Visible scratches were left on my infotainment touch screen after detailer had to come out a 2nd time for additional detailing. A week prior the screen was spotless from his first detail, but he was sent back out this Sunday to perform additional services that apparently were needed to fully remove a smoke odor from my vehicle (ozone wasn't enough). I don't know if he was miffed about having to come back out a 2nd time. I'll never use this company again.

Had truck tinted on Friday at their shop and then full detail service at my house and a deep scratch miraculously appeared on my tailgate . My truck is bright red and I would’ve noticed it when I used my tailgate just the day before. Office staff had plenty of comp outs to redirect ownership to me. Like I said, I know my truck and take excellent care of my property. I spent a lot of money on both of our vehicles this past month ; very good work but this incident and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Date of service 2/9/26. I did NOT receive the “Diamond Full (Masterpiece)” service I paid for $531.41 ($499 service + $39 for mid-size crossover suv + tax $47.21). Glove compartment still dirty with debris, crevices in steering wheel logo & emblem not cleaned, engine bay still dirty, interior vehicle did NOT smell fresh or clean, carpets were NOT damp indicating deep cleaning. The service was completed 11:53 am and not 1:30pm (NOT all diamond services were done). Overall, I feel sincerely scammed. Automatic tip of $117.04 added (AMEX charged $648.45) without consent. I had to aggressively complain to get a refund initiated. Overall, I am highly disappointed in the unsatisfactory service I received. Egregious oversight and poor customer service. I will never patron this business again.Austin did a horrible job. No integrity. I am still finding crevices and portions of the vehicle that aren’t clean. Thankfully AMEX issued my refund. Please do not use this business. There are many other 1 star reviews. Please review.
