Staff will not rinse off front floor mats even for a monthly member! I asked the staff if they could just hose it off with the gun and they said no. Last month I will ever be a member here and I will advise everyone to go to another car wash. Zero customer service!

Had to wait 25 minutes for a refund because they wouldn't let me go through with how my bumper is. I don't care that I didn't get to go through, I care about how long it took to get me my refund. 25 minutes is an absurd amount of time. Was told to go up front and wait for my refund, then was told to reverse to the back because I was told they wanted to talk to me just to wait for another 10 minutes and then have some other person come out and give me my money and not even talk to me. It wasnt until i started getting close enough to block other people is when they decided to come out and give me my money back. Complete waste of my time.

Great local joint. Now they got people hand drying and shared tips so you dont feel pressure to tip twice. With all the new car washes popping up in the area..did we need them.. we need em like we need more weed shops.. we dont. Stick to small local shops. 2 memberships for almost 8 years or so.

Great job, car has not been washed in months and she came out looking like it was off the show room floor.. I don't know what you use on the rims but they look brand new and super shiny... My car was still dirty, between them and the one on John R...as a member I'm canceling. So many scratches on my car...go to Jax Update THIS IS NOT FRAUD, I HAVE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND LEFT VOICEMAILS. I WILL BE GOING UP THERE TODAY TO PUT IN WRITING TO CANCEL. Been coming here for a couple months now I'm very meticulous about my truck so I comb over it every time I get it washed and I don't have them dry it with the towels outside in fear of them scratching it but I just went today and there must have been something in the brush on the passenger side but it scratched the hell out of my truck all the way down the side of it This happened Saturday July 27th between 1:40 and 2:00pm

Your car will be dirty in 5 minutes because they don't dry it good. Or wash ot for that manner. Came back in an hour after noticing my car was still filthy and she said- sorry there's nothing I can do. Pick somewhere else that's cheaper and better.

Poor customer service. The black american staff was rude and was not helpful at all. I got stuck on the ramp and he kept saying “not my car” instead of helping. One staff helped and got it sorted. No initiative to help or courtesy to be kind. Very disappointing
