There was areas missed during my wash and Derick went above and beyond. He took my car back in the wash and made sure I was left satisfied with the results of the wash!! Definitely A+ for an amazing customer satisfaction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife took our Expedition up there for a full interior cleaning. We just got back from spring break with our dog in the car so admittedly, it needed a good thorough cleaning. When I got home, I saw the job they had done. It certainly was not worth the $50 or so bucks it cost and I am positive it wasn’t worth the additional $10 tip she gave. My wife doesn’t love confrontation so she didn’t say anything. Other than the front seats, the cubbies throughout the car were not touched. The area in the back where the dog and the far rear seats were addressed either. I have pics of all of this. It should be noted that I did the remaining cleaning myself and was able to handle all of these issues that they couldn’t. If they felt that they couldn’t do a good enough job, they should have just told us this rather than taking the money and doing a poor job. It should be noted that this is the second time that we have been unhappy. The first time, we took it back for them to finish the job. This time, I didn’t even bother. They are fine with the exterior but if your car needs a true cleaning on the interior, I would go somewhere else. I tried to send them a direct message through their “contact us” part of their website but after filling everything out I kept getting a technical error when trying to send it. It appears that their website does a poor job too!

Towel drying stinks. They use cotton towels which leave fragments behind (see pic). I've told them numerous times, and then they will get out a microfiber towel to do it properly, but why should I ask for this every time? I called the corporate office, and they just redirected me back to the local manager who claims that no one else complains except me. Please look at the attach pic and ask if you'd like this all over your car. Also I'm not saying it's the employees fault. The company should make changes such as extending the blow dry time in the carwash and only use microfiber or chamois towels. Also they did away with cleaning your mats as part of the "Whole Thing" package - they now want $6 extra to do a proper mat cleaning. The old Ultimate Wash, although an old building and not as organized, did a much better cleaning job. Still this is the only car wash in town and I don't have the time to do myself, so I remain a member.

If you want your vehicle damaged, then this is the car wash for you! I, on the other hand, care about the vehicles I own, so I will NEVER go back to this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I paid $29.89 for a car wash inside/out and there is still mud on both my driver and passenger doors. After looking at other reviews I see that this is a common occurrence. I used to come here and get the same thing done for $16, then $21 now $30 and this is what you get. They don't even take your floor mats out and vacuum under that is an extra $6.

Well I just treated myself to a BMW after working hard for many years. I wanted to go to one of the “better” car washes, and this one is honestly the furthest from me. But it was Ok. I didn’t mind the drive. I bought a package, but wanted the complete deal today. The gentleman up sold me to get extras, and I happily obliged. My daughter and I had about a 10 min chat and they were waving me over. First thing I noticed was lint all over my windows. They didn’t do a good job. I don’t believe they did much of anything. I will post pics and let you see for yourself. For a monthly subscription of $45 plus another $38 on top of that (plus a tip)… this is what I got. Nothing was cleaned. My windows had the same smears, they damaged my leather on my back door, they broke my little garbage can which I had just bought, and threw away my brand new air freshener I had on my vent!! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow!! Oh by the way, I’ve had my car less than 2 months and haven’t even put 1000 miles on it.

Very disappointed in the interior cleaning service I recently received. I have gone here many times before and have ordered the "Whole Thing" package including cleaning rubber floor mats. In the past (as recent as September 2021) they've always had a good crew doing a good job inside and outside. Unfortunately, this time it did appear it was much faster than normal. By the pictures you can see what didn't get cleaned (which is just some of the areas). Then I took 4 minutes with a car spray and towel, when I got home, and cleaned most of the areas the workers did not touch. The level of service has gone done drastically. I would find somewhere else to take your car to be cleaned.

Had a car wash membership. About 6 or 7 weeks ago had my car washed. When I got home I noticed about 8 scratches going up my hood. Went back and was told I would have to come back and talk to the manager. I did the next morning. She told me she could not see anything and maybe I made the scratches when cleaning snow off. Firstly they were deep. Second the were uniform and in a row going up the bumper and up the hood. The body shop said it looked like car wash damage. Cost me about $1,000 to repair. Worst part is my wife met an ex employee who told her that the manager would not take care of that sort of problem. Not sure how true that is but cancelled my membership and good luck if you ever get your car damaged there. PS: waited for almost 2 months to post to make sure I wasn't acting on emotion.

Went to this place today, paid $58 for the whole package plus truck vacuuming and mat washing. This was THE WORST car detail I have ever seen. I tipped $15 before I even looked inside I wish I would have looked first. Didn’t wipe down anything in the console or the doors and half way wiped the dash. I was surprised at 1st how quick they were finished maybe 10 mins max, but now I see why. I had to pull over to the self service vacuums and towels to somewhat finish what they started. Absolutely awful and the biggest waste of money. I was trying to surprise my sister with a clean car for her birthday and I was highly disappointed.

Very disappointed in this place lately. I'm not one to get upset easily but when this is three times in a row that they have done a terrible job it's not okay. I understand maybe someone being new or having a bad day. But this was very upsetting to see everything they missed when I got home. They barely vacuumed. It looks like a two year old wiped things down and zero Tire shine on any tire. For the amount of money paid for the service and the tip I leave everytime it's very disappointing.

While traveling through Ohio on June 20, 2025, I visited this carwash. After leaving, I discovered my dashboard had been badly scratched. I returned immediately and the manager documented, took pictures and attempted to correct the damage and filed a report for the General Manager. The GM later told me their staff doesn’t wear watches or bracelets and denied responsibility. However, my window cam clearly shows employees cleaning my dash while wearing a bracelet. The following screenshots of videos were provided, yet the company has continued to deny responsibility. The damage is permanent and will require a $3,400 dashboard replacement.

After paying $25 for an exterior only wash, I would’ve hoped my car would look spotless. However, there were still bits of bug on my windshield, and my driver and passenger windows had soap spots. The staff are friendly overall. If you want a quick wash, their low end options seem worthwhile. But if you’re looking for a deep clean like I was, I can’t say I was satisfied with the service.
