. And it’s convenient to have the credit card payment option. There will be a $10 pre-authorization but it will update with your bank in a few days to the correct amount. Just be stop to hit the stop button on the credit card payment when you’re done.

Went for a car wash and the automatic kept telling me to pull forward and then it flashed and turns off and did nothing so I lost money

Pulled into a self wash stall, and it cost me $7 for a really good wash. Very much the standard self wash pull through. Soap brush foamed excessively, and the power rinsing options with wax spray were great.

Falsely charging credit cards recently. My normal manual washes here are always $5 or $6. Recently I was charged $13 after a wash. There is no way I literally washed the car twice as long as every other time. So if you want fraudulent charges on your credit card, please come here.

I put a $20 bill into one of the automatic stalls, and the machine took the money without giving any change. No refund—just gone. I tried calling the number posted, but of course, no one answered. No staff on site, no way to get help. Is this what customer service looks like now? It honestly feels like daylight robbery. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others avoid it too.

This place was absolutely horrible. Almost no pressure whatsoever on the hose. Also the soap and pressure would randomly turn off altogether every 10 seconds or so. I will never come to this place again and you shouldn’t either.

Horrible wash. Soap and water leaves residue on cars. the vacuums suck. one vacuum is literally broken took all my money and didn’t give it back. and the rest of them are weak, barley picks up dirt. the ceiling was leaking water on the cars. there’s potholes in the lot and you drive out to a gravel road leading your car dirty again. this place sucks, this is ridiculous. don’t spend your money here, this place is a scam.

This place is a complete ripoff. I just tried to wash my mower off and learned it’s now $2.00 for only 2:40. What’s worse is it takes 10 seconds to start up. I spent $4.00 and I didn’t even finish cleaning it. I couldn’t imagine what it cost to clean a vehicle!

I’ve been coming here for years with a 5-star rating. Sorry I didn’t provide it earlier. Now the vacuums have been set to such a low time. It used to be I had more than enough vacuum time for the whole car. It took me two groups of quarters to complete a small convertible and since it stopped I didn’t go for $3 and vacuum the trunk. It was very disappointing and I probably won’t be back. Sorry.

I chose to do the self-clean service because the last few times I went through the automatic wash, I had lots of missed spots and I had spent more money than planned. I like that I can use my card, but I don't like that the time starts immediately even when the hose hasn't been turned to "Start." I did a presoak, a wash, a rinse, and a spot free rinse and at first glance, thought everything looked pretty good. It wasnt until I had pulled away that the spots on the exterior showed up again :( Next time, I'll be sure to do the wax or Rain X set up
