Love all the amenities at the vacuum station like the Matt washing machine and the high powered air gun for tight crevices. Freya was very helpful and so nice! She has great customer service and made my experience at the pay station enjoyable!

The only good thing about this car wash was the interior spot to vacuum. The dryer is one of the worst I have ever seen. It is equivalent to a toddler with COPD trying to dry off the car while blowing on it. It mostly gets the car clean but it always popped open my gas lid on my Taurus and always knocks my mirrors out of position. There is no members only line and god forbid you get behind someone that wants to get a membership. When you do get a membership you still have to choose a bunch of unnecessary options on the screen before the gate will open. If you have a sedan or a small car it is very hard to reach the screen. Attendants are rather good at assisting but can be busy at times. How about when members pull up to the gate it does this weird magical thing where the gate just opens. Not hard to do. No one really needs a receipt for free car wash. Oh and good luck pulling out of the parking lot during rush hour.

Cheapest wash is $6. Wash is fast and efficient. Of course it's a brush wash which for my old car is fine. Employee at the entrance was friendly. I would come here again.

I didn't seem to have any problems at the car wash but I did notice that the dryer did not dry the back of the car, so I had to get out and wipe it down myself. Nevertheless, I felt that the car wash did a good job and the price was right. It would be nice if they provided towels like Sergeant Clean does. Those towels come in so handy because they are so absorbent. I do like the free vacuums here. It's seldom that you come across vacuums that are powerful and actually pick stuff up. I also like that they place a bag on your back windshield wiper so that it doesn't get ripped apart.

all lines are closed currently it’s 6:38 pm location advertised that it’s open tll 9 pm which i never had a problem… one thing that make me upset is the fact that you’ll push for the car wash membership and the hours are not true i believe when i signed up i was told the hours never change and that you’ll also were open all year besides i believe christmas !

Normally they do a great job getting a full size truck clean. But not so much today. It just lumped all the mud on my running boards forward. Also in the wheel well. I paid $16 for a full wash and feel like I was ripped off.

I've had a membership for this carwash since it opened. Today I wanted to add undercarriage wash. I paid extra but when I went through it didn't wash under. So I went through again, still nothing. When I told an associate about this they asked for my receipt ( which I don't get) told me to pay again and they would watch it... It did indeed charge my card but no undercarriage. Be careful what you are buying!

I’ve liked this car wash that was the only car wash i would go to until one day i had an incident inside the wash my first one ever that happened where i got my side mirror knocked off and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it no help what’s so ever , no advice he said he couldn’t do anything . and on top of me coming up there with an estimate to get it repaired like the POLICY SAYS he still wouldn’t do anything at all i think his name is tar but i wont be going here any more if there’s an incident where something is broken off your car they won’t do nothing about it and you would have to come out of your own pocket for something that there machines caused i don’t get it .

Nice winter spot with indoor + outdoor vacuum cleaners. Couldn't get this sticky stuff off of my car, so looks like I'm going to have to wash by hand anyway. Doesn't get it shiny like you can with hand wash but if your car is really really dirty/muddy, this is nice to do for a quick rinse. Salty car in the winter? This is nice. And then you can vacuum with space in an indoor setting. Just don't go when it's super busy! Would give 3 stars for half-*** clean. But the indoor vacuum option is nice. Saved the review. Lol

I tried this place out because they mailed a coupon for a free wash. It said I could choose between the wax wash or the one with tire shine. I wanted the wax one. I scan the coupon and it showed up as $2, which I was fine with paying, but the employee said something about how the wax option was only available at their full service locations...? The tire shine did a bad job, covering maybe 20% of the tire (see photos). There were spots on my hood that the wash did not remove; I didn't notice until I got home or I would have asked for a rewash. The vacuums and carpet mat cleaner were convenient. Overall, not something that I would pay $16 for.

Suburb location with covered / inside place to vacuum and clean your vehicle. This car wash is always clean. The bathrooms on location is also always clean. The employees smile and appear to be in a happy and helping mood. I like that the have vending for cleaning products and snacks. They have the option to clean the outside and YOU clean the inside yourself. Or they will clean the insides for you. Not sure of the costs for this option. We will continue to use this location.

In from out of town and decided to get the car washed out from the road trip. For 52 bucks plus a tip I don't really expect perfection, but that's a lot more money than the interior/exterior wash I use back home. There was dirt all over the floor mats still, none of the cup holders or door pockets were touched, and all the windows still had my kids handprints all over them. All easy things to do when cleaning the interior of a car. The few areas with exposed carpet didn't even look like they were vacuumed. Even the free "air freshener" they gave me was stained with some kind of grime lol! The immediate drivers area looked decent, so you can tell that's where they spend most of their time. It was also about a half hour wait so they weren't exactly cranking cars out. I wouldn't spend money there again aside from maybe just an exterior wash.

If you’re looking for a detailed clean, this is NOT the place to go. One of the managers actually handled the clean with one of the staff members and I paid $52 for an overpriced car wash essentially. The Door, steering wheel, mat, seat wipedown that’s supposed to be included with the whole thing package was barely done, I’m not asking for perfect or to scrub between the vents but this looks like it was barely touched. I paid an additional charge for my cargo area and had to ask them to do so before I left. 5-Day Clean Guarantee, barely even 1 day.
