Beware of nails. I went into the car wash with no issues. Left the wash parking lot with every light on my dash instantly turning on and a flat tire. Also, two of the vacuums had poor suction and I had to change vacuum bays.

I paid 22 dollars and my car came out just as dirty as it went in I think they never gave me a 22 dollar wash and talking about anti customer No one there to dry off your car like all the car washes I been to especially for that much money please don’t waste your money or time I will never go back.

This is a great car wash. It might seem strange to be excited about a car wash, but this one truly deserves the praise. The drive-through wash does an excellent job, the attendants are friendly and helpful, and they provide clean cloths so you can dry off any remaining drops or spots. The vacuums work really well too!

I have been continuously charged a monthly fee for their subscription service but I never signed up for it. I’ve spoken to the workers at the car wash about this issue and was able to get in touch with a customer service representative one time who said she would refund me and ensure my credit card was not charged again. Since then I’ve continued to be charged. Nobody answers their customer support phone number nor returns emails. I would like to be contacted by someone to remedy this situation, please.

Went to this location a month ago to get a SINGLE car wash and the guy working asked if I’d like to sign up for unlimited washes which I replied No. I don’t live anywhere near these car wash stations so it's not worth me having unlimited. He told me that he would give me a month of unlimited washes at a discounted rate to try them out and specifically stated that it would end in a month. I agreed. Next thing I know I’m being charged a monthly fee 30 days later that’s double the amount I paid originally when I visited. Great thing I check my bank account daily, or I wouldn’t have noticed. When I called to complain the lady that answered basically said it’s my fault and that she would cancel the policy (I never knew I signed up) with but not refund me the extra charge. This place is a SCAM. Wish I read reviews prior!

Inconsistent hours. They are never open during the times they advertise. They close early even when they're still there. The vacuums are ways broken. I'm about to cancel and go elsewhere.

I’ve been a regular customer at this place for many years. I went there to get my car washed, but during the wash, they broke my front windshield. I explained what had happened, and they told me they would fix it. But it’s been 10 days, and no one has called or messaged me since.

These guys are a scam. On August 31st, 2024 I decided to go to this place for a car wash. I asked for a regular wash, and the guy at the machine charged me $25, which I found to be oddly high since I've always known it to only be $10. I decided to proceed with the wash anyway. Then, on September 28th, I see that I was once again charged $25 on my credit card. Today, on October 1st, 2024, I decided to show up in person to claim a refund since no one would answer my call. The guy at the machine had "accidentally" signed me up for a monthly carwash membership for $25 a month at the time. They were unable to give me a refund but were able to cancel my membership and gave me a phone number to call to claim the refund instead of giving it to me immediately. I go home, call the number, and no one picks up. Absolutely unacceptable. And based off reading other reviews of people who were in a similar situation, I find it king of odd how they "accidentally" keep charging people for memberships they didn't ask for. I have an old car from 2007, and I don't have a need to wash it regularly. I would never sign up for a monthly membership for routine car washes.

Would recommend 100x. I brought all my own supplies. Most places I’ve gone to previously to clean my interior offer only vacuums with a wash purchase (which I don’t always need) . Wash ‘n Roll provided free vacuums, spray dusters, clean towels and spray cleaner. Additionally, I found the customer service to be great. Jared and team went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys in my car (and phone and wallet). I was and am so appreciative of their help. Not looking back at other car washes…only forward to Wash ‘n Roll!

I arrived at 7:54 & was told I couldn’t drive through to wash my car…he just said the car before me was his last one. I was shocked & politely asked while reminding him of the time. Very unfair to me, frustrating, & inconvenient. I’d just made a twenty-five minute drive & got there in time. Cancelling my membership tomorrow. No way you’re that desperate to close, & it’s literally a drive through.

Went here a month ago for a quick wash. After the guy at kiosk begged and pleaded for me to signup for the one month free of the VIP package, I agreed stating multiple times that I did not want to be charged for the membership after the free month and was assured I wouldn’t be. Paid for my wash and then was asked to tip the guy with soap brush who scrubbed the car for 5 seconds. Fast forward to today, I got charged for the monthly membership. I contacted customer service and got the “unfortunately the fine print says you will be charged” line. No email/text or any notice of this after they collected my information. Very slimey and money hungry. Will not ever go back.

RUN THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I went to this car wash 1 time on January 1st, because I was getting a car wash that equaled up to $20 this guy at the kiosk said “hey since you’re getting a $20 wash how about I give you a “FREE” month” I said no thank you because I typically do hand washes on my Lexus. He said “well you’re paying $20 what would it hurt to have a free month for $20” I innocently obliged, not knowing these SCAMMERS would enroll me in a subscription of $39.95 when I don’t even live in the area! I’ve cancelled my card and somehow through visa this company is able to obtain my NEW CARD INFO and draft as a merchant! Fast forward it has been 6 months and I’m crying on the phone with my bank because this evil company is STILL wreaking havoc in my life! Y’all should be SUED for stealing honest people’s money, life is hard enough and $40 stolen from someone can make or break their month!

I went in for a one-time car wash and was completely misled into a monthly membership by someone named Mallory. I made it clear I only wanted a single wash, but she quickly took my card and then handed me papers to sign. When I asked what they were for, she explained it was for a membership. I told her I did not want a membership, only a one-time wash. She never asked me if I wanted to join the club, she just signed me up for it. When I told her again that I did not want a subscription, she said, “It’s too late, I already ran your card.” That felt extremely unethical and dishonest. I never agreed to a membership. This is not how business should be done!!

I have been washing my car at this car wash for 7 years. I saw it move through different management teams, and the guys who are running it now are the best. I have a monthly subscription with them, and I wash any time I drive by. The guys here are always smiling, respectful, and courteous. Don't listen to the haters. You will only get a great wash and a respectful service here.

I signed up for a membership and did one wash over a 30 day period because I didn’t think it did a great job. Fast forward, I go and I am asked if I want to extend my membership and I said depending on how this next wash goes because the first one didn’t go well. The guy snickered and proceeded to tell me my wheels didn’t get cleaned because I have cheap carbon brakes on my car. I drive a 2022 BMW. Pretty unprofessional and not a good look for a newly rebranded car wash. Won’t be going back.
