Went through the Soft Touch car wash and it did not wash my car. It told me to pull forward and it sprayed my car with water and then soap. Not once did the soft touch rollers start and then it instructed me to leave with soap still on my car. This was my first and last time going here.

Descent place which is clean. Someone who works there walks between the stalls constantly and directs traffic. She stopped at mine while I was cleaning my car and felt the need to tell me people were waiting. I was barely there 15 minutes when she told me this, felt like I was being rushed out. Your meter is running with my credit card info, you're getting paid. Leave me alone.

The machine says clearly will only charge up to 20$ per wash. When I started the car wash from swiping my card it charged me 3$, when I left the car wash the charge updated to 10$, which is ok....HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING DAY MY CARD UPDATED TO A CHARGE OF 40$!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, I WILL NEVER EVER PAY 40$ FOR ONE CAR WASH AND I WONT BE COMING BACK THERE AGAIN. SO USE CASH PEOPLE, DONT LET THE WASH ROB YOU!!!

By far the best self-wash I've ever been to. I drive all over the greater Nashville area making deliveries and I'm always on the lookout for good self-washes. Not only can you use CC's here but you can download an app for all the services. It was well taken care of and everything worked as it should. I don't live in Smyrna but I'm bring my vehicles here from now on!

when i first came here the soap machines werent working but then some guy ( who i presume was the owner) fixed the soap and then paid for another 10 minutes for me even when he didn't have to. stuff like that gets people to come back.

I had fun, and got my car really clean. Much cleaner than I expected and the wax options are really nice too. Turned out better than I expected! I used the app to pay and extend time because I found that easier. I plan to come back, and I certainly recommend!

This is an update review. I had issues with Touchless drive-through car on 10/12/2024. Management reached out on 10/13/2024 and let me know what the issue was and they were taking care of it. They refunded my money and offer for me to come back by. I appreciate them reaching out! I will continue to bring my car here!!

I've been eyeing this location for a while, wanting to try out because the car wash I go to is very old and outdated. Finally, I had the chance to use it today, and I LOVED the experience! Not only is the car wash really well maintained and super clean, but everything looks like it works well and is well stocked. You can use cash, card, or touch less payment with your card/phone. I used my card and got 18 minutes of non-stop cleaning. When you pay with a card, you can choose to end your session with the machine you use to pay. I'll definitely be coming back and telling my friends to go here

Too expensive, $1/minute but the equipment takes at least 20-30 seconds to change settings/flush out previous setting. Then, there isn’t a minimum shown for cash, so the non-refunding machine stole my last $2 from me when I tried to do a final rinse and apparently needed $3. Drove off with an incomplete and incredibly expensive wash.

Newly renovated with new owners who are amazing!!! We got to meet them. This place used to be run down, but not anymore. The new owners have everything clean, replaced, and it works great. This is our new favorite car wash as of November 2024. There is an automatic bay, but we prefer the old fashioned do it yourself bays.

Have been before with no issues. But today they had a psycho with a ponytail out there, I guess he called himself directing traffic, but beating on a vehicle and cussing while we were going in the direction he pointed wasn't the way.

We accidentally stumbled onto Community Car Wash when trying to find a place to power wash our rug. The owners just so happened to be there when we stopped by—because it wasn’t even open yet!!! We tried out their vacuums, their car wash — it’s all super convenient and they have all the options you’d need for low prices: $2 for 4 minutes of vacuuming, or $7 for 10 minutes of car washing, at least while we were there in the pre-opening. The owners were super kind, caring, helpful, and personal. We’ll highly recommend Community Car Wash to anyone in the area!

Super friendly staff and clean place. Washed my RV here. Their bays are around 12ft tall. Theres a brush that works wonders and has rubber sides to protect your vehicle. The cost is $3 minimum and then $1 per minute. All around great experience.

1. The bill insert takes no bills. Spits them back out. 2. The display says $3, but doesn't display for how many minutes $3 gets you. 3. Had to slide the card 5 times before I got a confirmation that the transaction had been made and the car wash initiated. 4. The timer runs up instead of down, so I didn't know how much money it was gonna cost when I finished and the timer keeps running when you stop washing. 5. I didn't know how much the final cost of the car wash was until I checked my bank account. The car wash display said $3, at the beginning of the wash, displayed no total amount after I stopped, and my bank statement said $10.

I absolutely love this car wash it’s clean. It’s well lit. I wash my car all hours of the night and I’m never scared to be here. Rutherford County is finest always riding by making sure we’re OK. It’s definitely worth the money that you spend and a touchless car wash I really like no squirrel marks on your car.

Decent little self wash bays and the tire brush is fantastic and not something you find at a typical car wash. The vacuums work amazing and the functions work properly. It is one of the highest price wash bays I've ever seen. $3.00 to start and before it was all said and done I was $17.00 into the wash plus I had to use my debit card because the machine DOES NOT accept quarters. Not at all bad but definitely not a spot I'm coming back to.
