Washtopia has been great. I pay for the biggest plan they have in the monthly form with a military discount. It's still pretty high for the few times I go, but they are mostly friendly, and the place is always clean and stocked. They have also told me that if I'm in my government vehicle, they will allow me to wash free. (Both Lavergne and Smyrna locations) I've taken them up on it months after, and they honored their word. (I didn't think they were going to after that much time passed). I recommend them above others in the area.

As most carwashes are, it's a little pricey. it does a good job cleaning the car. Vacuums are weak but plentiful.

I normally dont go to carwashes for this exact reason but i didnt really have the extra time but I understand a carwash isn’t supposed to leave your car spotless but for 25 dollars id expect the literal birdshit to be cleaned from my hood and the spots around the door or my mirror to get cleaned if i could leave 0 stars i would worst carwash ive used by far could have did a 10x better job just doing it my self i wasted more of my time going to the carwash then doing it myself cause i still had to go back and rewash it myself

Washtopia in Smyrna is hands down the best car wash I’ve found for accommodating large vehicles. It handles even the biggest trucks and SUVs with ease, which is a huge plus when you drive something oversized. The entire facility is clean, well-organized, and set up to make the process as straightforward as possible. The powerful vacuums are a nice touch, making quick work of cleaning the interior, and they also provide microfiber cloths and window cleaner for customers to use, which adds a level of convenience you don’t always find elsewhere. The staff is consistently helpful and attentive, always ready to assist if needed, but they also give you space to get the job done. For anyone looking for a car wash that goes above and beyond, especially with larger vehicles, Washtopia is a top choice. I visited the new Washtopia for the first time just the other day. It was so good that I just had to write them a review. I really hope they get a lot of business, because they are the best automated carwash I have ever been to. I have a large truck and am always cautious of automated carwashes. They have their game together. There are signs that state they can fit up to dually pickups. It is a belt driven system and I had no issues whatsoever. Will be buying the membership next time I got back. My truck looked amazing. And they have great amenities like: free vacuums, tire shine and window cleaners with rags. The staff was great too. They are very veteran friendly. It's awesome to see them open up and be doing so well. Help support local business.

Best car wash in Smyrna. The staff and very helpful, and the wash did wonders. I was so surprised with how clean my truck looked once I was done. They even use hot water to clean the cars through the wash... The manger Mike C. is a great help with a friendly attitude. Thank you Washtopia for having such a great car wash and an amazing staff.

They do not have a place for me to wash my car mats.. i saw one girl literally on the ground, scrubbing her car mat.. they don't have washer fluid refilling stations. And they don't have the air that helps clean hard to reach places. The vac isn't that good. Not sure I'll be back

This place is okay. I think for the price, the wash quality is not as good as some other places. It's biggest draw is the free rags and window cleaner they provide for you to use.

(Read to the bottom for update) Not only did my car NOT get clean at all, the machine also ripped up my weather stripping on the back window. The manager started a claim for me, but it was rejected. I even mentioned to 3 employees that I was super dissatisfied with my car still being dirty and no one said a word. So basically I wasted $25 on a horrible car wash cause I was dumb and opted for the expensive one, and now I have to go spend more somewhere else AND get my car fixed. A refund at least would've been nice, but I don't see that happening. (Read to the end) The only positives were the vacuums were a bit better than my vacuum at home, and the mat cleaner. Not worth the money though. I'm furious, because not only is my car still dirty, but their employees didn't even try to make it right minus the failed claim. Plus, you're only in the carwash for about 50 seconds. How is that enough time to clean anything. RUN! Don't waste your money here. I want a refund. Update: I was offered a refund and a free wash, which I really appreciate. The team lead who assisted me was very nice. I can see myself coming back here for just the basic wash and add ons if my car gets dusty, however if you want more heavy duty cleaning power to get off bugs or set-dirt, go to the coin car wash by Kroger and Sonic right off the exit on 96 (Auto Pride Car Wash) where you can scrub your own car with the specialized chemicals and soap. That's what I did to get the remaining stuff off after this. I will use a combo of both car washes in the future!

The guy that works there is very polite and helpful both times I’ve been- it’s the actual car wash that’s garbage!!!! I ran it thru twice and still left dirt on it, I’ll drive to Lebanon like I was bc it does great. It’s just this location it’s terrible. Once again, the staff is phenomenal!! Can’t wait until we get one in the Boro

I've been a regular customer of this car wash in La Verne and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the wash and the equipment they use. However, during my recent visit to the Smyrna location, the manager's attitude was rude and unprofessional, which ruined my experience. I hope they can improve their customer service, as the overall quality of service is really good. The trainee staff weren't supervised, and because of this, they positioned two cars too close together before passing through the archway. The moment the machine moved both cars, there was a minor collision, and the manager claimed they weren't responsible and didn't have security cameras—which they do! Now I have to file a claim with my insurance company for something that wasn't my fault at all, because no matter how hard I tried to stop the car, the machine never stopped.
