Not fully staffed so my “prewash” was one dude who only did one section of the car. My car did NOT come clean. There were obvious spots the wash missed that I hit after with their spray bottles-basically having to wash the car myself. When I asked to run it back through just to take care of the resulting streaks, they offered to let me but my $30 car wash all over again. Pitiful.

I have a monthly membership so I visit the wash often. Forest is absolutely the nicest and most hilarious person on the team there and I look forward to going through the wash just because he's so amazing. Great service and amazing personalities go a LONG way even when it's "just a carwash".

At the end of the wash, the swinging dryer ripped off one of my windshield wipers. It took me 20 minutes for a manager to come over and check in. I spoke with Ron and he said that it's usually at the end of the wash where this happen (indicating this is somewhat normal for this to occur) but he didn't see my wiper in the wash. He then asked if I was a member and I said that I wasnt. He said that unfortunately it's part of the risk in getting a car wash here, and that they don't do refunds. If I was a member, he'd make it right. I understand that stuff happens, but with what Ron said, I will never be returning to this wash. It sounded like this is somewhat common and it was clear that they just wanted my $30 and nothing more. Oh, and the wash itself was mid.

The car wash did not clean the car despite going through twice. The vehicle is a 2023 that is garaged and was ceramic coated again a month ago so is not super dirty. The issue was the film that the wash left on the vehicle. The wash doesn’t seem to rinse all of the soap before adding the clear coat wax. So disappointing because the staff are so friendly and helpful! Due to the film left on the paint, I am u able to recommend.

They signed me up for a membership, which I did not approve. I told the person who sold me the car wash that I don’t even live In Nashville. Over the next month, I was still charged $45. When trying to speak to a live person, I’m transferred to a recording that sends me to the website. At the website, I have filled out a form three days ago and have not heard anything back. This feels very much like a scam.

This was my first experience having my car detailed, inside and out. I was not sure what to expect but the results blew my mind. Given that my car is a 2021 model, I decided to purchase the highest level detail service. I am glad I did because my car looks brand new! Julio was my detailer and did an amazing job! The “tire cleaner” ended up making the bottom of my car and tires dirtier than they were before the car wash. It ended up applying an even layer of grime. Pretty big waste of money to spend 15 mins scrubbing your car after you pay for a car wash.

Adrian helped me today with a confusing situation involving 3 memberships purchased as gifts from 3 different people. One of the parties involved was not put in the system correctly.Adrian spoke to the manager and the issue was resolved immediately. He was extremely helpful and a good listener. The manager understood the problem and said he would come in early tomorrow morning and fix it. No one is perfect and mistakes happen - these people care about their customers and respond quickly to any issue which might arise. I was very impressed at how well Adrian handled the problem. Giving RipTide 5 stars because they are doing a great job overall. The wash quality is high and the pricing is very fair, especially with that $17.99 unlimited intro deal. Even at the regular price of $29.99, it’s a solid value compared to other local washes. My only minor feedback for improvement is the drying process. The car tends to leave the tunnel with quite a bit of water still on it. It seems like the blowers either need more power or the system needs to keep the car under the dryer for a few extra seconds to finish the job. Despite that, it’s still the best spot in the area for a regular wash!

The staff is what makes it five star they are all really nice and really great customer service, but especially FOREST comes through every time from greeting to managing the staff to helping if you need anything when you’re vacuuming or wiping down the Bronco!
