This place is a joke, I moved out of state 6 months ago. When I moved I told them to cancel my car wash membership. since then I have been charged each month. Ive cancelled online, in person and over the phone and still they are charging my card. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A MAJOR HEADACHE. I am also reporting them to the BBB. If there was a way to give them a negative star rating I would makes me sick that i have to give them a star just to post this. who ever owns this chain needs to stop this nonsense and stop ripping people off.

I give it 4 stars but l would recommend it to a friend. I am not knocking this place. I paid $20 for the month and I've gone 4 out of the last 5 days. The car wash itself isn't all that impressive but let's face it.. the majority of them aren't. Vacs have really high suction and they also have the compressed air wands.

This place will scam you into signing up for a monthly car wash plan, even after telling you that's not what they're doing. I was duped and lied to about registering for their monthly plan. Half of the vacuum cleaners didn't even work. The customer support lady who claims she's in charge is rude and unhelpful. They also have an Andy Ogles sign in front of their building which tells you everything you need to know about where their business morals lie.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Car wash leaves terrible residue on my car and windshield making it difficult to see and causing a safety hazard when driving especially at night. Customer service from the call center (not the local store) is even worse! I had called earlier this month to cancel my membership and got no answer. I called again today after finding that they had charged me approximately double what I paid last month. Once again no answer and it took hours for them to call me back. I again requested to cancel my membership and requested a refund. They refused to give me my money back and said they could find no record of my call. I pointed out that regardless of them being able to locate record of my unanswered call, I had not used the service, was dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund. Still no refund… I will never use again and will no longer be recommending to friends and family. There are other car washes in town with better prices, better quality and far better customer service. Disappointing…

I had a membership that I canceled for the fall and winter since I only use the service during the summer. Customer service confirmed my cancellation, but I still have charges for past two months. Have escalated with management, which seems ridiculous that I have to do this to get basic service. I will not be back.

I’m in the 100 Oaks area 2-4 times a month and was pleased to see a Wash and Roll. I’ve had a membership a couple of years and have been pleased using the one in Gallatin and Rivergate. However my SUV did not look like it had been washed at all. I keep it fairly clean so it wasn’t extremely dirty. When i got out to dry it off, it wasn’t worth it. I didn’t hv time to take it thru a 2nd time. This is unacceptable. Gallatin and Rivergate will be my choice unless it starts looking like this, then I’ll cancel. I was there around 4-6-25.

BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP SCAM!!! I visited the place for a quick wash and the cost was around $12. The operator at the paying point told me there is a program for the month, for the same price I could have unlimited washes in the same month. I specifically asked "Is this a subscription? Would yo deduct money from my credit card monthly here after?" . The operator said "No". After five months here I find myself getting deducted $20/month from my credit card for this stupid "wash n roll". Don't fall for their monthly scam bullshit. Beware!!!

I have taken my Nissan Titan and BMW X5 through this car wash multiple times and my car does not get completely clean. I come out of the car wash still having brake dust on my wheels. I have addressed this multiple times after I get out of the car wash but they seem to not be concerned. The photos is my truck wheels after it has been washed. The last thing I want to have to do is get on my knees and wipe brake dust off my wheels after it has gone through a car wash. I did not have this problem when it was Smith Brothers Car Wash. It is a shame they have closed their doors.

This review is for the staff member who was working on February 18th in the afternoon/early evening (I regret that I didn't get his name). My dog had been hit by a car earlier that day and I had rushed him to the emergency vet near by. My car was a mess from all kinds of bodily fluids, and I had to leave my dog in the ICU overnight and was not sure if he would survive. I googled the closest carwash and this one was it. I was still feeling very sensitive and traumatized when I got there, and I went to ask the staff member who was working at the entrance of the car wash (where they do a quick pre-scrub and direct you where to steer, etc.) if there were any paper towels I could use because I had a lot of gross stuff to clean and needed something disposable to clean with. I couldn't help it and started crying and blubbering as I was explaining what happened and why I needed them, and this staff member was so sweet. He helped me find cleaning supplies to use so I clean my car thoroughly, and checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. It really made a difficult time a little less horrible. I'm happy to say, my dog (George) survived and is basically back to his version of "normal." Lol. I've included a pic of him for tax. I just wanted to write this review to thank this staff member and let management and owner know that they have a great staff member working there! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I’ve been to this location a couple times and there is an employee here who is unbelievably rude every time (hard to be so rude you can feel it from inside your car) but he screams and throws his arms around. I had a question about my membership it he was so unkind, I will be canceling my membership and not returning to this location.

Been going here for a couple years now. With the exception of freezing temps this place is always open. Professional and friendly employees. Highly recommend. I drive a suburban and it’s looks super clean after driving through.

DO NOT use this car wash. This company has charged me for a full year of car washes when I only received one. please note this is happened to other customers as noted below. I pulled up to purchase a single car wash. The young man at the kiosk helped me because I was having difficulty reaching the kiosk from my car. He offered me a three pass wash to which I consented. The company proceeded to charge me for an entire year of car washes. When I called and spoke with Jayden at customer service, They told me they could only reimburse one month and provide me with an additional year of washes, even though I had explained the situation and have not used the car wash since. Horrible customer service and dishonest employees. Please not this has also happened to other customers as noted below. Keep your distance from this place.

People can't believe how clean my car is when they get inside it's over a year old and it's still has it's new car smell. 🙃 I love the free vacuums the customer service and the Platinum package. Its not a membership it's a lifestyle 🤩👑

I agree and rude girl at the customer service. There's only one girl answering from the "call center" and she's lazy. She'll disconnect in between and you call her back, she won't answer. There's no way she's busy in other calls. She's the only one which means there's hardly any incoming calls. I wanted to cancel my membership and I had to call her 10 times in one afternoon to get it done. Either they don't want us to cancel or she's just plain lazy and takes a break after every call. Try it.
