My vehicle looked better dirty. Massive waste of $15. To be frank, my expectations were extremely low, I just wanted to knock the dirt from a week of straight rain off my truck. I went with the middle option to be confident it would take care of it. It didn’t.

We love coming here. Zack is always quick with helping us pick out the right wash for our car. From dust and pollen to after we get done mudding. Him and his team always make sure to get my jeep sparkling ✨️ 😌. Love that all the hoses and vacuums are always operational. 10 outta 10 recommended

This car wash. Where do I even begin? This car wash changed my life. When I wheeled my dirty, filthy, DISGUSTING car up to Wash N’ Roll, I was met by the store manager, a beautiful man named Zack. (This was awesome because I’m also Zack) He didn’t look at my car with any disdain, he saw only an opportunity. An opportunity to not only wash my car, but to wash my soul. He spent the absolute perfect amount of time scrubbing my car. Not too long, not too short, then promptly sent me through the tunnel. In the tunnel, I couldn’t help but notice how perfectly maintained the machinery was. I could tell that Zack and the rest of the crew put their blood sweat and tears into making it beautiful. When my car emerged from the tunnel and I parked at one of the vacuums. I stood in awe, almost blinded by my now glistening car. I went to vacuum and noticed that I wasn’t getting that great of suction. Frustrated I started smacking the nozzle to try to dislodge the blockage. Then, out of nowhere I feel a strong but gentle hand on mine. It was like when your dad stops you from touching a hot stove. With a kind voice, he simply said, “I’ll fix that for you”. Then with such finesse that I couldn’t even tell you how he did it, he dislodged the blockage and the vacuum was restored to its full sucking glory. When I started to say thank you he stopped me and said, “No. Thank you for choosing Wash N’ Roll.” After finishing up at the vacuums, I left the premises as a new man, with someone to look up to and hope for the future. In short, the wash was great!

Firstly, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the complimentary car wash voucher I received in the mail; it truly made my day and set the tone for an experience ahead. While the entrance to Wash n Roll wasn't the easiest to navigate due to the nearby businesses, leading to a brief detour into the Subway parking lot, the hassle was quickly forgotten once I drove inside. The touchless car wash at Wash n Roll exceeded my expectations. It efficiently and effectively cleaned the exterior of my car, leaving it gleaming without any scratches. However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my visit—the closure of about half of their vacuum stations. This limited the options available for vacuuming, but thankfully, the ones that were operational still provided a satisfactory cleaning experience. Despite this setback, the complimentary vacuuming service offered by Wash n Roll was a saving grace. The available stations had good air pressure, making it easy to tackle most of the dirt and debris inside my car. It was a welcome addition to the overall car wash experience. In conclusion, While the entrance may pose a slight challenge, the exceptional results and thoughtful touches make it all worthwhile. I recommend Wash n Roll to anyone seeking a reliable and thorough car wash experience with a touch of personal care.

Paid for a “Platinum Plus Wash”, mostly for the “Extreme Tire Shine”. The overall wash was very lacking. The pre-scrub on the windows, hood/grille, and trunk, did not do anything except leave streaking. They had used the same brush, that was sitting on the ground, for the body of the car as well as the windows. The actual cleaning wasn’t too bad, but it’s not nearly close to any other car wash in the area. The machines there feel dated, and it’s not a very smooth ride through the wash. It got most of my car cleaned fine, notably missing everywhere around the wheels and, in fact, not “shining” my car with their “Extreme Shine Wax”. Most other car washes in the area have started to provide more cleaning materials, such as rags and window cleaner, complementary from the car wash. This place only has free vacuums. Although, it’s probably the most powerful vacuums in Smyrna. Some of the equipment wasn’t the best condition. The floor mat holder is too weak to hold up the floor mats, and I had an easier time cleaning my floor mats on the sidewalk. The hose conditions are in dire need of being fixed, considering the first vacuum head I grabbed fell off of the tube. I’ve attached some photos of the wash. I’d stick to car washes near Almaville, they’re generally cheaper and do a better wash. This “Platinum Plus Wash” was on par with most other baseline level washes.

Horrible service! This was only my 2nd time getting a wash at Wash n roll on my new plan I always use Washtopia. I pulled in and there was a gentleman playing on his phone by the entrance other than that not a soul in site. I waited… I waited… finally I backed up and was to be patient. Not one person explained exactly what was going on. Finally after a few minutes a guy came walking up and said he had to put on shorts because he was warm. That’s all fine and good. But someone needs to say or act. I was just sitting in line like an idiot. Upon pulling out I glanced over and there were no attendants to be found again. I will be definitely canceling my membership at the end of this month!

I recently had my Jeep professionally detailed and paint corrected just a few days ago. I specifically requested a water-only wash to avoid any scratches. Despite my clear request, the staff activated the brushes, which caused immediate scratching to my vehicle’s paint. This damaged a professional job that cost me approximately $400 When I tried to speak to a supervisor to file a claim, I was told that no manager was available and that nothing could be done. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of responsibility. Be extremely careful if you care about your vehicle’s paint.
