I do not recommend anyone going to this car wash. I took my brand new truck, that I just bought through there on Tuesday morning around 10am. When I came out of the wash I had scratches all the way fron my front passenger door to my back fender. Even I'm steps were scratched. They are taking 0 responsibility for the damage. I called my insurance company and they have been unwilling to cooperate with them as well. So if you don't want your vehicle damged don't go to this car wash they will not take responsibility for it. Pictures below just show some of the damage done. I just bought the truck the Friday before this happened.

Not the best car wash I've been to I got the $20 works and it was mediocre. Vacuums really didn't have any suction power and the five dollar towel is extremely small not worth the five dollars. I would recommend driving a few extra miles to Mr. car wash down the street cheaper service and it does a better cleaning job, vacuums have a bit more suction power.

..I have a kia k5. Kia deep wheels are hard to wash at a car wash, can't get clean without first spraying with a wheel cleaner prep. Tommy's gets my wheels CLEAN! And that's just on regular wash! Just wish they had more Music City area locations. The top cleaner is the cloth one, no the roller. That's the only negative

I wish I never paid to get my car washed here. I’m disputing it with my bank. So I wash my car due to all the salt from the roads (I purposely let the salt on the roads have time to go away before washing my car two weeks if your wondering) I get my car washed it was around 730 at night. There was 2 other people there vacuuming their car out. That is another main reason I went because I was going to uber that night and I NEEDED to clean my car. It stays pretty clean on the inside but people drop stuff exc. I get out of the car wash and I go to FOUR different vacuum spots before I can find one that HALFASS works. Only one side worked so I was doing my best to reach and get the other side of my car. There is NO reason that it’s that dead there and they can’t take the time to clean out their clogged vaccums! Literally i saw 3 employees just standing around doing nothing all while watching me go from vacuum to vacuum trying to clean my car. “Free vacuum included with your car wash!” What some bullcrap! Since I wasn’t able to use the vaccums at their Full capacity, I will be disputing This purchase on my card not to mention I Looked at my car about 30 minutes after the car wash and it didn’t look like it had been washed at all! I legit kept pictures just in case they want to argue about the whole ordeal. Also took videos of all their vacuums not working. You’d hit the start button and hear a low noise. Surprise surprise, no suction at all. Go somewhere else!

I have been taking my car to Tommy’s for probably three years. It WAS a pretty good service ( App for phone and immediate access). However, on my last visit my right rear tire valve stem was shredded off by their system. I couldn’t drive because the tire pressure went to “0” upon exiting the tunnel. When I addressed the shift manager there was denial but I pressed them to report it to the actual manager. A picture of the incident and my information was taken for documentation. I requested for management to contact me about my experience and it was ignored. During this posting, It has been 2 1/2 weeks with no response. This is poor management. I was not expecting free Services. But I was expecting accountability for the incident. A business establishment that practices (or doesn’t)“Accountability” distinguishes it as bad, good, or excellent service. This Is “Bad” Service. Think twice before using this Tommy’s Express Car Wash at the Smyrna, TN.

If I could leave a negative I would. NEVER in my life I ever been so disrespected by two little boys running a business while the manager was “wherever”. I have a membership, and the gate arm lifted, but I was still on an important call, that I didn’t want to lose and was finishing it. I pulled to the side, no one behind me, and was wrapping it up. A kid named Daniel, no name tag, but I asked him, approached my car and told me I could not sit there. I explained I was finishing up my call, and no one was in sight. I rolled my window up, and he stood there, glaring at me with his arms folded. THE ENTIRE TIME, trying to bully me, or whatever he thought he was going to do by staring me down. Less than a minute later, I finished my call and still no cars anywhere, and I got out and asked to speak to his manager. He was STILL standing there! Arms folded! An employee was at the window, but a kid, Carson, came out the door saying he was in charge. I explained the situation, and the disrespect by Daniel, and told him what happened. Daniel tried to interrupt and rolled his eyes saying it was a longer call. Which is was not. So I told him to let me finish! Carson then, the so called kid in charge, then told me I was not allowed to sit there, they both started raising their voices at me. I went to the window to ask the employee to write the managers name down, to which then Carson yelled at me, “don’t speak to him, you will speak to me!” Are you kidding me? Two 12 year olds yelling at me, staring at me standing in the parking lot with arms folded, trying to bully me to move, when I explained why? Then they yelled at me all the way back to my car, nonsense that I couldn’t even understand! Unreal! Then, I got the manager’s name, Michael, and called the customer service number, and other than email him to contact me, there is NOTHING they can do, because it’s an individual franchise. You have to reach out to the Smyrna Manger. Michael. That was Friday. 4 days and two emails later to please call me, and nothing. THAT is how they operate. For my $25 a month. I cancelled my membership immediately, as I won’t be treated that way by little boys, or anyone. And they clearly don’t care. I pray the owners of Tommy’s Smyrna, Tennessee see this, watch the video and see and listen if there is one, and make some changes. Because that is poor business, aggressive employees, and my business is taken elsewhere! Bet your moms are proud Caleb and Daniel! Terrible! And readers, DO NOT even think the automated reply is real. The number is for the location in Smyrna that they list, and the manager, Michael, is never available, never there, and could care less! So please don’t think my review and issue, or ANY of the MANY negative issues were resolved! There are many other car washes around that truly care! We work hard for our money, so please don’t waste it at Tommy’s in Smyrna Tennessee!

Casper and Keller were wonderful. I was just out cleaning my car and they saw rubber mats. They came up to me and offered to hose them down inside. They remember the lost art of customer service.

Friendly and like family. Their post hours are the real hours . They where getting closed to closing and really want a wash because I would not be able to make it the morning. It was 8:55 pm, they where all smiles and let me through. I appreciated that. Thank you So many compliments on my truck also

Best when it comes to price versus what you get. Only thing they don't have is the convenience of having rags available. Other than that still great place.

Took my car for a wash here last Thursday. After going through the wash the bar above my back windshield completely broke off. Until this day no one has contacted me about this issue. The worker at the time said that they would order the part. Why is there no manager on site or a oncall manager for incidents like this? This is unprofessional. After all this the worker tired to blame my son and asked if he pulled the part off after the wash?!?. The part was hanging off the back of my car. Horrible experience

Went there for the first time today. I was skeptical because of the 3.9 stars this place already has. I should have followed my gut and went else where. The 20 dollar wash is mediocre at best. The works sounds like everything should be spotless. I still had gunk in my rim and tire. The back of my car was still dirty. I went by and asked the cashier if we could re run the car because there were some spots the werent covered. He steped out to look at the car and after a quick look at it he said that it looked fine to him and didnt let me re run it through the wash. He wasnt mean about it so i will give him only that. There is other places that offer a rewash if it is still dirty and he didnt look over the car enough because it definitely was still dirty on the back. The vacuums also dont have the best suction. All and all not satisfied. Wont be back. Go somewhere for your wash. You will be happier 😉

Came during opening weekend, when they were giving away free carwashes and you got the most expensive and fancy one. I videoed the whole wash..which is under 2 mins but only 30 seconds posted here. Preferably, I would prefer a longer wash, which is why only 4 stars. Needs to be longer..however, my car was very dirty before going in and came out really nicely. About 90% clean and shiny, which is impressive for the short amount of time. Would the results be different if I had bought a less expensive/more basic wash? Who knows. Their vacuums are awesome, and I like vacuuming my car, but no microfiber cloths to be found. They also have a mat cleaner machine that's pretty decent, but I had to run my mats through twice, and they got stuck dangling at the back of the machine. Overall, not bad and I liked the experience. However, not a 5 star experience. They have some room to improve, but what car wash doesn't? This place is a good option.

Been a member since the wash opened back in 2023. Employees always have a smile on their faces and make sure we are taken care of. Michael, the manager of this wash is amazing and truly cares about his employees and us monthly members!!

Machine ripped the mirror off my company van. Attendant took my info. Neither a manager, nor owner ever called. I emailed and called, no response. I drove there four times, each time leaving my business card and a note, only to be told each time to come back. I purchased and replaced my mirror. I didn’t expect much, just a call. I’m very unhappy with the lack of care and disregard of customer service practices. We’ve been going to Smith Brothers for five years, never one issue. So, we will continue going there. We own seven vehicles that we wash once a week. I very rarely leave a business a bad review. This happened in the first week of June and it’s now the third week of September…plenty of opportunity to respond to emails or pick up the phone. We will not return. I highly recommend the owner implement a better customer service protocol.

Car was still dirty after the wash(10$). The back window looked filthy . The staff told me unless you pay for the more premium washes your car isn't going to get clean. I went ahead and scrubbed the car with a sponge and a bottle of water. The dirt easily came up. Your better off spraying your car down with a hose . Asked for a refund the guy at the counter said no but I could always pay for another cycle ..

I went here today (04/14/23) to use a coupon for their "Works" car wash. I would not recommend spending $20 for this wash. I live less than 2.5 miles from this location and when I arrived home and looked at my vehicle, the car was still quite dirty...... I would not recommend going to this place when there are other locations near by who offer better service for less. Did I mention this coupon was for a free wash? 😞

I had my car washed at the new drive-through car wash and I had an excellent experience. The entire process from start to finish only took about 2 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. Not only that, but my car came out looking sparkling clean with no streaks or missed spots. I got the highest package since it included the tires. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this drive-through car wash and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and efficient car wash with reasonable prices and added amenities. I will definitely be returning for future washes.

I have a sway bar hitch in the bed of my truck that weighs about 120 lbs as well as a horse stall mat for padding that weighs about 100. thats been threw the wash multiple times. The Kid was rude about it not going through the wash and said I needed to take them out. I told him cancel the account... not getting my money when you cant be consistent with rules or have the common since to know that a hurricane couldn't push those items out of my truck bed

Took my F250 in for the $16.00 wash. Went through the first time, had some bugs still on front windshield, mud was still on tires and some grime still on rims. Took it through again and bugs came off, for the most part and grime was still on rims and mud on tires. This is from just daily driving. No off roading. Had it washed last week at another place no issues. Spoke to the cashier said that was as good as it gets and wouldn’t run through again, asked for refund said he couldn’t do it. Asked for managers number said he couldn’t give it out. Asked for corporate number, said he couldn’t give it out. So here is a photo of one of my rims, you can see where i just used my finger to remove the grime. After seeing photo would you still take your vehicle there? The $16.00 wash says it has a 3 step cleaning process for rims. I don’t believe it was on. Ha ha.
